La venta de boletos dicen que deben ser 10kgs de peso por maleta documentada, sin embargo si viajas con familia los kilos no se consideran como de todos, si no por pasajero, nosotros somos una familia de 4 tendríamos un peso de 40kgs gratuitos, entonces tenemos una maleta de 28 kilos y una de 7 kilos, sin embargo nos cobraron por la maleta de 28 kilos por excedente de peso, pues es por pasajero, además nos cobraron por cada kilo excedente aún y cuando en una revista de la propia compañía decía que deberían cobrar como un todo el excedente, y cuando les mostramos la revista porque nos cobraban en exceso, nos indicaron que solo era aplicable si es ELECTRÓNICO, vaya timo y molestia, que si no queríamos pasar que ellos venden unas bolsas para sacar de la maleta grande y dividirla en 3 bolsas, WOOOOWWW que estupidez, luego con mi backpack, normal nada en exceso de tamaño me pedían pagar para poderla pasar en el avión, pues esa no cuenta como bolsa de mano, por lo que tuve que comprar una bolsa de Dama , para poner mi computadora y cargadores en la misma, para pode subirlas al avión, es decir chicos, varones hombres, si viajan en esta compañía favor de llevar una bolsa de dama, porque si llevan su backpack aunque sea de tamaño pequeño, tendrán que pagar exceso de equipaje. Muy mala experiencia. Al adquirir los boletos en el propio mostrador nos indicaron que teníamos que dividir la maleta posteriormente revise la página electrónica y tampoco decía esto, he viajado de forma constante como mi familia, y es la primera compañía que no suma los kilos, lo cual en mi parecer es completamente ilógico, como pedirle a un niños de 5 años que lleve su maleta de 10 kilos?????. Espero esto les sea de ayuda. Esta compañía es una subsidiaria de aerofoto me indicaron, y que él mismo aeroflot aplica los mismos en todos sus vuelos, así que tengan cuidado o infórmense mejor.

Once again I bought a seemingly cheap fair and got a little 35 EUR surprise in the airport when I learned that checked baggage was not included. The nice lady told me that I could have done this cheaper on line on their web site. For the return flight I tried to, but could not. In fact, after I went through the online check-in process, and chose an aisle seat, I got neither a confirmation nor an error message. I arrived at the airport to find that I had not checked in, and only middle seats were still available. Somebody needs to work on their IT systems.

I tried to add a checked bag couldn't find anything in the website except how they were expanding their policy to give you more, showed up the first flight and had to pay, the return trip tried to pay online again and not only was there not a link the system wasn't working well and I got to pay more at the airport. Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.

It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!

Meridiana staff were having a strike that week and it was impossible to get reliable information about whether my flight would depart on time, be delayed, or be canceled. You couldn't even get through to an agent on the phone. So I canceled my ticket and booked another flight to Rome via AL Italia. Had to drive across the island (2 1/2) to depart from a different airport. Basically killed the last day of my vacation. Then when I called to get a refund on Meridiana, I was told I would have been eligible to get it but called too late. Even my flight from Rome to Olbia was delayed several hours, days before the strike even began. Didn't get to our rental until now 3am. In sum, Meridiana was terrible from start to finish. Totally unreliable.

Me gustó que tienen un buen sistema de check-in, embarque y desembarque.

El avión era un ATR-72 algo viejo, no era cómodo por dentro. Tampoco me gustó la atención de la tripulación, no pasaron por mi puesto ofreciendo el mísero vaso de agua que daban. En otras aerolíneas de este estilo por lo menos dan café.

The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space.

They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience.

on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it.

They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line.

Didn't like anything.

Disastrous booking system with BA where they gave me a reference number and 23kg checked in baggage allowance HOWEVER, Meridiana did not recognise the number not even my name as being on their flight until a few hours before take-off by which time it was too late to organise disability assistance and they also did not recognise my checked in baggage and wanted to charge £60. The flight was terrible on an ancient and filthy plane.

One star is too much, I would give 0 stars.

I am absolutely beyond annoyed with Kayak and this airline. I was supposed to stay in Olbia in a hotel I paid for in full for 6 nights. I found out at nearly noon the day before I was to check out that my flight was Canceled. I had a very hard time understanding this, because the kayak ap said "flight on time", so the only way to be sure, and not be stranded at the airport was to call. You certainly don't make it easy to call, especially abroad. Luckily I was able to get to a computer and do an online chat with a representative who was then able to put me in touch w a representive over the phone. He then told me that I could change the flight to 2pm that day instead of 10.30am, which would not work for me as my flight from Rome to NY was at 2.45pm. With no other option, I had to cut my trip short and leave my hotel a night early. I lost a nights stay, which costed me $400, on top of having to pay for a hotel in Rome for a night. This is unacceptable, in fact, I think kayak or the airline should pay for the hotel's stay for the inconvenience. this whole experience was very frustrating and I am extremely unhappy. I was caused a lot of aggravation while on my vacation. I will never fly with Meridianna again, nor would I recommend this airline to anyone traveling in Europe. Please advise on how this will be rectified.

Missed connection to Manchester. Paid for my own hotel room overnight in Paris CDG. Flight will arrive a day late in Manchester. That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry.

Crew in both flights were friendly. The service boarding etc was great. Flight was very turbulent.

Passenger next to me wanted water constantly. The passenger on left of me constantly wanted wine. One got very little attention while the other treated like royalty. Unfortunately the African passenger who wanted water went thirsty a lot.

Flight was ok.

But too much delayed! Least 2.5 hours, as usual! they lost my bag. I received it in 4 days and spent $150 for take my bag! This is rediculous! Aeroflot didn't even reply my emails!

the hostesses were beyond rude and disrespectful, even pushing my seat up while i was sleeping without waking me or asking me. They do not speak English, even though they are hosting international flights. The planes are very old and overloaded with hand luggage to the point that i had to keep my trolley under my feet. Very poor service.

Although Czech Airlines is part of Sky Team Alliance, the overall experience is like fliying a low cost airline, such as Ryan Air, I am a platinum Sky Team Member and definitly Czech Airlines should not be part of the alliance

I was charged more for luggage on my second flight with Czech Airlines than my first flight. No explanation given.

I Booked the flight 4 weeks ago non stop flight from Prague to Budapest. At the airport 15 -20 foreigners (non czech speakers) received no notice that the Prague to Budapest flight was cancelled 1 hour before official departure. Czech airlines boarded us in another flight to Kosice Airport in Slovakia and from there we would depart to Budapest. The pilot thanked us in English about our understanding for the "cancellation" and this is where I realized the change. In the meantime, the other foreigners were getting ready to exit the flight to Kosice thinking they reached Budapest. I had to stop them and inform them about the change in every language I could use. This added 1:25 hr of flight + 20 minutes in the airport in Kosice unnecessarily. Last but not least: The size of cabin luggage is much smaller than the american standard, therefore expect that your luggage will probably need to be checked in with additional payment (both mine wouldnt fit by 2 cm due to the rollers...100$ at entrance).

El abordaje. Muy rápido y a tiempo

La venta de boletos dicen que deben ser 10kgs de peso por maleta documentada, sin embargo si viajas con familia los kilos no se consideran como de todos, si no por pasajero, nosotros somos una familia de 4 tendríamos un peso de 40kgs gratuitos, entonces tenemos una maleta de 28 kilos y una de 7 kilos, sin embargo nos cobraron por la maleta de 28 kilos por excedente de peso, pues es por pasajero, además nos cobraron por cada kilo excedente aún y cuando en una revista de la propia compañía decía que deberían cobrar como un todo el excedente, y cuando les mostramos la revista porque nos cobraban en exceso, nos indicaron que solo era aplicable si es ELECTRÓNICO, vaya timo y molestia, que si no queríamos pasar que ellos venden unas bolsas para sacar de la maleta grande y dividirla en 3 bolsas, WOOOOWWW que estupidez, luego con mi backpack, normal nada en exceso de tamaño me pedían pagar para poderla pasar en el avión, pues esa no cuenta como bolsa de mano, por lo que tuve que comprar una bolsa de Dama , para poner mi computadora y cargadores en la misma, para pode subirlas al avión, es decir chicos, varones hombres, si viajan en esta compañía favor de llevar una bolsa de dama, porque si llevan su backpack aunque sea de tamaño pequeño, tendrán que pagar exceso de equipaje. Muy mala experiencia. Al adquirir los boletos en el propio mostrador nos indicaron que teníamos que dividir la maleta posteriormente revise la página electrónica y tampoco decía esto, he viajado de forma constante como mi familia, y es la primera compañía que no suma los kilos, lo cual en mi parecer es completamente ilógico, como pedirle a un niños de 5 años que lleve su maleta de 10 kilos?????. Espero esto les sea de ayuda. Esta compañía es una subsidiaria de aerofoto me indicaron, y que él mismo aeroflot aplica los mismos en todos sus vuelos, así que tengan cuidado o infórmense mejor.

Bullshit company without any respect to customer! They forced me to pay twice for the backpack and are not going to provide refund, now I'm straggling through MasterCard service to get my money back! Never ever will use this sh*t!!! No service on board, no food, no drinks - nothing! Stuarts playing some children games during flight, laughing and didn't care about passengers at all.

From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great.

The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good.
