Not good. Car was in need of maintenance. No windshield washer fluid, tires were out of balance and so car/steering wheel vibrated the whole time, tires were over inflated. Also, upon check in, Hertz rep at MCO wanted to charge us an additional rate for my spouse to also drive when I am a Gold member.Reviewed 4 Sept 2024

Hertz gave us the wrong car and insisted that this is the car we booked. We booked a car with two full suitcases and 7 passengers. They gave us a gmc acadia which did not fit 7 with 2 suitcases. I wound up canceling my entire rental with Hertz due to very poor customer service. I made my original rental reservation more than seven months in advance. One month afterwards, I called to request a larger vehicle since I would need more room than I originally thought. I knew going into this that I would need to pay more to upgrade. The customer service representative was not polite at all and also told me I could not modify my reservation. After trying to explain and getting nowhere, I canceled and went with National.
