KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

I guess he got upset that I didn’t wanna check in my bags that he asked me to place my SMALL CARRY ON (my backpack) in the luggage size checker to verify it fit. It did fit except a small part poked out because I had stuffed some souvenirs in there. It was clearly small and could clearly fit under my seat, but he said I had to check it in. This angered me but I kept my cool and walked away. Customer service doesnt start with British Airways."

The Pilot said he would turn on the in-flight navigator but it never did work, so I'm not sure what happened there. No internet connection in their fleet yet either. Clearly, this is a first world problem and I would still fly BA. But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up."

So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Cons: "I ordered a ginger ale onboard. When the stewardess took my order and went to swipe my card, he made a comment that sometimes they have difficulties with USA credit cards. He tried 3 different cards and then when nothing worded, he asked if I had pounds to pay with. I stated no, that I had Croatian crowns, Euros or US Dollars on me at that point in time. He then looked over at me and very rudely asked me why in the heck I ordered the drink to begin with. I was already embarrassed that he was having trouble with my cards so to yell at me in front of everyone so much to the point the lady in the next row heard hi and offered to buy my drink for me. I would like to point out that even he made the remark that the machine sometimes has difficulty taking US cards. How was I supposed to know that none of the three cards that I had on me wouldn't work. I never had any issues with either of those three cards after that incident. They worked just fine so it was clearly an issue with your machine not my cards. I feel it was very inappropriate for him to treat me that way (especially over a stupid soda). My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport and it was never turned in. I never recommend BA to anyone."

Cons: "In coach, every refreshment costs money, even non-alcoholic beverages, yet all four of my (valid and working before and after) cards were declined, and like all airlines nowadays, they refuse cash. The flight attendant was totally unsurprised, and mentioned they'd been "working on fixing that for a while." Every other airline I've flown, when they can't process your card, they accept it as their issue and just give you the beverage. BA were quite happy to leave me sitting thirsty without even a water for the two hour flight, with nary a apology for their technical issue. A rather basic plane, without entertainment, nor internet."

I was told by the airline (American Airlines) that because this was out of my control that I would be refunded. I have spent hours calling both Iberia, American Airlines and kayak to get zero results. I have been scammed by kayak!! This company is fraud!!!!"

The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

We had a connecting flight from Lisbon to Barcelona with Vueling (coshare of Iberia) which was expected to arrive at 12:00. However, it was an hour late. In addition, Vueling insisted we volunteer to check in our carry on bags due to lack of overhead compartment space. Yet when we got on the flight, there was evidently enough space. Thus, while waiting for our baggage, our flight to Oakland was already on last call. We explained our situation to Iberia and their customer service would not help us. They refused to cover the cost of our flight and stated we needed to purchase another flight out of pocket, which was quoted to be $1100+/person! Save your time and money and book with another airline."

From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

At 7:57 there was no gate announced for the flight yet, so we went to the bathroom, came out and saw our gate and headed there. We got the gate wrong, but were only about 5 mins out of the way, so me and my 70 year old grandmother ran through the terminals and we got to the correct gate at 8:16 (less than 20 minutes from the time the gate was announced) and they would not let us on. Easy Jet’s policy (which we have a picture of) is that the gate closes 30 minutes before departure, but we did not even have a gate until less than 20 minutes from the departure. We did not hear them announce our names or last call (until the minute before we got there, and it did not seem like if they would have let us on if we were one minute earlier either). After this whole ordeal and being at the airport on time and through security in time, we went to talk to the check-in person to see what we should do. We stood in line and did not get called up (3 people did not have customers but were not calling me up), so I asked and one girl reluctantly said I could see her. As I was telling her what happened, she got a phone call, answered it in the middle of my explanation, and then chatted for a few minutes with another coworker about who was working and who was going on lunch when. After she hung up, she looked annoyed at me, and I told her again what happened, and she said she could help and to go to customer service. At customer service, we asked to see if we could get on the next flight which wasn’t leaving for over 7.5 hours, which they said we could but would have to purchase our tickets and luggage all over again. The person working was mostly professional, fairly efficient, but pretty callous overall. On top of all this, when they pulled our luggage off the flight (somehow they can board a flight of 60 ish people and still have time to remove our luggage), they pulled one of the wrong suitcases off so we had to go collect our luggage at or destination, and someone else went luggage-less. Ultimately, my grandmother’s first European trip and this was the worst experience we’ve had so far, but after $200, 6 hours, and tears from both of us, we made it to our destination and will never fly Easy Jet again."

I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

We waited so long to check a bag (that we'd already paid for!!) had to rush through security and boarded our flight with only a few minutes to spare. I've never seen such rude and unhelpful staff!!!!!"
