£398 Find Cheap Flights from South America to Glasgow

Flights were delayed and due to a checked hand luggage bag by an overzealous gate agent in Berlin I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Food was cold and bland, I honestly expect better from a national carrier operating out of one of their major hubs.

I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.

I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience

This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

Flight was late arriving. So, we left 25 min late. Pilot made some time up during the flight. Therefore, we arrived alittle past original time.

The pasta in the evening meal was tasteless. Otherwise, the flight was okay.

It was freezing. I asked crew member for a blanket and was told it might be in front of plane but I never got one. I turned off all the vents but still froze.

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

It wasn’t bad but it was not excellent either. The airlines are trying to save as much money as possible and we are paying price for it. Flying is not as it used to be.
