Very bad. We paid by card $14 for two days, but when we went to get the car they ask us to pay 7 times this price plus $150 as a deposit. Why not to tell us the truth from the beginning, so we know the exact price. I am asking for paying me back the $14.Reviewed 18 Apr 2024

Absolutely no idea about customer service, very rude, My flight was delayed and when I arrived they told me my car rental was canceled because i was late a couple hours and didn't call, how am I supposed to call!!! Also I purchased a full coverage insurance on the reservation and they insisted to sell me a $49.99 PER DAY additional insurance...... absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.Reviewed 14 Mar 2024

My reservation was cancelled due to coming in late. No notice was given regarding this policy. I had to sit on the curb with my wife and wait for an Uber in a very scetchy part of Miami. The shuttle did not pick me up nor was thier any notice of shuttle hours.Reviewed 11 Mar 2024

This was a terrible place to rent from. The front desk gentleman was not honest. He said if you declined the toll pass and then went through a toll that it would be $28 a DAY. He did not inform us it was $28 every single toll. I ended up paying over $200 in tolls for three days. I talked with them and they would not provide any assistance. Not only did they charged that we had ti pay for a Lyft ride from the facility to the airport. Very deceiving, do not recommend.Reviewed 24 Oct 2023

very bad service, they do not respect the prices they have on the website, I live in Florida and they told me that I had to take the obligatory sunpass because if not, every time I went through a toll and took the photo it would cost me 28 dollars, when No toll costs that. They gave me a rate for the sunpass and a client before me was given a much more expensive one. He charged me 19 a day and he charged a foreigner 28 a day and I told him why a price and my other one, he didn't know what to answer but I imagine that as a Florida resident he couldn't steal my face, "SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR COMPANY AT ALL" it is better with serious companiesReviewed 24 Oct 2023
