Cool building, nice facilities. The view is amazing and the location is a short ride to good food areas like Little Tokyo. Bathroom was tiny, there was a small piece of gum stuck on the carpet in my room.
Views were perfect, great dining, walking distance toetro Can be confusing when walking around, a little pricey on the breakfast, but the food was great,
Everything sense I checked in the stuff was helpful and very nice I was there for my birthday weekend and they just made it awesome.
Very beautiful, cool building. Room was very comfortable. Great view of the city. Not really near any tourist locations.
Very luxurious when walking in. Room looks clean but there was dust in bathroom and I saw fingernail inbeteen bed and nightstand. Phone was not plugged in and did not work
"Complementary" wi-fi wouldn't let me connect under any circumstances! Very frustrating when traveling for business and connectivity is an essential need!!!
Cleanliness, the staff, facilities, bar, restaurant, the location! Mostly great experience! A couple of odd related employee related service issues but no big deal!
Clean facilities. 1. Entrance loop is too narrow with too few valet workers. If they pull up your car, you will be at the back of the loop. You have to wait for half a dozen cars in front of you before you can exit! 2. Extremely uncomfortable beds that offer no support. 3. Staff manages tasks does not offer service level befitting the price of the hotel.
The 48$ parking fee is simply outrageous.
Comfortable, quiet, accommodating, responsive, beautiful, safe Interactive and professionl staff Many shopping and dining amenities within easy walking distance A fantastic stay
the check in staff was rude
Super comfortable beds, room was very clean and nice. Great deal for such a great room!
The customer service was amazing. We had an amazing time on our trip. We'll definitely be back.
Location of hotel for what I wanted was good. Disappointed to pay for a 4 star hotel and get a 3 star room. I was at the omni for a meeting and extended my stay over the weekend. I was moved to a lower quality room and paid current hotel rates. David
Loved the comfortable bed, friendliness of staff, and especially the convenient courtesy car! While I normally use Lyft or Uber, I actually found the courtesy car faster and the drivers more knowledgable about the area. I tried both Lyft and Uber and both drivers took long and got lost. If you are here on business, the courtesy car is the way to go, especially as the drivers know the area well, especially the places you need to get to quickly for work. Lack of spa facilities. I booked a facial with the Omni Spa expecting there to be actual spa facilities since the price of a facial was as high as any resort spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, waiting room with tea and snacks) but there was none of that. I went down early to the spa area and was told to just come a few minutes before my appointment (there is no where to really hang out for an extended period). The pool outside was uninviting as it was drizzling. And there was just the fitness room down there and a small waiting area for the spa treatment rooms. The facial was very good, but I was just surprised/disappointed with the "spa" area.
Look of hotel Location a bit far from things to do.
Loved my stay at the Omni, it is one of my favorite hotels. I really want to continue to see all the different locations! I can't think of anything! Incredible stay.
Nice lobby, location, staff. Ordered room service, burger was pretty good. Felt like I was in a clean place. It was a bit too expensive. There's not much to do near by. Valet was ridiculously priced. And yeah that's all..
Overall experience/ patio
The hotel is very nice, in front has a metro station and a drugstore.Macy's is aside and there is a lot of options of cafeteria and dinners near of hotel. The wireless internet is very expensive!!!
Nothing I was over billed and nobody return my calls.
King size bed, big screen tv and at kayak price 100 less per day. 200 a good price per day.
Nobody picks telephone at the reception. The front desk staff are either very few in number or they are not trained. I never got phone calls connected to my room inspite of calling the front desk manytimes. Due to this I had lots of problem.
We stayed at the Sheraton downtown to be within walking distance to a hockey game at Staples Centre. The hotel location was great for this. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Sheraton hotels always seem to have the most comfortable beds in any hotel. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed at during our week long vacation. Linens and towels were great as well. We did not like the fact that we had to pay for wifi. A hotel of this star rating and price should have complimentary wifi for guests, especially since it is located downtown and I presume there would be many guests there on business. We also found that when we attempted web access without wifi that there was little reception on the 21 floor, so we were without web access that day. Our room was located 2 doors away from the elevators which was noisy. The water pressure in the shower was quite terrible.
Would stay here again for a stay cation. Near all great restaurants. The lobby is gourgeous. Interesting tech for elevators.
I enjoyed the location of being downtown, with easy acess from the freeway. The staff particularly in the cafe was outstanding. I did not like the fact of not fully disclosing the cost per night for the room; Exam. the room was 115. plus tax. Great. Terrible, Occupany tax approximately $16. Parking, 28.00 per day. If one would have known those additional cost up front, one could have made additional accomodations. The money was not the object, the surprise element of not disclosing the true amount. I felt like this was a ploy of the unknown!Plus, I am approximately 6'3 and enjoy a bath tub. This room did not have a tub, instead a phobic shower that one could not litterally move around in. This was majorily dissappointing, however, hotel should be about comfort and convienece. Other than that, the Sheraton would do!
the marathon, the food
The staffs were very helpful and the room are very need and comfortable to live in.
The bed was very comfortable I did not like that we could not crack open the window. There was no pool.
Restaurant great for breakfast; gym was GREAT! Room comfortable and decently appointed. Bathroom a bit Spartan
Close to everything downtown and very Good Breakfast. I felt the parking should have been included with price I spent on the room!
It was full of history and beautiful. Great location! The hotel and building itself was wonderful. Free breakfast. Parking is reasonably priced. Definitely going back again. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. TV was awkwardly placed and small.
The hotel and athletic club is perfect for quick business trips and relatively inexpensive last minute bookings. I'm considering joining the club after this stay.
The rooms were big as well as the bathrooms. The hotel itself was decorated nicely. When I was there, all but one elevator was broken and it would take 15 minutes or more for an elevator to come. There were lines of 20 people or more waiting on the elevator. It was awful. Also, valet is slow. The only parking is valet for $35/night which is fine, however it would take way too long to get your car. They weren't organized very well.
Great bar and restaurants on site. Great little shop with excellent variety of food and drink options along with adorable gifts. Great room service - yummy breakfast! Good customer service. King size room was great with no issues. Only minor comment we could make would be the hotel elevators - seem to be under renovation which is hopefully a good thing as they were a bit shaky and scary with one half of the elevators completely out of service.
Extremely not happy with my stay. The staff were the worst. Once we arrived they didn't open the door, the staff were talking together and ignore us. We took our bags by ourselves. We paid $35 for the valet parking per day and it wasn't worth the price at all. We have to wait for a long time to get the car. Also, the staff treated us very badly. If it's four stars hotel, they should have more sophisticated staff. Not worth the price. Not realistic in the reviews.
pay for internet access? noisy - next to freeway
comfortable rooms cheap toilet paper lack of tea bags expensive parking did not receive a thank you or how was your stay at checkout
They sold my reservation and wanted me to stay in a Sheraton in Universal city putting me about an hour out with traffic and my appointment was at 530pm in downtown LA and 7am at the LA hotel the next morning. They blamed Kayak and stated that "you" sell reservations when open reservations don't exist. They took no blame or responsibility. I had to stay in another hotel near LA hotel because my appointment was at 7am there at LA hotel! I want my money back
tHEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I BOOKED IT IN kYAK THIS WAS ACTUALLY PROCESSED THROUGH A 3RD PARTY VENDOR . it took 45 minutes to get it straightened out.
Room and bed were large and comfortable. The in-room coffee left something to be desired. The small packets of powdered creamer were barely enough for a small cup of coffee, even using both of them. And there were no glasses in the room . . just plastic cups.
This hotel is in transition and making an very honest effort to make it into a destination for all travelers. They are doing a good job. change takes time and with that. Elevators are not up to par and there is a feeling of being in a "remodel" but the staff is great and I would return without pause ATM was a real pain. Have to follow up with my bank because it did the entire transaction but for giving me my money. Parking being a separate charge is a miss too
Great price, service and convenience downtown. Very good breakfast. Moldy smell from A/C in our room. Expensive parking $40.
It's cheaper than most LA Hotels. Have to pay for parking and wifi. They would allow guests to check in before me (my reservation). Have to check out at front desk.
Comfortable, pretty clean, LOOKS luxurious, all the basic amenities , good location (but you still need a taxi or a car) expired elevator inspection certificates, decor and interior design is booshie - you can tell they threw some decor over the old hotel, small pool, not enough towels, expensive for price
The hotel was gorgeous and all of the staff members were very kind and answered my questions straight forward without trouble. Check in and Check out was very easy. I had difficulty confirming over the phone two nights before my stay.
the worst and dirty hotel i have been staying ever .. just awful stay ..
Beautiful architecture, enjoyed all of the history around the hotel and the design. Also our upgrade to a suite! ;-) No room service after 11pm. fail.
The hotel is beautiful. The Mezzanine rooms we used for our meetings were unbearably cold and made it hard to concentrate. I had to wear a jacket the entire time.
The door to the toilet in 837 creaked
The stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the bar was fun.
Historical, well maintained, beautiful hotel! Slightly small rooms, fridge would be good in the room.
I enjoyed the history;the many photo's of celebrities ; the beautiful public areas and the restaurants .
It is at a good location. The decor is in a classy old traditional style. It is associated with a lot of history. Maintenance does not match the class: A light did not work. It was not fixed upon notification. The guest information binder was missing.
The hotel staff was excellent and very nice. They were attentive and accomodating. The lobby and banquet rooms were beautiful. The common areas were a site to see. Great location for downtown. The rooms are run down and shabby. The rooms need a major updating. The furniture was old and worn. The bathrooms were small. The elevators were a nightmare!
The staff was very accommodating and the location was good. The tub in our bathroom was disgusting, needs to be changed out,
We loved the pillows and bed so much! The see through shower was really cool. We loved how modern the style was.we We didn't like how the mini bar menu did specify every alcoholic drink. It stated the red bull cost $5 but got billed $13.. So watch for that.
The AHS looking hallways and elevator. Creepy but so kool. I didn't like the bel man to check in my 18 pack. Not kool
The food was excellent. Definitely above Standard. :) Their minimalist style was executed well. Food was delivered quickly for room service. There was no alarm clock or clock in the room. This posed many problems for me. I had to turn on the tv and flip the channel to get a momentary glimpse of the time. Also, the mini fridge was crammed full of drinks so that there was no room to house leftover food. The gym was stagnant, dark, and claustrophobic. The equipment was in great shape and functional, but being in that room was a struggle mentally. The walls were a terrible wood-paneling that accentuated the windowless, dark smallness of the room. There was no music, or tv to drown out the silence. Also, on my last morning I found that my arm was eaten up by what could only have been bedbugs.
The Standard is in a great area of Downtown Los Angeles. It is in proximity to a lot of great places. We chose to go there because of the rooftop bar they have at the hotel- you get to skip the line if you're staying there. The room was modern and simple but it had really nice amenities and an awesome bathtub with an interesting shower. Breakfast at the restaurant is really good and they sell a lot of cool, quirky stuff at the gift shop. A Los Angeles must for a younger group. Our room was on the third floor and overlooking downtown and the valet area. Since there is a restaurant downstairs, they play loud music and it was bumping until 2am. You come to expect this at such a trendy hotel, but they also give you earplugs in the room. I think it just adds to the vibe of the hotel but some people may not appreciate it.
The rooms were really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. $38 for parking?!? That is ridiculous.
Rooftop pool was really nice. The room itself wasn't really comfortable. I get the minimalistic / boutique feel the hotel was going for, but it was very basic and didn't seem worth the price. Also, the see through bathroom wall (from the bed area) was a bit odd...it should at least be opaque.
I love the style at the Standard. It has character without sacrificing quality, and the food at the restaurant is superb. Not much negative to say. Water collected in the soap dish. Uhhhh....?
The staff and manager on shift was amazing, super attentive to details and helpful. There was a privet roof top event... Guest couldn't utilize the roof top bar, the roof top pool was closed off
The location The ambiance isn't great
The hotel was so awesome! Spacious! Bluetooth speaker! Great view and window! We loved the shower! So much space! we will definitely be back.
Clean and modern Nothing
Room decor, facilities, attentive staff, restaurant, location A bit loud at times
Really a great location. Room was nice. Staff was fantastic. Shower and bathroom was awful.
Customer service clean friendly staff and hotel is definitely a 4-star Hilton in bed was very comfortable Did not have a fridge in my room
Our neighbors were fighting and extremely noisy, yet nobody came to take care of the issue.
Super expensive breakfast even if we had a "free" continental one included
I liked everything about my stay at the hotel.
location,and i thought everything was 5 star!!!!
the hotel was very nice loved the staying the safe deposit located in the lobby insteed of the room they should have safe in the room
Cleaniness, TV size Location of hair dryer hanging in a pouch on the wall very odd and not correct.Difficult to take out and replace
Great location. Walking distance to lots of downtown attractions. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Rooms are nice but small. No vending and no mini-store (Water, soda, snacks, beer, etc.) Closest store is 3-4 blocks.
The staff was very pleasant. It was a lovely hotel and I enjoyed my stay there very much.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, particularly as you could walk to local restaurants. Swimming pool was tiny. Rooms very small.
The rooms are virtually soundproof; very comfortable sleeping environment with European-style bed linens and lots of fluffy towels. The hotel staff isn't up to date on transportation options or what's nearby. They seemed to be confused most of the time.
Liked the location. Was 1 block away from where I needed to be the next morning. My room was super small.
This hotel is very close to Staples Center, LA Convention Center, and LA Live. There is a Starbucks and Ralphs nearby as well as several affordable restaurants, including two 24 hour spots. The cost of this hotel, compared to other hotels in the location, is quite cheap. The staff is friendly enough. You get what you pay for. This hotel is in quite an old building so some things can't be helped or would require a major investment. If you know what you're in for this hotel could be good enough for a short trip. If you're expecting a 3+ star hotel, look elsewhere. The rooms are very small. The sink is in the room instead of in the bathroom. The showers are very small. The windows don't shut 100%, street sounds can be heard. Especially at 1:00 AM when people are beginning to leave bars or concerts at the Staples Center. The closets are tiny, the hangers in them have to be at an angle to shut the door. The door to the room I had during this trip would stick; so, I had to be extra forceful to get it open or closed. During my two visits at this hotel I requested and was approved for late checkout. Neither time was housekeeping informed. The first time the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 11am trying to get in to clean the room. My Spanish and her English were both poor so while the point got across eventually, it was awkward because I was just out of the shower. This time I returned to my room to find the door propped open with a wet towel and nobody around. None of my things were disturbed so I shut the door to get ready to shower. The housekeeper promptly knocked and asked if I was checking out. I let her know I had late check out and she returned to another room. The room I stayed in during this trip had a faint foul odor. They could use some of those air fresheners that go off on a timer. Finally, roaches. During my trip last year I killed one large roach. I knew this wasn't a great hotel so I wasn't exactly shocked by the creature. This time I killed one small one in the evening and 10 more in the morning (ranging from very small to large). The number of them was disturbing because I would catch the movement in the corner of my eye and then kill them. If I was less observant I may not have noticed all of them; but truthfully I may have missed many more even with the number I killed.
I stayed at the Milner Hotel while on a business trip to LA. The hotel is located within walking distance from my office. My overall experience was good but I wouldn't stay there for a vacation. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the best of the two was the King Suite, it had plenty of room and looked newer and cleaner. The other room with a queen bed was too small and looked older and not as clean. Only one of the two elevators was working and so it was a long wait for the elevator. At one point both elevators were broken and I stayed on the eleventh floor, so that's a long way up and down.
Great DTLA location. Clean comfortable, no frills.
The location and staff were excellent The room in bad shape. Very old and dated. Smelled. Not clean. Sheets were old.
I was with friends. Their room had a closet blocked by a side table and a side area with wires hanging from the ceiling. The two person room I had was smaller that the one person room my friends had and the bathroom was barely big enough for one person to stand and turn around or do anything. The room was not cleaned all the way and they did not give us fresh towels. Breakfast was meager: waffle maker, juice/milk, hot/cold cereal, fruit and pastries. I would never stay there again. Nothing in the pictures was what in my room and nothing in my room reflected the amount I paid. No one in my party was happy with their room. The location was fine as we could walk everywhere we needed, but I had to park in a lot down the street. All in all this was an expensive hotel for no reason.
Room is narrow small uncomfortable, we cann't put up with the narrow bed, gray leafletsand the only one old elevator.
only location This was my second time in four months but this time experience some staff rude as if she don't care for guest to come back for stay or not Secondly some rooms no have proper wifi Thirdly some rooms are with OH MY GOD restrooms the shower place not even sufficient to stand
It got the job done, the breakfasts were pretty good. The elevators were a little scary, and the building and facilities are pretty old and it's showing its age. The room was small but big enough for the basics. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but it got more comfortable as time went on. Parking is not included and costs $18/day next to the hotel. The shower was almost comically small. My shoulders are wider than it. No refrigerator in the room.
The location being downtown LA that's all. I don't like that online the hotel room looks 100% different than how the rooms really look. I don't like that the bed was broken right when we walked in. I don't like that they have a sink next to the television set and outlet system (very dangerous). I don't like that the bathroom toilet had urine in it already and the shower grout had hair and a sort of residue on the floor. I don't like that the room smelt musky and dusty. I don't like that the I spent so much for false advertising. All in all I don't like this place. And there is literally no other positive except for the location, that's it.
I found the afternoon staff very friendly, made me laugh even. But I found out early the next morning by young nephew that he couldn't sleep at all because bugs/fly's kept attacking him all night. Then he showed me one, which was cockroaches. He said there were hundreds of them all night..... When I notified the morning staff, they looked at me like they already knew, stalled on replying. I let them know I would not be asking for my money back, but I would never stay there again. ROACH MOTEL.
The location is good. It's near the metro and convention center. My room was quiet. The free breakfast is basic but a nice add-on. The hotel is old and while the lobby looks decent, my room felt really dirty. It also smelled bad. I was afraid to step on the carpet with my bare feet or even my socks. I also didn't feel comfortable drinking the tap water there so I had to buy bottled water. There are also lots of homeless people hanging around the hotel. The front desk attendant doubles as the "security" attendant as well. There were times that I wondered how easily homeless and other uninvited guests could get into the building. On the last night I did see a roach in my bathroom. The ice machines were all broken except for one.
Water wasn't running. Elevator wasn't working.
The situation, the style, confort, the hospitality, the welcome, the services The breakfast was too simple, no real choice
Location close to convention center and LA Live area. $14 per day service charge
I really liked how friendly they were and how helpful they were.
The room has multiple sources of soft indirect lighting, including a switch for mood lighting circling the bottom of the bed. So it's very romantic, although maybe a little dim near the entry area. I really liked it. We slept great on the beds and the shower is really strong. It was a very refreshing stay. There was a continental breakfast included but we skipped it to stay in bed. Parking is literally next door, and 18 bucks per 24 hours is better than in a lot of places in downtown LA. My fifth floor room's view was the featureless brick wall of the next building, almost close enough to reach out the window and touch it. Not kidding. Like some kind of urban planning mishap. You get a little sunlight in the morning, like being at the bottom of a well. I was amused, but it might shock others. The AC unit had a temperature control feature, but it seemed to run too long before shutting off. The hallways leading to the rooms are not air conditioned at all, so when it's 100F in LA (like it was when we were there), it's 100F in the hallway. Housekeeping needs to obey the DND hangtag, seriously. -_-;
The location was great and close to everything in Downtown. Its a quick Uber ride to Hollywood. It has a boutique feel so don't stay there if you are looking for a hotel chain feel. The hotel itself is very trendy. It has a bar and restaurant downstairs. We also like the fact that you have to use your card to take the elevator to your room which makes it feel more safe and exclusive. The room was small but I suppose big enough for us 2. We used it mostly to sleep. The room is a little old and worn out but it worked out ok considering we paid less than the other hotels going rate. There was a smell we couldn't make out. It went away after we were there for a day.
Our room was well designed and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant wasn't open over the 4 days we were there, except for a party.
The location was perfect for what I needed access to. Staff were condescending and dismissive (particularly Javie) with very poor customer service skills. In the middle of my completely calm discussion with Javie about why he tried charging me twice for my stay (with an outrageous incidental hold charge), I was on the receiving end of the rudest "hold on" finger gesture when he decided that was the appropriate moment to take a phone call. Dark, stuffy hallways, dark rooms (the few lights that were in the room were dim and poorly located), broken down mattress, SPIDERS (killed three during my 7-day stay), and breakfast was weak (OJ, bran cereal, coffee/tea, instant oatmeal). Neighboring rooms were noisy beyond belief. I was awakened in the middle of the night several times throughout my stay to a screaming child, elephants upstairs and neighboring rooms blasting loud music on the featured Samsung Smart TVs. While on the way to the hotel prior to my stay, I was excited to see I could text the hotel to check in and ask questions. Microwaves available? No. This made leftovers from restaurants wasted. Could you provide me service and price information for your spa? No, here's the phone number so you can call them yourself. Truly disappointing and put a big damper on my first trip to LA. BUT, if you need a hotel that is centrally located, and the Milner and Biltmore are too pricey for you, then O Hotel is in a good spot.
Stylish and comfortable hotel. Appreciated the continental breakfast everyday. Wish there were more options for breakfast. And wish there was bottled water in the room everyday.
food at the restaurant no
Elegant and fashionable hotel. Nice rooms. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not an european style breakfast. Fridge didn't work. Bad room view on a wall. A bit problem with parking.
the hotel was nicely redone and is in a good central location for downtown and events at staples centre. you can hear conversations from other rooms above and below you. there was loud music in the room below us that we notified the front desk about at 12:30 am-noise didn't stop. after asecond call to front desk they said they can't control all guests so we requested to change rooms if they weren't going to stop the noise so at 1:30 am we moved to another room. seems to me the noisy guests should be the ones moving or leaving the hotel if they can't be quiet after 11:00 pm!!!
It's cheap and centrally located. It's a a crash pad. Small stuffy rooms. Windows don't open.
Probably the cheapest option next to Disney Hall and other Grand Avenue cultural attractions. The hotel is really basic. Don't stay if you like nice amenities or want to use the room for anything but sleeping.
Victor the valet was very friendly and helpful. Other than that the room was tiny and plain but it worked as a place to crash for the night. Surprised that I had to pay for parking. TV stand was broken but made do. Bed needs to be replaced soon. You can tell it's been used a lot.
Price was decent for a 2-Star hotel. It's good for a crash pad which we used for. Great valet, always attentive. Hallway and small stuffy room.
Very basic hotel, but for the area, jt was an economical place to stay. It was clean, staff was friendly, and location was very good. As a grad student traveling for a conference 1/2 mile away, it fit the bill pefectly. It was a very basic hotel (pay for wifi). Few amenities nearby, but for the price, its hard to complain.
Location was excellent FAXed hotel a month before stay to request a quiet, non-smoking room. Was put on third floor but noise and vibration from nightclub below was unreal. Thankfully it all died down at ~ 2am but it made for an unpleasant stay and a poor night's sleep.
The hotel itself is a bit dated and shows signs of age, but it does seem like they're trying to fix things up. Our room was small and the furniture was a bit rinky-dink, but very clean and very inviting despite limited space. We wanted a place to crash after a day of exploring the city and for the price, it suited our needs just fine. The staff we interacted with during our stay was incredibly polite. I've seen a lot of complaints in reviews, but honestly, I feel like this was one of the nicer places I've been for the price. The club below was quite noisy and I could feel the vibration from the fourth floor, but it was tolerable for both me and my 16 year old who can pretty much sleep through anything. You may want to avoid this one if you are a light sleeper.
The hotel is near The Broad, MOCA, Disney Hall, downtown and Little Tokyo. It's comfortable and reasonably priced. The small size of the rooms makes it feel urban and right for a stay in LA. The lobby needs an update.
Close to the courthouse. No place to get food at this hotel.
Nothing They gave us the choice of a room above a club and the front desk person told me "it's going to be loud. You won't sleep." Or a smoking twin room. The twin beds aren't even true twins. They're tiny. The room is so small that only one person can walk to the bathroom, one person must be in a bed in order for the other to walk. I was stunned at how small the room was. They wouldn't cooperate when I told them I had a big audition the next day and my choice was between not sleeping or sleeping in a tiny room and breathing the harsh smoking room air. Instead I paid more for the hilton the same night because it was that bad. Never again.
i didnt like my stay!i have made a reservation 2months ago.first when i have arrived.they didnt give me the correct room.it was reseved for an other!ervrything was bad.i dont advice people!
Hotel would not issue refund even though I had not spent the night not left the room in worse condition than when I had entered. Five minute wait for elevator and no stairs. Hotel situated on top of night club with no sound proofing. Cramped.
