Pros: Short duration of the flight and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: Sitting on the Tarmac for a extra 2 hours due to a broken plane and three people getting arrested.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Flight was cancelled. Before that, they made us wait for another 3 hours just for another flight to be cancelled.

Cons: we paid for our carry on... There was no drink available... And very impolite flight attendant...

Mediocre 2.0

Cons: Frontier makes you pay for your carry ons, more at the gate than online, plus they enforce strict bag sizes. The lady at the check in counter was grimacing, likely because she's so used to customers complaining at the policies.

Cons: $45 for a carry on! The announcements on the flight were entirely about what you could not do, should do. It was like we were in the military. No friendliness other then when we landed thanking us for flying Frontier. Gate Agents said in response to me running to the gate 30 mins prior to the original scheduled departure (because the monitors were saying final boarding) when the flight was delayed an hour...."well at least this way everyone will be here for when we do leave/ Really? That makes it a good idea to have passengers running to the a gate just to wait another hour. I was in row 4...seats in front of me reclined and our row did not...fortunately I was not affected by the person beside me in the middle seat was...poor design to have people in row 4 have already tight space reduced significantly due to person in front reclining the seat.

Excellent 8.3

Pros: The flight crew was great, and the flight itself was smooth. The plane was very clean.

Cons: There was an issue that was beyond the control of the ground staff (the ladies and gentlemen at the check-in counter) that resulted in a three hour delay. I think they could have been a little more forthcoming about the whole situation instead of just saying “we’re working on it, safety is our number one concern at Alaska Airlines.” They however give us a voucher for $75 credit toward our next flight with Alaska Airlines, and that notification came through before we had even disembarked at our destination. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to try to make an undesirable situation better. I would fly Alaska Airlines again.

Excellent 8.4

Pros: Not like...... I lost some Metal items that I put under the seat in front of me and in the rush forgot to pick them up. Oops this was a dislike. Was unable to collect them as I can't describe them.

Cons: The whole trip was good other than above item. I really like Alaska and especially the crew.

Good 6.0

Pros: Deplaning was seamless and our luggage was where it was supposed to be and on time.

Cons: I lost count of the number of gate changes and delays in Seattle. It was ridiculous. We were in boarding group C and when they finally called group C they immediately called group D to also board at the same time. Getting off our flight from DC was no picnic either. Overall a bad experience flying Alaska today.

Cons: The entire experience. Endless delays, coughing crew, stupid instructions, delays on end with no explanation or apology.

Pros: New policy of “no free carry on luggage” was enforced at will by the gate. Paid luggage cannot be stored on the front storage bin. I was told to take my small bag to store above my seat.

Pros: It was cheap way cheaper than any other airline!

Cons: You get what you pay for, but for a short trip this is the way to go if you want a cheap flight. Just remember to pay for your carry on/ luggage prior to your trip otherwise the price doubles.

Cons: I didn't like how we were notified last minute about our flight being delayed for THREE hours. There was no voucher offered as well. Completely terrible.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in GBP.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
