Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary

Delay in boarding with no explanation why. Stood for about 40 mins waiting to board

Rubbish moved my seat don’t know why same seat configuration cost me extra so me and my wife could sit together now I know why no paper ticket so they can do this

Slow and delayed boarding, including standing outside 15m in -3 temperatures, Late take-off approx 45 mins Very slow bag delivery approx 45 min - no explanation

The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶

Flying from Newquay was an absolute dream! Would 100% recommend flights from there!

It would have been better if I was not ill so I didn't go and I didn't come back and I could not transfer my tickets to a later date as Ryanair stop flying from Manchester at the end of October till next year

Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.

Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.

You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.

We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)

It was good except they could offer free water and tea/coffe

Sat at rear of aircraft and was very cold. As a frequent flyer for many years, this is was the coldest I have ever been. Other passengers and some crew were complaining how cold it was. Sitting near the doors always risks being colder, just the way the aircraft works - but this was exceptional, bring a good jumper. Everything else was pretty standard easyJet - good value low cost carrier.

The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.

It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!

Boarding and disembarking were smooth. Not offering free water was cheap ... I've never encountered that before on a flight.

Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.

The plane was postponed for over 2.5 hours, which meant that all four of us missed the check in time for our ongoing trip to Melbourne. We had to buy new tickets for 4 people as we had to forfeit the ones we had. The cost was really unfair. i understand that it was snowing during the first leg of the plane for that morning. Surely the cost could have been shared by the airline and not all by us. I could have bought insurance - but you can see how much I travel. I will need to chose more trustworthy airlines.

The true is that travel from London to Faro on 11/12/2025 by BA was cancelled, so I did not go to Faro, so i did not board easy flight. The mediocre qualification to you was because even when i bought an insurance, i could not change date neither obtain reimbursement. It could be ideal if you do something in order for me not to lose the purchase Thank you

Was upgraded to business class on this flight, I presume due to my premium economy class for my London to Denver flight. Business class was the same seats as economy, only the middle seat was unfilled. Decent lunch served, and the lounge experience in Prague was good. The only heads up I would give is give yourself enough time for gate carry-on luggage scanning, which I did not anticipate in my time planning.

Overall good, bigger chairs in the future would be nice.

I loved the food choices and the attentiveness of the crew but boarding was chaotic.

Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.

My experience with British Airways was fine and dandy. Nothing truly negative to report. However, I was. asked to check my carryon bag all the way through to my desitination which prompted some huge problems. Thank goodness I kept a foldable-personal-item-bag in my carryon. I was asked to remove my valuable electronic belongings from my personal item bag, which was a camera bag full of expensive lenses and camera equipment, into another bag for the flight because it was "too big". Farbeit from me for asking further questions, but the bag was let through when I departed to Paris from America with no problems at all as I was able to explain that it was slightly oversized due to being a camera bag with a layer of protective foam which made it slightly larger. Still, this bag could and did fit perfectly under my airplain seat during my departure from America. On the flight back though, this was not the case and I was asked to remove highly valuable personal items, stow my camera bag in my checked bag, and then had to pay and overweight fee. Kinda bogus, but I was tired and wanted to get home so I complied. Regardless, it would have been nice to have had my bag retrieved during the London to Pittsburgh flight so I could put on new clothes and freshen up before take off.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Overall, the flight was pleasant, and the food was good. They asked me to check in my smaller cabin luggage suitcase in Mumbai as the flight was full. Fortunately, I had packed a spare set of clothes in my laptop bag so I was okay.

Flight was delayed by over two hours and that meant my connecting flight was in jeopardy but there was no acknowledgement or help from the BA staff

The gate agent made me check my carry-on in Denver, even though I've traveled all over taking this case on the plane. Beware folks. Food in Premium Economy was quite good - excellent blanket! Flight attendants on the Heathrow-to-Budapest flight on 3-27-2026 were quite snappy. I got a frown when asked to unscrew the water bottle cap for me (I had a cast on my right arm). Also woke up right when they were handing out biscuits. She had given my rowmates one and was in the process of giving water when I asked for a biscuit. She scolded me and said, "You snooze, you lose". She did give me one, but I thought that comment was uncalled for.

Business class on British Air with the Airbus 320 means the same seating as main cabin ( 3 - 3), but with the middle seat of each three-seat row blocked off to become a platform/table. This is decidedly NOT a business class experience. Other aspects of the flight were fine.

I Keep your expectations to low to middling with BA, or most European/ US airlines these days.
