Find cheap flights from San Juan to Dallas

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

this is starting to seem like an american airlines standard. delayed flights and fake apologies… getting tired of it

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

The food has never improved. It will never improve. But when I'm boarding a flight in priority boarding and I've spent 10 hours inside the security area of the airport and I get "randomly" selected for additional screening as I board the plane when the flight has already been delayed, and I work as a military contractor that has been issued visas direct from JMOD, I find it ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use AA on international flights. JAL is a better airline with older planes. The flight attendants on international hauls on American also have a chip on their shoulder and really dont deliver the same level of service code share partners do.

Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀

Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Beware of all the extras. Nickel and dimed. Everything was extra. It turns a $90 fare in to a $400 fair quite easily.

It wasn’t as horrible as I would have expected, however, to not provide water and change so much for bags is a ripoff to say the least.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.

They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

The issue I have is when we landed in Vegas (Dallas to Vegas). It seems as if we were traveling too fast during landing. I’m not sure what is was but it seems as if the nose of plane banged the ground making a loud bam nose. We went back into the air instantly. It took about 5 minutes for the pilot or someone to say a wind drift caused the hard landing, and that we would land in about 5 minutes. Many of us passengers did not believe the reason given. The second attempt was much smoother but this does not make me want to fly spirit again. The flight from Detroit to Dallas was fine.

The purpose of Spirit is to get you where you are going with no fluff, bells or whistles. It’s literally a well built, great engine, tuna can. I can’t complain about the flight as the price more than outweighs any complaints anyone could ever have but it’s not the most comfortable ride in the world. I have always felt safe on board and the take off and landing are always incredible. Some free water on board would be nice at least.

Would recommend to support give water in cups for free to the passengers.

The flight was really great I was surprised with Spirit.

Six hour delay. Poor customer service. No voucher. Bad communication. Missed important appointments.

Our flight was delayed an hour, then when we got to board our flight finally, we were waiting in our seats for take off for 45 minutes before it was communicated that there was a maintenance issue therefore we waited on the plane for over an hour while that was resolved. We did not get to Phoenix until almost 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. This was the first and last time I will be flying Frontier.

Flight was canceled with little warning. Flight was rebooked through Ontario, California and connecting flight was delayed by over three hours. Frontier is living up to their Greyhound of the skies reputation for sure.

I purchased a carry on bag online…was supposed to cost $72 but after a whole slew of bs charges, the total was over $175.00. Because of these hidden charges, I will not even consider flying Frontier ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle. I’m scratching this company off my list forever.

Flight was OK. Seats were good no cell phone charges on the plane no TVs or entertainment.

There were 3 leg for the trip and each leg was delayed by 90 minutes or more. The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed.

Flight cancelled and was told by a rude gate agent that they don’t accommodate on other airlines. Had to wait 5 hours for a connecting flight that had a 7 hour layover. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. Also incurred a hotel fee. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness.

They cancelled the flight then did nothing to help us rebook. It was awful - I won’t fly with them again

The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine.
