If the rental booking could automatically, and CLEARLY notify customers that they absolutely have to use a credit card for their booking, it would save alot of headaches for customers and your alls reps. When I booked mine with a debit card, the confirmation made it seem like everything was fine, and even said to bring the credit/debit card I booked with. It knows I'm doing a way trip. So in this day and age, an automatic warning would be awesome, instead of being told "its the policy" and I should have read it 3 paragraphs downReviewed 23 Apr 2024

We had a 73 day rental. We had to go to the airport twice for 30 day checks. It was a nuisance as the car wasn't even checked. Could this be looked into please? Over 73 days our milage was around 1,500 so not over used.Reviewed 22 Mar 2024
