Was told she was only on the job for 2 weeks, I don't blame her for her incompetence I blame her management! Plane was loaded on the tarmac via a bus for a large international flight...no gate?? Seats in economy class are equivalent to those on a domestic flight, fairly uncomfortable on a 12hr flight. Many of the entertainment choices were not available, you can select it but all it plays is a short commercial."

The business class was the same seats as coach the only thing is they have nobody sit next to you on a middle seat . That was not a comfortable seat. That was not a business size seat .very uncomfortable . No entertainment I will never fly with Lufthansa to Israel again I'm top of everything One of my surfboards got damaged badly and I have to file a claim in the airport. Very disappointed"

Cons: "They had overbooked the flight and asked to reroute me. I asked if I would still be able to get to my destination at the same time and to make sure I would have a window seat. Everything from the moment I said yes was a terrible. They rebooked me twice on two different routes when I was in the air. Said a steward would meet me (never happened) instead I was running to catch flights on different airlines in two different airports. The entire situation was disgusting. The running was with all of my luggage. Because of the rebooking I was in the last row of 75 rows on a plane with an additional connection. Every flight had delays creating more chaos for the next flight. The only helpful airline in the bunch was Delta."

I felt there was not enough room for a 12+ hour flight (delayed by one hour). The small leg room began to take a toll after 6 hours of flight."

Pros: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Pros: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

I was told I needed a paper copy ticket, couldn't get one until exactly 2 hours before my flight according to the ticket agent. I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."

Cons: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

Cons: "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."

The whole aircraft felt rickety as it rocketed through the sky. That's the last time I try to save a quick buck on a cheaper airline."

Cons: "The joke has always been Ryanair sucks and I should avoid at all cost flying with this airline. I dismissed the feedback I received and I decided to book a weekend trip to London from Frankfurt. I should have listed and known better. To start, I did not receive a boarding pass after checking in. I was advised to go to the Ryanair clerk upon arriving at the airport. I explained to the clerk the situation; told her I did not have a boarding pass to print and was advised to see her. There were no issues and she printed my boarding pass without any fee. On the way back to Frankfurt, this is where things go from bad to worse. On our way to the airport in London, we get notice the flight has been cancelled. We didn't know what to do so I went on chat with a Ryanair rep and was told the flight would depart and there were no issues getting to Frankfurt International. I wasn't convinced, but I had no option. When I arrived at the airport in London I did exactly what I did in Frankfurt. I checked in with the clerk and explained to her the exact same thing I explained to the clerk in Frankfurt. The clerk started to yell at me. Tell me I couldn't be getting on the flight since I didn't have a boarding pass. She continued to yell at me after many attempts trying to explain to her the facts. The brushed me off to customer service and said she couldn't help me. Awful customer service!! As I walked away from the counter she yelled at me, "What do you expect this is Ryanair. It's an awful airline!". After standing at the customer service line for another 30 minutes. I tried to explain to the clerk at the customer service counter my situation and she did not want to reason. She demand I pay 15 GBP if I wanted to get on my flight. I didn't have an option, and I didn't agree with this decision. I paid the 15 GBP. After checking in at security and getting to our gate we quickly learned the flight would be rerouted to Frankfurt Hahn and then we would be bussed to Frankfurt International. After over an hour commute to Frankfurt International, we did not get home until 02:00h!! This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER - NEVER fly Ryanair. Ryanair is the WORSE airlines!!!"

Pros: "Our experience with Ryan Air was a nightmare! We liked nothing about the experience!!"
Cons: "We were charged for them to print our boarding passes. We were charged 50 pounds per person because we hadn't checked in online, despite our having done so. We had a change in plans so had to change our flight time after we had booked back in February. . Ryan Air charges more to rebook a flight than the initial cost of the booking, so we just bought another ticket. I will never book on this airline again."

Cons: "Flights ended up being close to or more expensive because of baggage charges. Also, the length of the terminal to board downstairs off the tarmac is ridiculous for an older couple such as we are. The only good thing was (a) a polite airport employee who got us a wheelchair; (b) a second boarding door for rear section seats."

Cons: "Went to checkin desk and told to straight to security. Walked to the other end of the airport only to discover our preprinted boarding passes would read at security. Had to lug all our bags back to the Ryan desk, wait in a long line, and get new boarding passes. Then lug our bags back across the airport to security and FINALLY the gate. Don't assume your print at home boarding passes will work."

Cons: "3hr delayed."

Cons: "We were stuck on the ground for an hour. Not impressed."

Pros: "everything on this flight went like clockwork the flight left on time and the crew onboard were really helpful and pleasant"

Pros: "Plane was fine, crew was pleasant, flight was on time."
Cons: "We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself."

Pros: "The fact that it got me to Dublin."
Cons: "After having all my liquids taken at security from my carry-on (which had been just fine on all other legs of my trip over) Ryanair decides that they are too full for me to take my bag on board, so they made me check it. When I requested that I get the bag back at the gate, they said no. It had to be checked through to baggage claim. This meant that in Dublin I had to go back to get my bag downstairs and go through security twice more. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I had a very tight connection to the US. It was horrible! I purposely packed light for a 16 day trip!! It would've been helpful if they had let me gate check it. I won't fly them again."

Cons: "Would like people boarded according to their seats. Putting the carry on baggage away is disruptive to steady flow of taking seats. So if front and back doors board call in middle 10 rows first."

Pros: "Easy boarding (by boarding both ends of the plane at the same time it speeds things up). Cheap!"

Cons: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "Crew members were not particularly friendly. No smiles, thanks for using Ryan Air, etc"

Cons: "Long walk to the gate. No ramp into the plane from the gate. No escalator. You have to go down the stairs and walk to the plane to board."

Cons: "Plane was half hour late and they refused to post that it was delayed. We landed 30 min late. We also SLAMMED into the Tarmac, felt very close to a crash landing. It was a scary. I have never had such a violent landing. Couldn't have been good for the plane. All the passengers were clearly worried. Not the way you want to stay a trip. Not comfortable w this trip, probably wouldn't recommend Ryan. It also feels like your on a subway car in the sky."

Pros: "Ticket Price!"
Cons: "Luggage fee was as much as the ticket!"
