We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

Straight forward checking as long as you have completed every single detail online, prior to checking day. Efficient boarding, seating is ok for a two hour flight. Fulfilledour travel requirements from Manchester to Marseille.

Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.

The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour

Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.

People at the gate were the worst I ever met from Ryanair

all fine - did not have food - there was no entertainment

Delayed delayed delayed and then cancelled very late not allowing for too much time to find a room for the night
