Cons: Halls and common areas were over fragranced. Housekeeping staff were meticulous however kept partially use glasses thinking we were going to reuse them. For example I would have a glass of wine However was unable to finish the left 25% of the glass house keeping with think that I would keep the glass and drink it the next day. This was a little frustrating the dessert was the same way. The halls are very fragranced

Pros: The service was exceptional and everyone was very keen to go the 'extra mile'. The staff were helpful in assisting us with information on current political situation. The location is great 5 minutes walk to the pier to get the star ferry to Hong Kong island and 5 minutes walk to main shopping area of Nathan road. Plenty of resturants near by and across the road from nearest MTR. Rooms were comfy and kept to a high standard, turn down service nice touch and enjoyed the treats left in room on certain nights of stay.

Pros: Service throughout was excellent. Special thanks to Younnes of the Concierge desk and the housekeeping crew on my floor ( 48) for great service and attention to detail. Bravo!
Cons: I had two room service meals. Both arrived promptly and were kept hot in the warmer en route. However, the condiments for my fish congee were disappointing. The peanuts, crisps and you tiao were limp and soft and unappetising. Condiments are meant to add a textural crunch to contrast with the smoothness of the congee. Also, it would be nice to have spring onions. Room interiors could do with some pops of colour. Current colour scheme is classic but bland

Pros: This is a solid choice for business or mature tourist travel. I was in town for meetings and a conference. Normally the distance and taxi time to the IFC area would totally justify the cost savings vs staying closer, at the four seasons. Given the protest activity in Hong Kong, getting a taxi or Uber ti get back and forth was a lot more difficult than usual. It’s a walkable distance, at about 1.5 miles, but not in heels. The staff were all very friendly and staying on the club level with access to the lounge is a good choice.

Pros: We had a corner room with a great view of the city. Room very spacious with a separate sitting area. Kettle and coffee machine with tea and coffee in room. Crisp white linen on bed. Great location to step right out into the hustle and bustle of the city, with numerous eateries and shops close by. Staff very professional and welcoming. Sadly we only had one night but would definitely stay here again. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant but it looked very nice.

Cons: The facilities are not what as shown on the website. I’m expecting to have a bathtub in the room as shown in pictures but there wasn’t any. The view shown on website is way more beautiful that what we saw from the room. There are many buildings blocking the view.

Pros: Great location.
Cons: We checked in and there was hammering and drilling in the room adjacent to ours. I called the front desk and they told me there was no construction happening. I held up the receiver and they heard it. I was later told it would stop by 6p, but that did not help us because we were exhausted and wanted to rest earlier in the afternoon.

Pros: This is a great hotel. Location is very good. Right on the Nathan Road but the sound insulation is very good. Comms to and from the airport are easy (part of the reason I chose it, as I have never been to Kowloon). Kowloon Station connects to the airport by express train (about $105HK). The hotel is also on the A21 / A22 bus route from the airport which is about $3HK from the airport one way. The hotel was very comfortable. Clean and well run. Lots of food options in the lower 2 floors where there is a sort of mini-food hall plus the hotel restaurant. I didn't take breakfast as it was very expensive - £15. The room was average sized for HK - I saw rooms a lot smaller on booking. Ours was one of the smallest on offer - 'Nook' - and about 16m2. A little crowded with 2 people's luggage but not restrictive. Staff are very attentive. We had a minor issue with the room that was fixed in a heartbeat once the message was passed to the right person. I thought VFM here was great. Not sure if prices were dropped due to the protests or if this was their normal price. It seemed cheap for what you got. I would stay here again.

Pros: Eaton HK is a modern hotel with a great vibe. It's located in close proximity to Jordan MTR (5min walk), Temple St Markets (2min walk) and Ladies Markets (15min walk). Nathan Rd has many stores to meet your needs and Starbucks is located on the corner if you're after a reasonable coffee. We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated 5 (kids 14, 12,12). The pool and gym are small but convenient. There are great eating facilities on-site, with an impressive buffet breakfast for those that like to eat in and an impressive range of cuisines on offer throughout the day and night. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. We highly recommend Eaton HK and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Room was comfortable. Staff were very good.
Cons: There was construction type noise from around 4.00 am in the morning which woke me. Even though there are letters advising guests of construction from 10.00am, I cannot be sure where this noise was from. It was similar to a drilling noise. Very intermittent. It happened on both mornings I was there. It stopped around 6.30am.

Pros: Had a convenient place to stay in Hong Kong
Cons: (1) given the handicapped room. The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. (4) only one elevator worked as the other one under maintenance- major waits and inconvenience as had to wait a couple of trips due to it being full (5) cockroach in the elevator near the pool (6) the green clean room special only offered $50 hkd on the buffet... nothing else.

Pros: Everything was great. Located walking distance to Macau ferry and Western Market. Can walk a total of about 1.5 miles to major high end shopping, Apple Store, Kowloon ferry and Hop-on-Hop off bus. Lots of food near. Beds are a little hard but not as bad as mainland China. Rooms are very small but efficient. Beautiful outside patio for resting, relaxing and eating the continental breakfast that is provided every morning. Staff was fantastic. Hotel is small with only about 10 rooms per floor.

Pros: Very clean and modern, very efficient operation. They give you everything that you need, but only what you REALLY need-- clean, quiet, comfortable place to sleep and do a bit of work if needed. Even a very basic breakfast. Free, functioning internet (which the major hotels chains haven't yet been able to figure out for some reason).

Pros: The hotel is on the Airport Express free shuttle route (H2) so makes it so easy to get back and forth to the airport. Short walk to several of the piers, tons of eateries around, Hollywood Rd is a 5-10 minute walk, so the location is great. I love that you can help yourself to fresh ground coffee all day (or tea, if you wish). Lovely patio to sit and enjoy your breakfast or to just chill from the crowded streets. The staff is very helpful. Shout out to Henry for arranging a free late check out for me!

Pros: Good harbour view from higher floors (but not the one shown in the photos!) Cheap! Good coffee bar and restaurant nearby.
Cons: Terrible breakfast, no proper bar. Tiny bedrooms with nowhere to hang clothes, had to keep everything in suitcases under the bed.
