Pros: A great value for the money. The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff friendly. The location central. The only drawback is that it is very difficult to find a parking space near on the street near the hotel at night, but the covered parking facilities on the lot are excellent and highly recommended. I would suggest reserving a parking space at the time of making the reservation, since the space is limited.

The only drawback is that it is very difficult to find a parking space near on the street near the hotel at night, but the covered parking facilities on the lot are excellent and highly recommended. I would suggest reserving a parking space at the time of making the reservation, since the space is limited.
Cons: It would have been nice if they offered coffee in the lobby in the morning. As it is, they have no coffee or breakfast-- but then, I really can´t complain in light of the excellent facilities and service we received.

Cons: Too far away from the metro. The room is extremely small and not comfortable at all (however, the huge terrace compensates it). While it was a fair offering for the dates in Madrid, I still find it too expensive for what it was.

Cons: 1 bathroom for 4 people and only 3 electric sockets (bedroom [2], bath [1]) is not enough for modern life.

Cons: We didn't like the location and how expensive it was to park. We didn't realize it was a stopover hotel for groups and the elevators were at certain times very crowded as was the lobby.

Cons: As soon as we walked in, we could smell that stale smoking smell. I initially thought we must have gotten a smoking room, but no, it just smells like that. We only needed a single bed and they gave us a room with 3 twin beds, my boyfriend and I ended up sleeping separate. The free wifi signal was extremely low that neither one of us could use it in the room. Definitely wasn't a memorable stay.

Pros: The room was good and spacious. Toilets were clean and room service was prompt. However, the rooms require maintenance as some wooden structures covering the corner edges of the walls were almost broken and could come out anytime.
Cons: 1. The behavior of reception staff was just plain with no greetings with smile or anything like "hospitality" but that can be also a cultural thing in Spain.
2. The most irritating thing was the air-conditioning controller on the wall because it's display was not working properly so I couldn't know what temperature is the AC set on, so I just pressed the buttons up and down until I felt it was cold enough.
3. Don't expect the Wi-Fi to work in the room. It wouldn't work simply.
