Pros: Drop off was smooth
Cons: Pick up was slow Had to take a shuttle from regular car rental location to a second off site location
Pros: Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming.
Cons: Quicker pick up and signs pointing to pick up area for those who aren’t riding in a shuttle to pick up
Pros: It was a 2 stop drop off, first the off airport rental terminal, then had to wait a half hour for the van to your site
Cons: Honor the price I was quoted on-line.
Pros: Nothing. Terrible, awful service.
Cons: After leaving the airport, you take the rental car shuttle to the main rental facility. Then, you have to wait behind 40 people all waiting for the single 15-person Economy van to take you to their facility 2 miles away. I took a cab since I didn't want to wait an hour. At the facility, you wait in a long line while their extremely slow systems check in customers. Then they give you the keys, you walk 100 feet to find your car, and you have to return to the counter for them to check over the car. WASTE OF TIME and TERRIBLE VALUE. Never, ever, ever use this awful company.
Cons: The person helping me was trying to distract me by talking with me and adding on liability for $200. I caught that and had him change it. Then he charges me for gas without telling me the price. He kept saying we are cheaper that the strip. How am I supposed to believe him. Horrible service to get the car. Great service bringing it back.
Pros: Car was 2020 made
Cons: Staff tried to convince me that my full insurance bought via kayak won't be effective unless I will buy insurance from rental company.
Cons: Mandatory NV liability insurance requirement should be disclosed before booking!
Cons: Better drop off servive. Very poor location and directions.
Cons: Better reception area. Easier to find, only employees knows where it is
Pros: Very nice staff great vehicle - drop off was so easy and quick.
Cons: Cleaning the car
Pros: I did not have a good experience. I was LIED to about the agreements from the agent who assisted me. He said I was required by law to buy the insurance so I did. I am mad at myself for believing him, but I had NO idea somebody would do something so horrible at the place where they work.
Cons: If they closed permanently.
Cons: My reservation was for an SUV and I ended up with a 4 door little car. They said I had to go through my booking agency to get the rate adjusted as they did not have the car I reserved. Also to waited over an hour to get my vehicle and they also said I needed to speak to a manager to get the timeline adjusted as I did not have the car during that time. Lastly some people were smoking marijuana right outside and they were not going to do anything about it until I brought up the concern. I did the prepaid fuel for half a tank and they tried to charge me for a full tank even though they gave me the car with less then half a tank and I returned it with 1/4 so I still returned it with more then they gave it to me with.
Cons: A few more people helping to expedite customers when they check in to get their cars. Otherwise it was awesome
Pros: Staff was not rude when explaining their faulty system
Cons: The confirmation email could have mentioned the need for 2 forms of utility bills
Pros: The drop off of the car was great! The young lady confirmed I was dropping off and reviewed my charges. My receipts emailed and I went on my way.
Cons: The process to rent a car. Way to many documents to rent a car. Agents at the desk are rude
Cons: Checking in and returning car. Took 45 min to check in and 30 min returning. Very poor. Seems like employees talk more then work.
Cons: Had to wait over 20 minutes before I was able to get to the counter. Two people were on duty and one decided to take a break while I was waiting in line. The other counter person took almost 30 minutes with one customer. I will never use this company again.
Cons: Kayak apparently switched my reservation times so the reservation had “expired” when I got there. So, had to pay 2.5 times the rental rate I had secured online. This is grifting and I will NEVER use this site again.
Pros: Drop off was the only thing nice about this place.
Cons: This company is terrible for ppl who live on Vegas!!! ****** up-charge on everything!! They also make it really hard to rent with accurate price quotes for internet...
Closed. Abandoned in vegas in middle of night
Pros: Fictional low prices. At least they didn't charge me, I think.
Cons: I didn't like having to find a rental in the middle of the night. They work with these booking agencies and airlines but they don't work when flights are late. The other major rental companies were open. Thankfully Fox car rentals was open, with very reasonable rates, especially since I needed a car on the spot without a reservation because economy failed me. Fox was good. Economy will never get my consideration, let alone my business.
Worst online rental ever
Pros: That I didn't rent the car what didn't you like
Cons: Everything that was on the Internet was not with was at the car rental place terrible service Internet wise and car rental wise
Don't believe the price quote
Cons: I was charged WAY more than the originally quoted price on the website. The guy at the at the rental desk when I went to pick up hassled me about insurance, and let me believe that when all was finally said and done (an hour later) that the price difference didn't actually end up being much more. In reality it was $230 over the original quote, more than twice what I had planned. He also claimed that he upgraded me to a "luxury four-door vehicle" because it was my birthday, but I never reserved a 2-door compact to begin with. It was all sketchy from the beginning. I had problems adjusting my reservation to make it longer (8 days) once it was booked. It was really difficult to even find a number to call to talk to an actual person. I had problems with email confirmations. I had to take two shuttles to get their Las Vegas rental center (which isn't recognized on GPS, by the way, and goes by the name of Verve). The only nice thing about this was the car -- I liked what I drove, and it was clean -- and the shuttle driver was very nice. Even so, I will never book with Economy again. The hidden costs and extreme difference in quoted price vs. actual price was absolutely infuriating.
Pros: Car was small Car was dirty I had a 7 am flight and there was no shuttle service available before 7 am. So I had to pay for a taxi too.
Pros: Economy Las Vegas rental car was far and a way the worst experiences I have had with a rental agency or any company for that matter. They were embarrassingly slow, rude and incompetent. I have traveled with business for over 20 years and they win the prize.
Pros: The shuttle driver to and from the airport was very nice.
Cons: Our rental did not come with a license plate. It had a registration card in the front window but that didn't stop the police from pulling us over for not having a license plate. Also the car I booked was through economy renta but was outsourced to verve rental which I have never heard of. They wanted put a hold on my credit card for way more than my actual rental cost which I was not aware of at the time of booking.
Courteous and Cheap in Las Vegas
Pros: I rented two vehicles back-to-back. The compact was ideal for us and very good gas mileage, It was ready when we arrived. We returned it for a 7 passenger van. It was a 2016 comfortable vehicle. Fit all of us well. The staff was helpful. We did have a hiccup with the van but the staff took care of it, Prices are competitive. We even got a credit when we returned the vehicle early.
Cons: Their rental place is farther from the airport than the others. We had to take a free shuttle from Economy to reach their location.
Great Customer Service with Personality!
Pros: Loved everyone from the shuttle driver to the customer rep - great experience - and fun!
Cons: The car was perfect but the windows were streaked
Pros: The workers were so nice and helpful
Cons: old beater car (broken components) no real license tags; temporary paper tag on windshield that expired halfway through trip two shuttles to get there hard-sell on extra insurance
Pros: Cars were cheap.
Cons: The car rental was located a long ways from the airport and the shuttle didn't come. We had to pay for an uber to get to the airport to catch our flight. Plus, they charge you an "airport transit fee" even though we didn't use their shuttle. Many of the cars didn't have license plates, which seemed sketchy.
