Drop off was a breeze. Car was decently clean. Pickup the sales woman explained that I needed liability insurance for $100 for my rental because it was FL state law. I explained I carry my own insurance and I would be covered for rentals as well as my credit card coverage. She explained no it doesn’t work like that and made me sign up for the liability coverage. I late called back and complained and someone removed it thankfully but it was confrontational in the lobby while picking up my rental.Reviewed 20 Sept 2024

Except for a “Karen” at the front desk, the associates are really kind. The shuttle drivers are great, but there are hidden fees everywhere, and you need to add two hours just to get into their parking lot and wait in a super long line for your car. First of all, you never told me where to pick. I guess I never read the emails, but you never told me where to pick up the car so when I got to Florida airport, I tried to reach out to you and there’s no nowhere to call and it was voice automated is my first time to run from you guys so it be nice to receive a phone call the day before or two days before to tell me where to pick up the car And I thought it was actually gonna be easy to pick up the car at the airport that would be easy, but I am new to renting cars so it would be nice to get feedback but I’m hoping that you guys could reimburse me the $90 for fee but if you can reach out to me, my number is 9175181031. I never got the car so how can I know? I’m not computer savvy on the computer so having to rent with somebody else but going forward I think I know it’s on my part but should’ve reached out to me. Bottom feeders. Swindling every penny they can. And going as lying about the toll roads in order to get me to pay an additional $77 which ended up being 1/3 of the total cost and I didn’t even need to add it to the rental. Very greasy company. And had a thug blocking the exit with a van to check paperwork. Very uncomfortable experience. And the deposit was $500 instead of the $300 that is clearly stated online.Reviewed 20 Jun 2024

We got a nice van from Ace and it had everything is was supposed to, but the price didn't end up being what we were originally quoted. We expected taxes and fees, but the agent added a CDW charge when we rented it even though we said we declined insurance because our auto insurance already takes care of that. When we picked up the van, he explained they would hold our credit card number for incidentals, so I signed the paper not really knowing what the CDW charge was. Later I found out it was for daily collision protection, even though we had declined that. When I asked for the charge to be removed they told me I had to write to the manager. I wrote him twice and never even got a reply. The other negative experience we had was getting picked up by the shuttle at the Orlando airport. We were told the shuttle comes around every 25 minutes, but we waited for 70 minutes before the shuttle came, after I had called the rental office 3 times.Reviewed 17 May 2024

Car was nice.. staff could not speak English very well and were hard to understand which resulted in me not being able to communicate with them after they told me I damaged the car which I did not and they were keeping my deposit.Reviewed 13 Apr 2024
