What rental car? I was never picked up at the airport and never got a rental car from Economy. I waited a full hour and nobody showed up to drive me to their off-site location, although that was not initially disclosed. I called them and they knew I was there waiting but the agent was rude and dismissive. I will NEVER rent a car from Economy again nor use any travel site (like Kayak) that sells any rental services from them. I was left on my own in a rough part of the enormous and busy Orlando airport as the sun was setting and night was coming on, a serious threat to my safety. I wondered if this was a scam to get people to prepay without delivering an actual service. Economy and Kayak both should be ashamed for treating a customer this way. I ended up having to pay for Uber to get me to my ultimate destination and then had to rent a car from there.Reviewed 15 Feb 2024

The rental we were given was not the same category as reserved. They did not have anything else to give us. The apple car play did not work and no one knew how to fix it. We also kept receiving warnings about tire pressure. Staff were friendly and the pick-up/drop-off process was easy.Reviewed 4 Jan 2024

Pros:The staff was FAST. I was really grateful. Especially on the way back home. To be able.to drop off, check out, be on a shuttle and out the door to the airport in an expedient manner was wonderful.Cons:The car was really ....worn. The gas tank was half full and we had a long drive. I was asked to walk around the car and take pictures of.the scratches and dents (I think as proof?) Which I never had been asked before. There was a lot. Its banged up. There was no windshield wiper fluid and the horn, I discovered, didnt work.Reviewed 25 May 2021
