The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

I traveled to Singapore for 5 days, I didn’t receive my luggage until the 3rd day. When I received my luggage was broken which they fixed it supposedly. I never had such a poor experience with the any other airline. I honestly think it should be a compensation for all of my losses and suffering that I went through.

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Cons: "The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room."

Cons: "Ridiculous last-minute gate change with no notice in Frankfurt forced us to go through security twice and throw away our refreshment purchases. US Customs and Passport Control at Seatac was disorganized and downright surly. My spouse and I were separated on the flight and there is no room for adult bodies to sit with so many seats across without being pressed uncomfortably into strangers for nine hours. It is nearly impossible to sleep under such inhuman conditions. Shame on British Airways for putting profit over service and comfort."

Cons: "Better updates required both before and during the flight The food service took so long to get through the cabin that the middle seats did not get served warm food and very nearly didn't even get the chance to buy crisps or drinks They ran out of many of the foods on the menu"

Cons: "Bag policy is not clear. We had two guitars so we paid for two bags then i found out there is musical instruments charge which is 50 euro per instrument. It’s a discrimination against musicians. Huge sporting goods fee is cheaper than that. Also there is no phone number to call. I asked about refund at ryan air check in desk and nobody knows what we should do. Ryanair makes it so easy for customers to pay add on fees but they won’t refund you when you pay by mistake. Total non sense."

Cons: "We boarded on time but ended up 30 minutes late due to the staff running around like headless chickens, seemed very unorganised. Guy making announcements on the plane spoke so fast you couldn’t understand a word. Engine made a terrible buzzing noise for half the flight, so loud you had to shout to hear anyone."

Cons: "Didn't like how they charged me a fee that was more than the price of my ticket because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. At no point was I warned about this penalty. They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."
