Pros:After talking to the manager he got us in the right size car.Cons:Customer service sucked. The car I reserved on line was not the car they was trying to give me. I reserved a 7 seated and when I got there they said it was a 5seater and the person that was helping me was very rude and disrespectful he also tried to swipe me card for 436$ to pay for a bigger rental when I didn’t agree to him doing that. Pros:The drop off point was simple and easy, very fast and efficientCons:The pick up was poor, over an hour wait to get the rental agreement processed, then we get to the pick up point for the vehicle and it was not there. Once we got there, we felt crammed in a Kia Sorento instead of a SUV similar to a Nissan Pathfinder that we thought we would be getting. Then we when we get to our destination, we found that the rear passenger door didn’t lock, we tried to manually lock it, lock it with the key fob but nothing worked. We sent an email to Thrifty and of course it went unanswered. We tried calling their customer service department but it was not a very friendly or helpful auto answering system, when we finally reached a human, he told us he had to transfer the call to a different department. It was a nightmare and one that I will not repeat. No one groom the company ever answered our email or appeared to give a damn about customer service.Reviewed 30 Jun 2021

Cons:No organization during pick up. I needed to swap a car since the original rental shook anytime I went over 40 miles an hour. That process took over 2 hours and the agents in the garage were very rude. I still have received my receipt from dropping off and I was overcharged for a car seat rental and upgrade. Pros:Pickup and dropoff were easy. We were told to choose our car from a lineup in the garage.Cons:Our first car was stained (which we couldn't tell in the dark garage), the driver's seat adjustments were not working well, and the right turn signal was burned out. We were on a time schedule so had to deal with it the next day, which involved driving a half hour back to the airport to exchange the car. On the plus side, they gave us a "free upgrade" to a mini SUV, which was a definite improvement. I wish we'd caught the problems at first, as it took a lot out of our second vacation day to correct the situation.Reviewed 28 Jun 2021
