This place is horrible. It is an absolute zoo. It took almost 2 hours to pick up the car even though there were only 6 people in front of me. The employees are rude, slow and very unprofessional. It was easily the worst car rental experience I have ever had. They tacked on an extra “fee” for unlimited mileage that was not in the original quote and just said it was their policy. And when I finally got the car it was filthy and completely out of gas. I’m surprised I had enough gas to get to a gas station. The sales representative was pushing for unnecessary insurance and made false and misleading statements to pressure me into purchasing additional coverage despite my existing insurance. The experience was easy and quick! The car was perfect for my needs. The only thing that was a “surprise “ was the pressure to purchase for $10 a day to use the transponder in the car . We arrived on a Saturday and waited over 45 minutes to get our car. The lobby was packed. But a sign in sheet kept everything orderly. Once we got to the counter, the customer service agent was upbeat and very friendly. I expected a level of stress and he did not show any of that. We walked out with a smile. We arranged for a Altima or similar, and were provided an Equinox SUV. The car was spotless. Upon return, it was fast and easy. I needed a ride back to the hotel and they called for a ride for me.
