Good flight, boarding ok and crew very nice. Flight was not full so I was able to be very comfortable. Blanket and pillow provided with was good as it was very cold during the flight . Food was very good(small snack sandwich and an excellent piece of orange cake). Overall good flight, no complaints.

The assistance we received and the flight itself was wonderful. We will fly with LATAM airlines again, in the future.

Latam may be the worst airline in the world, far worse than even the lowest of low cost airlines in the USA. I wasted hours trying to PAY THEM TO CHECK A BAG! Then they misled me at the terminal, sent me through the wrong security line, the list goes on and on... Just absolutely terrible in every way. Avoid at all costs.

Poor, the airline was not able to help me move flights.

Check in -- in business took over 30 mins as there was only one attendant. Boarding was also a mess. The seat was too narrow and was not working properly. Food was very bad and the entertainment very poor. Crew was very polite and helpful, in fairness.

The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .

The plane broke down at the Lima stopover and they offered to put me on a flight the be t day but I had to be back in LA that morning and so I had to buy another ticket from Avianca and United for $2k I asked LATAM for compensation and received none. Very bad experience

Poor handling of carry on luggage. We had a 8 hour stop in Santiago, are over 70 and, in spite of paying full fare they wanted to send carry on to luggage hold. No empathy. We had to show that several group 4/5 passengers were not sending their carry ons before they finally let Is keep them. Very poor .

I was not able to get on the flight due to delays out of Philadelphia. I arrived in MIA at 10:30pm and there was no one at the GOL Desk. Is there any flight credit available for this flight?

I have a hand injury and the flight attendant denied to help me with luggage, she said "she couldn't help me because I should manage my own way to put the luggage on the plane" SO RUDE

I had two around 6 hours flight and they did not even offer water to us.

Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We flew with Avianca, some how they are not n sync, making the process a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately it was very disappointed experience. Our first flight our was delayed 2 hours, as a consequence we missed our connecting international flight. Customer server at Miami American Airlines was very disrespectful, gave us the worst replace itenarary for the next day that we had to spend 2 hours calling Gol to get a better itinerary otherwise we wouldn't make it on time to fulfill our trip purpose. We would have missed the reason to travel all the way to Brazil if we didn't change for a better itinerary. The worst thing is that our baggage was missing for 4 days. We had no cloths for all this time, plus the aggravation to locate our baggage. Nobody knew where our baggage was. We ended up picking it up at the airport when they said that they will bring them home. Unfortunately our experience was very dissatisfied.

the boarding staff were incredibly officious. our carry-on case was borderline within dimensions but staff were not prepared to show ANY flexibility even though many others with larger carry-on luggage were allowed to board. we were understandably furious but the staff were incredibly disrespectful. we called the supervisor who eventually agreed to look on board the plane to see if there was room for our case (one case between 2 of us) and reluctantly agreed to allow us on. The staff on board were excellent though and realized we had been treated badly and were very helpful both in finding a place for our case, some distance from our seats, and helping us to retrieve it when we landed. We are regular travelers on Gol and have Diamante status and had chosen the better Conforto + seats, so we expected better treatment from the ground staff. Also the cabins are of a size that will only fit 3 cases of normal size with a large gap of about 30cm of wasted space. If our case were deemed to be oversize, which I dispute, the extra 1cm would not have made the slightest difference.

I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.

Lost luggage, people are not very nice to help you , I was just instructed to fill out a baggage claim online, they were not helpful when I had additional questions after I completed the form on my phone.

Very borderline, low budget airline without low budget prices There are no counts of soda, everything is dispensed enlarged bottles and poured into tiny cups about 70 mL so in order to keep hydrated you have to take 3-4 cups at a time. Also, there was only one food item offered, pasta, they ran out of chicken right away. Snack was very poor. It was called tuna sandwich, which is truly borderline. The flight attend attendance seemed to be overworked and tired.

I am not very tall, and had a difficult time getting my carry-on placed in the overhead bin while passengers were behind me waiting to get to their seats. After struggling with the luggage, I turned it around, and left it, knowing it was not properly placed, but believing there was adequate room for it in the bin. When the flight attendant came through the cabin, she asked whose bag it was, and scolded me for not positioning it correctly. She turned it around and moved on. I thought that her approach was totally unprofessional, calling out a passenger in that manner.

Plane was delayed, reading the gates on their screens was horrible. They posted it a half an hour before the plane boarded. By the time I got there with my premier boarding they have filled the plane because it was over booked. Gate closed at 12:03 I was there at 11:54 plane took over around 12:20. I was told they would put me on the next flight. I had to go to TAP information desk. They didn’t give me a voucher they just said they would put me on the next flight. At the desk I was told I had to punches a ticket. The woman said buy it online because it’s cheaper. It in fact was not cheaper. But I had gotten out of the long line that formed so I paid 200$ for a new ticket. At a later flight, not the next flight. I had checked my bag and was told it would be on my new flight. I was then bumped to an earlier flight and was told my bag would also be on my flight. After landing in Madrid loosing a day in my hotel i landed without my bag. They didn’t load it on any flight that day. It arrived in madrid the next day. Essentially ruining the first two days of my vacation. I’m now seeking compensation.

There was no warning that they have added passport control after check in, the line was enormous and after 46 mins wait we missed our flight. Were forced to leave the airport and purchase new tickets at full price to board a later flight. TAP were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Did not enjoy the meal provided. The aircraft was dirty. For instance, the screen seemed to have been cleaned with a dirty rag. Disgusting.

The business class seats were smaller and closer together than other airlines.

Didn't like much. Wheelchair assistance was almost nonexistent. No one at TAP check in process helpful. On the plane, stewards were not friendly and disorganized. Food was terrible for 8 hr flight. We were skipped at snack time and even though we tried to get attention using overhead call system no one even looked up at us to acknowledge. Being at the back of first section and by the lavatory we only were able to request when they came to pick up everyone else's garbage and they were nonchalant...no apology or even choice. The 1/2 half bread with slice of cheese was a waste. Deplaning was horrible but I'll blame lisbon airport for that. Plane left late at made good time still arrived about 15 behind schedule and for using remote deplaning and bus to terminal took another 20 min to gate. Those with connections were highly stressed. Took us 2 hrs from landing to get to ground transportation and exit airport. And that was with wheelchair assistance.

Smooth trip no turbulence which is always a bonus for me lol! The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

⭐ British Airways Review — A Journey of Highs, Lows, and Lessons ⭐ I recently flew Business Class round-trip from Boston to Mumbai with British Airways, and my experience was a tale of two extremes — from disappointment to exceptional service, and then back to inconsistency. Boston → London: A Surprisingly Poor Start My journey began on a disappointing note. On a 6-hour Business Class flight, I was surprised to discover that there wasn’t a single proper vegetarian meal option available. I was offered a few bakery items only after repeatedly requesting something to eat. The flight attendant shrugged, offered no solution, and eventually — quite literally — threw some bread at me after much delay. This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. For a business class ticket the service was very mediocre. We had to ask for coffee after a meal and the service was grudging like we were putting them out. The leg from BOM to LHR was especially bad and the toilets had no water. It was disgusting. Looks like self service is the new model for Business Class. No Thank you. I will look elsewhere

The boarding process was very poorly organized. Too many people had way to much carry on and resulted in loading overhead bins being the gating factor. Time for change.

I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.

It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.
