Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

We saw on the board that it was loading, and immediately switched to final boarding notice, and so rushed to the gate where we stood in line with nowhere to sit and wait, and no notice from the gate personnel ever. Ten minutes past departure time, finally buses arrived and they started checking people through to take us out to the plane in the cold rain. Staff on the plane showed no leadership or announce for the passengers to clear the aisles on the plane so that the people standing outside in the rain on the stairs could at least get in out of the pouring rain. Also, a 7 hour flight needs to serve at least a snack. And the food for sale should have been more universal offerings that would appeal to any traveler. Not everyone eats raw fish."

That connecting flight was to have left over 3 hours before and yet no one could tell us why the schedule had the connecting flight still listed as "Final Call." We were paged and then told we had to run to catch the plane. We literally sprinted through the terminal. The attendant who scanned our boarding passes was just this side of rude. And everyone on the airplane was mad at us. The flight attendants wouldn't even answer our call button when we needed to ask a question about the UK Landing Form. The flight was already delayed. Had the airlines made any effort to be helpful or attend to their customers needs, they would have announced we needn't leave the aircraft. Worse flight I've been on. I wish I hadn't already paid for or I'd not take the return flights home."

I spoke with a fellow delayed traveler and suggested he get a voucher too. He came back empty handed. I asked what happened, he said, "they have not compensated anyone." I then inquired with the service agent asking, "how did I get one then?" I gave them my confirmation number and the agent said, "they have no record of a voucher being given out." I said to her, "you didn't even type the number in!!! She lied directly to my face! I said, "you give out 22000 Krona and keep no records?" I said I had I already received one and this gentleman deserves to eat as well. After they spoke back and forth, again, they reluctantly gave him one too. 3 minutes later, there was an announcement that meal vouchers were available for all passengers of flight FI430. I subsequently contacted customer service by email about this and have yet to hear back, I doubt I will. DO NOT LIE TO ME OR 150+ OTHER PEOPLE. Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least."

She was an angel and got a luggage trolley, loaded it and even took the trolley to the taxi area while daughter and I took stroller, toddler and a couple carry ons."

Upon arrival the flight that was due to leave in 45 minutes (if on schedule), wasn't even shown on the board, causing panic and confusion. When we did learn that the flight was delayed and it showed up on the departure board, we settled in for a long wait. As what should have been boarding time arrived, no announcements were made, and we ended up queuing for almost an hour before the flight finally departed 30 minutes later than the delayed time. Biggest gripe? No announcements were made acknowledging the delay, providing realistic expectations, or giving us updates regarding new departure times."

Needless to say my luggage did not make it to Glasgow. I arrived in Glasgow on June 14th and did not receive my luggage until the evening of June 17th only because I went to the airport to pick it up myself instead of waiting for it to be delivered on the 18th. Four days of my 12 days of vacation were spent on the phone tracking down my luggage and worrying about whether I'd ever see it again."

Cons: "Why does BA insist on serving spicy food on every flight from the US to the UK. I was offered chicken or pasta and no one even bothered to tell me it was chicken curry. With BA I always bring food on board with me as the inflight meals are awful."
Pros: "After a slight delay, the crew got everyone on board quickly, and we got off, making up some of the time we had lost. A real "greased landing" by the pilot, (I didn't know we were down till he hit the brakes)."

Cons: "Flight attendant had an attitude when I boarded. I went to put my carryon item in overhead compartment and she questioned me asking my seat number. My seat included a carryon and she had an attitude for no reason."

Pros: "Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time."
Cons: "The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved."

Cons: "The flight attendants were highly rude and i felt as if i was discriminated on. I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Not one smile either to Orlando or from Orlando. (Oh yeah - we were late taking off to start my vacation from Philly because a crew failed to arrive to "start the engines of the aircraft," per captain's announcement. The entire aircraft boarded and sat, again, for 30 minutes without any air conditioning or air flow in the cabin.) Blah experience. Blah employees. And two different captains announced the reasons for delay with an "annoyed tone.""
