The experience was easy and quick! The car was perfect for my needs. The only thing that was a “surprise “ was the pressure to purchase for $10 a day to use the transponder in the car . They actually added &12.99 a day! Their prices beat any I looked for and the negative reviews I had read were not the case in my experience! I will definitely use them again.Reviewed 24 Mar 2024

We arrived on a Saturday and waited over 45 minutes to get our car. The lobby was packed. But a sign in sheet kept everything orderly. Once we got to the counter, the customer service agent was upbeat and very friendly. I expected a level of stress and he did not show any of that. We walked out with a smile. We arranged for a Altima or similar, and were provided an Equinox SUV. The car was spotless. Upon return, it was fast and easy. I needed a ride back to the hotel and they called for a ride for me. Lousy experience. No rental agreement sent to email even though they were suppose to. Called the provided number to local branch many times over a few days and no one picked up. Tried to extend the rental by a day and couldnt do so online. Went in person to do so and was rejected cos my return flight was later than my car rental. Which the office facility was larger. Lobby of the office is shared with the Big Red Bus company thus limiting the waiting/seating area. Was told I could not use my Fla Sunpass on their vehicles which is untrue. When returning vehicle at 6am only one person to check-in vehicles and no one at inside counter to speak with. HORRIBLE! Never picked me up! Total scam! No humans to talk to. I was told they sold out of cars and closed. Apparently a common practice in Orlando I ended up being directed to another scam rental car company and paid over $600 for a three day rental!! Ruined my Christmas! The offsite car rental has a bus that only brings customers there every half hour and it’s only located in terminal a and B. If you arrive in terminal C as I did, you need to take several additional steps in order to rent the car. I will not be renting from this company in the future.Reviewed 25 Sept 2023
