Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself"
Cons: "Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew."
Cons: "Una linea area dedicada a transoprtar mercancia humana. No se porque no le cobran por respirar en el avion. No es para las peronas que esperan atencion."
Cons: "The flight was great as all the passengers from the stag parties where all sleeping it off"
Pros: "Got us from a to b."
Cons: "No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."
Pros: "Boarding was straight forward and fast."
Cons: "Very basic comfort. Less leg room."
Pros: "Very nice new aircraft!"
Cons: "Terrible food - do not order anything from ryanair!!!!"
Cons: "Lines were 20 times longer than every other airline and we almost missed our flight because of it. The seats were u comfortable and small."
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "My small backpack was taken in as checked luggage although it would fit under the seat. Plus, lots of customers (50%) booked priority boarding just to have a luggage piece onboard. The crew overdid it and there was plenty of space left for cabin luggage on board."
Pros: "Smooth flight, albeit 45 minutes late in departing."
Cons: "The constant effort by staff to sell stuff. Whatever happened to the days when customer service was king and satisfying customers was the motive rather than the relentless drive to make money."
Pros: "You get what you pay for. No issues"
Cons: "The queue on the tarmac waiting to board but I realise they are trying to keep to schedule"
Cons: "There was a 2.5h delay!!!"
Pros: "Nothing. They treat people like animals."
Cons: "The hidden fees, the service, the constant delays without reason or apologies, the filthy planes, just terrible overall. Will never fly with them again. Pay more and avoid this airline."
Cons: "We were delayed by an hour. There was no where to sit and there was no information about what was happening. Onboarding was chaotic. The luggage masters where not by the plane when passengers where ready to board so people just went up without handing in their luggage."
Cons: "No drinks left hot or cold for whole flight"
Pros: "more sitting space - it was very cramped and the most uncomfortable flight I have every had."
Cons: "Moe leg room and better seating."
Cons: "Two hours delay"
Pros: "The flight was easy; no issues."
Cons: "No USB charging ports on the airplane."
Cons: "They charge extra for everything. First off you will get charged 50 euros if you don't print out a boarding pass before arriving at the airport. Then you will be charged if you want to pick a seat or carry on a bag. You will be put on a bus to get to the plane then climb stairs to board. It takes forever to claim your bag."
Pros: "Very friendly crew"
Cons: "Paying €6 for two small bottles of water."
Pros: "Crew, Airpiort Check in Staff, Boarding & Special Assistance Team are excelent. Would travel anytime with them and would recommend."
Cons: "Food is not good & food prices are a complete rip off. Better making a packed lunch it tastes better and a fraction of the cost. Hold luggage is a bit expensive. But the bad points can be said for all budget airlines. But the good points can't be said for most budget airlines. So we'll done Ryanair on these."
Pros: "Ryanair was a great surprise. I am 1.79 in height the seats were not cramped, yes they do"
Pros: "The smooth landing."
Cons: "The tray tables sloped downwards making everything fall on to your lap. No storage under tray tables. No room for legs. Just a joke. Boarding took ages on tarmac. Staff were casual at best."
Pros: "Crew was great"
Pros: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."
Cons: "Once again no soap in the forward toilet."
Cons: "Crew was awful. They spoke on the loud speaker trying to sell something for more than half the flight."
Pros: "Awesome crews Didn't have food so don't know about it."
Pros: "Competitive price. Ryanair delivered on time - no frills but value for money"
Cons: "Price and punctual"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."
Pros: "One crew member was genuinely nice!"
Cons: "Ryanair have found yet another way to squeeze some money out of you - book two or more tickets together and rather than sitting together, they'll ensure you are randomly allocated seats away from each other! Of course for some extra money, you can "enjoy" sitting together. Pathetic."
Cons: "The check-in was long, lots of standing in cramped spaces, and the rep wasn't friendly or helpful. The website was difficult to utilize and app wouldn't download. It doesn't make sense that you must pay 30 euro before you get to the airport and it seems as if you are checking in. But then you find out you have only paid for luggage and not checked-in. Every time I went to website to check-in got diverted back to main check-in page. So, I had to pay 63 euro for them to print. T boarding pass which is absurd! I ended up paying double what I originally paid. I would not fly them again And would recommend that people just pay extra $50 or so for a better quality of airline, seating, customer service, and fees explained up front. These outrageous surprise fees are crazy!"
Pros: "Nice, not that noisy"
Cons: "Other passenger a bit loud"
Pros: "Crew is friendly. Food and bevarede service was offered three times in a short period of time. This time they allowed to take a hand bag together with the hand luggage which they wouldn't allow in the past"
Cons: "Complicated checkin online since I booked through last minute.com and not directricly with Ryanair. I am concerned that each time when Ryanair lands they immediately proceed with the next boarding without taking enough time to check all the security measures"
Pros: "Flight was fine"
Cons: "Airport is an abomination, can't cope with 2 flights landing close together . Don't use it ."
Pros: "Whenever the flight ended"
Cons: "Absolutely everything. Worst airline I have ever flown on in my entire life. Would give 0 stars if that was a possible option. Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"
Pros: "Flight delay"
Pros: "I felt comfortable even though seats were a bare minimum. Worth the lower price."
Cons: "i didn't know that I could have carry-ons if they fit in little airport blue box. This is a key incentive to choose Ryanair over a competitor."
Pros: "The flight was okay."
Cons: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."
Cons: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Cons: "Specially, the attention during the flight was horrible. I asked simple things but they were unable to satisfy it. Also, I lost something small but significant in the airplane, and when I asked to baggage services, they answered me in a very bad way, without any intention to help me. Definitely, this was my first and last time flying in Ryanair."
Pros: "I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time."
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "There was my first flight in Ryanair. My cell phone didn't work well, specially email and I didn't check in on Ryanair before flight. Additional, I travel with oversize luggage by theirs standards. Then I paid the price almost 3 times more for that flight, so be prepare before boarding on low budget airlines."
Pros: "Nothing,, missed flight because of 2 minutes I couldn't check one of my bags because was closed and nobody to help me had to purchase another ticket with another airline."
Pros: "The efficiency of boarding"
Cons: "Very small leg space and no entertainment at all."
Pros: "Boarding is fast. Left on time, arrived early!"
Cons: "I would like more convenient times for this flight from Prestwick."
Pros: "Ryanair is charging passengers 45 € if no make online check in !!!!"
Pros: "We came prepared so they weren't able to charge us extra hidden fees this time."
Cons: "They told us to come extra early but had no staff on premises to process people and luggage."
Pros: "It left on time and arrived on time. Cheap and cheerful but you get a great service for what you pay!"
