The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.

There was either a baby who pooped themself in the seat in front of me or someone who kept farting. It smelled like human fecal matter for the last hour of the flight.

I like the united App ,easy to check in and baggage.

Crew and snacks were great. It’s nice to have free wifi for entertainment, but there wasn’t anywhere to place my phone (ie Alaska Airlines). Also the gate was right next to another that was boarding at the same time, so it was difficult to tell where the line for our flight was. Also, they didn’t have a speaker system and had to yell for different groups. Had I not gotten a text that the flight was boarding, we might have missed the flight.

United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.

They makes us feel confident on the flight. There was no any cancelation and they are really helpful with us.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

It was listed as a business class flight. The seats were economy, size, and the plane was not modern or configured to have a proper business class. I was very disappointed. Given the fact I paid for business class seating, and did not receive it.

It was a short flight, no real service (which is okay). Very bumpy because of weather.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Good experience. Food was great and passengers helped rearrange seats so our family could be seated together

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!

I paid a lot of money for seat selection and was miserable for flight duration
