Wonderful building and facilities. Clean, comfortable. Great location. I have stayed at several Starwood Hotels and usually the W staff is a little bit more hospitable and welcoming. This particular staff was not very welcoming and when I had questions I was met with some interesting attitudes. All in all, great hotel - just think like every hotel somethings can be improved.
I found the overall experience of staying in the W very relaxing and comfortable.
The front staff and manager were extremely accomodating after having a 2 hour tiff with the booking company I used (Get a Room, you were terrible). The room was clean and contemporary which me and my guests enjoyed. For the price, it was reasonable due to the location right next to the commons and for a saturday night in Boston. Wifi was free and they had speakers to hook up an iPad to play music. Parking was $50 for valet. ~$40 in the surrounding parking lots for overnight.

The hotel was very clean and very roomy. It also was close to the T Things I didn't like were.. Couldn't get the room to feel completely warm.set thermostat to 78 it barely hit 70. Parked in the parking garage a block away for $22 for the weekend compared to the hotel wanting to charge me $51 to park per day kind of a no brainier. Who's there was a pool or hot tub to relax in during our stay.

The interior of the hotel. That was about it. The room was not only small but watching tv was only possible sitting on the edge of the bed on the side. Miserable view. Were prepared to pay more for another room. Briefly - no hotel fully bo No value for a lot of money. Breakfast in the Oakroom was one morning being served by a friendly and polite waiter but the next day it was a very arrogant service as if we had to be thankful to be served.

staff were very friendly and it was in the best location of Boston. Overall it was an excellent choice - value for the money I paid. At my surprise, opon checking out they charged the normal rate, which was twice more expensive than the Booking.com price. Then I had to show the Booking.com e-mail to bring the price back to the one at which the booking was made. It was a cumbersome process. The hotel staff told me that this kind of problem often took place with the Booking .com.

The shower was subpar and the toilet had terrible pressure/flushing capabilities. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered cold. There was nothing spectacular about the breakfast and it was $98 for two people.

The hotel appeared clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast offered was fine and the complimentary shuttle to the airport worked out very well. We drove to Boston's north end for a wonderful Italian dinner and getting back and forth was simple and straight forward. We found that the room telephone did not work when we attempted to contact the front desk to retreive our car from the valet parking. Also, the television stopped delivering all the channels...it intially worked with all channels but then a number of them "disappeared" which was disappointing. It would be better, also, if Pay per View was available as we would have enjoyed staying in and watching a good movie before an early morning flight.
Great hotel for visiting Boston. Breakfast was great. Staff was very attentive. Pizza Boy (nearby) has excellent pizza and you can walk to it.
The place was well kept and my accommodations were good, especially for a very reasonable price. I was disturbed by a loud conversation in the next room for a while and an air mattress endeavor at about 3am across the hall. The walls may be a bit thin there. Those were the only issues however.
Beds were good, lounge downstairs was nice, good breakfast, nice outdoor sitting area with gas fire ledge. Having to tip toe around the entry, lobby, and elevator area while a rather large crew of guys used somewhat loud equipment to clean & scrub floors. Had to be careful getting around because floors were wet from entry all way to elevators.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and very supportive. I had to fax a confirmation letter to the Bank, so the manager Maxim Davidov did everything to fax a letter on time and was willing and eager to help. I also liked that we did not have to ask twice for anything that we requested. I liked everything regarding the hotel. My only concern was location. I had an exam in Boston and it takes about 7-8 stops by metro to get to the city of Boston. But then again, the price was very convenient, especially when you are on a budget. Also very close to the Logan International airport.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was a good surprise. I was expecting regular accomodations and service but the room and bathroom - not to mention the staff - was way better than just regular. Considering the prices in Boston hotels, even if you have to drive or take the train downtown everyday to enjoy your turism, it is worth staying at this Confort Inn. I have only good things to say. :-)

Amenities and room in general showed great care for guests to feel comfortable and pampered, it has one of the greatest offering for kids I have seen in a hotel and its location is very convenient to reach all key areas around Boston.

My stay was terrific. An overnite because I had a car rental and an early flight next day. The people at the Hilton were so helpful--the doorman/valet especially who helped me by directing me to the rental return that was close and sending the hotel van to pick me up. I returned the car and walked out and into the Hilton van. The facility is luxurious. A Starbucks in the lobby! I used the full exercise and weight room, lots of machines and plenty of room, with changing rooms attached. Adjacent, the pool and large hot tub were fully operational and super clean. My room was larger than I expected, well kept, and the bed was super. The staff here and management deserve many kudos for making this Hilton a first class facility. Thanks!
It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel. Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.

The front desk service was terrible. His name from the front desk is Henry. I am a foreigner. When I was checking in, I asked him if i have to pay for having breakfast. His face expression was like "what the fuck are you asking me that kind if stupid question?" And he was just looking at me for 5 seconds and answered that its gonna be charged. I felt very uncomfortable about his attitude. After that, when I entered the room, I just shocked one more because the water was leacking around the toilet and there was some hairs on the floor.. so I came down and talked to the guy, Henry about it. He said sorry about that and changed my room number. I said thank you but he didnt say anything. Its so rude. And also I asked him if i can have toothpaste and his attitudes was just unprofessional.. Very disappointed about hilton hotel.
Location was great The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
The staff were attentive. Wifi was free for me, but I'm a member of Hilton rewards which may have been why it was free. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Everything was clean and ran smoothly. the airport shuttle was great and they even ran to the rental car return to pick me up when I returned by car. This is a minor gripe. Usually I don't have a car when I stay at a hotel but the Hilton only offered valet parking for $44 dollars a day. Maybe my naivete is showing in that I think $44 as the only option for parking your car is excessive. There was a airport lot very close, but that was $29 each time you entered or left. It left you feeling somewhat hostage to the $44 dollars. Again, this may be very typical of hotels at airports and I am simply unaware.
It is wonderful to have such a lovely hotel within walking distance of the airport. I had to fly on the day I arrived and again on the next ay, so I greatly appreciated the convenience of having your lovely hotel right next door. They also did a great job looking after my luggage until my next flights.
We totally enjoyed a dinner and the breakfasts daily. The room was quaint and very clean. We also enjoyed the street view and being so close to where our son and daughter-in- law live. It was nice to be able to walk to everything. We did not like having to go into the second building and up stairs to get to our room. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the room. Given the fact there was not valet parking availabe, we thought the price was a little high.
The location. Small room. We requested a room for 3 people, however the extra bed put in the room meant we could not open the wardrobe.No fridge, no coffee making facilities. Very poor water pressure in basin, plug broken.If they didn't have a room to accommodate 3 people,they should have told us when we booked. Very expensive for what we received. We loved the old-fashioned charm of this small hotel in the Beacon Hill area, with the trees in front of the windows and the access to a small terrace overlooking Charles Street maybe the most romantic place in Boston (at least during Indian summer). The room was not overly big but nicely decorated. Breakfast in the Bistro - among the best French restaurants in Boston with an impressive list of European wines - was a real treat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a small European type hotel with classy, touches and no extra fluff. It's not for everyone, but perfect for those who seek the quaint and unique. It is more like staying in a guest house than a hotel. I wish they had a place for guests to grab coffee without having to join the dining room or go down the street to Starbucks.
Good location, lively atmosphere. Generally a good feel / fun to be there. Night Porter was very helpful and pleasant with our early morning departure / obtaining taxis. Room a bit on the small side - although not untypical of a European city centre hotel. Bathroom was disappointing - useless shower. Items reported as not working properly to reception were not dealt with at all during our stay.

Fifteen Beacon was beautiful, staff was so helpful and servicing that we felt truly carefree on our vacation to Boston. The rooms were excellently appointed, fashionably contemporary and spacious. We loved the fireplace, the four post bed and the privacy, it was the perfect intimate setting amid the busy Boston city life.
The location is perfect for a downtown stay and, while small, the rooms are nicely designed. Poor air conditioning. No bath in the room.

The studio room was ok and nicely furnished It was incredibly noisy, street traffic, garbage trucks, whining and motors running kept you awake from 2.30-5.30am every morning. I am afraid teh hotel was unworkable as a business hotel, and only possible as a holiday hotel if you are a heavy sleeper or a hard drinker so that you could surivive teh noise. I'll never stay again nor would I recommend it. Sorry. Having booked 2 rooms and paid so much a night I was utterly disappointed. Complaining next morning to the front desk about the noise, the receptionist was talking to me and then said "hold on" picked up the phone and started arranging some other booking with the caller. Don't Americans do basic manners anymore? Please note this is not a complaint, it was rude, noisy and expensive.

Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.

The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot. There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
I encountered a few problems and the staff acted immediately to accommodate me.

The location was great especially in proximity to public transportation. The decor was simple and comfortable. The noise coming from the hallway and room next door was somewhat bothersome. The lounge on the groundfloor became a night spot on the weekend and guests are continuing to party going back to their rooms. The acoustics in the lounge were very loud as well.

What you would expect from a Westin. Clean, fairly modern rooms, big TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. It's connect by skywalks to other malls so you can get to many places without even hitting the street. Had little interaction with the staff but they were all courteous and efficient.

Location Staff was inattentive and seemed bored. I arranged for a crib for my room for my son and upon arrival, it was not in the room which was hugely inconvenient. I had to call to have it brought up. Also, wifi should be free in this hotel.

The Westin is located in the heart of Boston with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. Great location for business travelers. Customer service was also great. Definitely worth checking out for your next business trip!

It was incredibly functional--I stayed in a clean, nice one bed room and for my needs it was perfect. The only thing that didn't quite work was the fact that I was relying fully on public transportation and it is a solid walk from the closet T stop. I could do it, but if you have kids, or ladies, if you're wearing heels, plan to take 'em off to get there!
Great location. 0.2 miles from fanuiel hall. Next to a pub and across the street from a restaurant / next to Howel at the moon and walking distance to aquarium, restaurants, bars and harbor... Everything costs money... Parking is $51 extra per night. Wifi is $40 extra per night... King Rooms are tiny... Staff isn't friendly... Hallways are dark... Some valet people are rude, others are absolute dolls... And the lobby is depressing and sets the vibe for the rest of the hotel... Couldn't control heat, felt like cold air was blowing on us all night.
Awesome staff. They helped a lot with restaurants and hot spots of Boston. They asked if I'd like a spacious room.. I got a regular one oddly shaped. They had construction going and woke me up with drills and hammers at 730am both the nights I was there
The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The room was nicely spacious. It is a lovely hotel conveniently located for the tourist. The appointments were a little less than expected considering the expense/level of accommodation. Nothing major. The furniture was sub-par - the drawers didn't close well, the closet door light weight. The phone lines did not work. There was on-going remodeling work to which the trouble with the phones might be attributed however the issue was not resolved within our four night stay.

This is a nice centrally located hotel with a nice room, including plasma, free wireless internet and great food options for delivery. Definetely a good accommodation for boston - walking distance for everything. The gym was closed.
The one thing I liked the most was the location, it is convenient to a lot of areas. I loved the hotel staff and how friendly they are, as well as the bar/restaurant with entrance from the lobby. Rooms are too small, not comfortable at all, with one chair only in the room, and a lot of construction going on since early Saturday morning. Rooms are always dark with one small window.

Very seemingly new hotel - everything very clean, updated. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast since we had to leave too early, but appreciated the chocolate chip cookie offered at check-in! Staff was *extremely* friendly, together, and helpful. Free parking, and they also have an airport shuttle if you need it. Great hotel! Keep up the good work! Bed maybe a tad uncomfortable, but I did have too much coffee that night. (Pillows were huge.)

The Staff was very helpful as soon as we checked in. The Hampton Inn is just a few minutes from the airport so it is the best choice to stay before your flight out the next day. The shuttle took us to our gate.

When we had a problem with our room they changed it relatively quickly. They also have a shuttle from the airport to subway to take into the city which was convienient. We got to the hotel around 9. As soon as we got there the receptionist called someone on the phone speaking Spainish. Obviously about our room. I guess she didn't realize my boyfriend spoke spainish and could Understand there was a problem. When we got to the room there was a yellowed old ozone machine in the room and the room smelled like smoke and marijuana covered by an insane amount of room spray. I went to the hall and told the cleaner and she came in and acted suprised...while trying to sneakily remove to old air purifying machine they had forgotten. They switched our room easily however they double charged me for our new room. Very poorly handled business. Just make sure you watch your step there.
Tarek was outstanding at the front desk. It was mayhem and he was efficient and delightful. In addition, Freddie, who ran breakfast like a clock, was a character. Combined with the location, you can't beat this Sheraton.

My 16 year old daughter and boyfriend had tickets to the Celtics game and the drive home to Stamford, CT was to long that time of night so I found this room on booking.com and it suited its purpose. It is about 2.6 miles from the TD Garden but it is in somewhat of an industrial area. But if you are looking for a room to sleep in and a great Continental breakfast...it suits the purpose.
First impressions we're excellent and that didn't change throughout my trip. The room was nicer than expected and perfectly cleaned. The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and even helped me set up my Uber app (if you don't have it, you have to get it...perfect for Boston). I book into Best Westerns a few times a year and will definitely book into the Roundhouse on my next trip to Boston. Very nice and quiet . Only thing is about heating system in the room ( noisy)
I loved the continental breakfast every morning. Good selection, good hours - great way to start the day. Not necessarily the hotel --- but Boston itself and trying to find your way around with the one way streets etc.
Morning breakfast was tasteful, the staff pleasant. However the noise level surrounding this hotel was horrendous, got no sleep at all. Noise level, combination of construction nearby which continued thoroughout the night, as well as ambulance sirens intermittently. It was a one time experience which I will not repeat.
Carlos at front desk was very responsive and great - promptly changed our room to snother floor after we alerted him to heavy smoking odors on floor that wafted into our room and permeated elevator. Carlos came up quickly, said noticed the heavy smoke as soon as he arrived in th hallway. Round suite on upper floor was very nice with french foor separating sitting area with pullout bed - plush, updated, and clean - nice toiletries. Free parking and location near colleges we were visiting was the dras for us. Breakfast had hot selections and staff kind but mediocre in flavor. Cleanliness inside did not match lack of cleanliness and debris outside or trash areas issues. Not a good area - best to jump in car and eat breakfast elsewhere.

The rooms were nice. They over booked and messed up my reservations, so I had to settle for a king bed with some gassy girls.
Lovely room, with good light and new furnishings. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good, easy internet. Few food options on-site.
the room size was quite small, but very clean room and very comfortable bed. hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The staff was 10+! Hotel was less than a block from a T pickup location to go to Fenway or Downtown.

Great little hotel right next to the VA Hospital in Jamaica Plains. Clean, lots of channels, including on demand Comcast which was a plus!
Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! It was very clean and the perfect location. You could walk to Fenway! (And other areas around it!) It reminds me of many of the boutique hotels in Europe. Small but perfect! The was absolutely nothing I didn't like!
I loved this little hotel. Everything you need in a small package. Fridge, microwave, comfortable bed! Very convenient to hospitals and street parking! Looking forward to staying again!
Very botique cool hotel, good price! $20 TO PARK CAR, not enough coffee in room.
Proximity to the Longwood Medical complex hospitals and the complimentary taxi was very helpful and I will recommend this small quiet hotel to anyone coming to Boston for medical reasons. Lack of dining close by the hotel was a challenge in winter.
