Pros: Staff and cleanliness

Cons: No pool, poor restaurant and room service menu options.

Pros: It is a little bit far from the city center. However, I had been wandering around the city for a week already, this hotel become such an ideal place for me to relax for the last day before leaving.

Pros: Cleanness Friendly staff Food offering

Cons: Could hear neighbors

Pros: Nothing but near about 7minute within Metro .

Cons: There are medium sound due to semi high way.

Pros: Very good place to stay,need walk 10 to 15 from subway

Cons: A little bit walk from subway

Pros: It was close by to Mad Cool Fesival

Cons: There aren't any shops or supermarkets near. The only restaurants outside the hotel are only open Monday-Friday

Pros: Overall experience at the hotel was good. Though, would have loved that it is located closer to a metro and restaurants.

Cons: No Restaurants around.

Pros: The location was ideal for a business meeting in the area.

Cons: The dinner on the night we arrived was fine, but definitely not wonderful. Good local wine recommendation from the waiter.

Pros: On arrival we spoke with Marcus who was really helpful pleasant & professional the hotel was really good & breakfast was everything you would ask for & all the staff could not do enough for you overall a great experience on our 1st time in Madrid

Cons: My room was right by where the staff start preparing things in the morning and it was very noisy. I got woken up every day

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location to airport was paramount for us so it get's a tick for the free shuttle back to the airport. However, there was not shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was quiet being in a residential area.

Cons: Bed was very hard and airconditioning was difficult to adjust , staff were very attentive in helping us, however during the night it was very cold and we only had sheets on the bed. Location gave us just a few average options for dinner.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good location with relation to the airport, especially if you're landing late at night. Small pool on the roof to cool off during the day.

Cons: The pool looks bigger in photos but still very convenient and enjoyable.

Pros: The variety of food during breakfast time was perfect and the attention of the lady from the hotel was excellent. In general, all the hotel staff met my expectations; in some cases, it was beyond. I will definitely choose this hotel when I go back to Madrid.

Cons: The cleanliness was okay, that's an area of improvement. The housekeepers can do a better job making sure to leave enough bathroom supplies for the guests when cleaning the room, to not request them later on during the day.

Pros: Room was very clean and quiet. Reception was polite and helpful.

Cons: I purchased this room based on the fact that it had an airport shuttle and breakfast. When I arrived at hotel, I was advised that the shuttle starts running at 8 am. I had to leave for the airport by 7 am. I had to pay 12 euros for a 4 minute ride. Would be nice if the booking had given the shuttle hours. Also, breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 am, so I missed that, too. Rooms are very small. My knees hit the shower when I sat on the toilet and I'm not a big person. Food is a big issue. They do not have a restaurant and there are no places to eat down the street. I had to walk along the freeway and cross to the other side for dinner. Not something I like to do as a female traveler. Had air in the room, however, I could not control it. I would set it but there seemed to be a setting that turned what I set it at off. Needless to say, it was too warm in the room.

Pros: Really nice little hotel. Basic rooms but everything was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was nice (although the pool is really shallow). All the staff were friendly and helpful and made it really easy to organise the free transfers to and from the airport, which was a fantastic service. The location is a quiet suburb which has easy access to the city centre by metro (stop only a few 100 yards away) and walking distance from IFEMA conference center. Breakfast was tasty with good coffee.

Cons: The only weird thing was that that water in the shower smelled really strongly of paint

Pros: The hotel was clean and neat with a good size room and bathroom. The staff was exceptional as they went above and beyond to arrange anything you’d asked them. Their airport shuttle is very convenient and quick! Good location if you visit the IFEMA or want to stay close to the airport. Their level of English is also great which makes it easy to communicate.

Cons: The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but fine for 2 nights.

Pros: Good Breakfast, nice and clean rooms, Air conditioning really works well very good ambiance.

Cons: No Door to the toilet in the room I stayed. Not sure if it is the same in all the rooms.

Pros: Rooms are clean and the staff is very gentle and helpful. The swimming pool and the breakfast is the best thing, the pool is clean all the time and there is a lifeguard as well and breakfast is delicious, it can be really named as ROYAL BREAKFAST. It’s worth for this money!!!

Cons: the only inconvenience was that I was given a room in the bungalow and I could here everything my neighbors from above were doing/talking.

Cons: A la hora del transporte al aeropuerto, me tuvieron esperando más de media hora porque se encontraba un pasajero desayunando, y por casi pierdo el avión sin importarles mi horario de salida del vuelo, se supone que tienen traslados las 24 horas

Pros: The location was perfect and in it had a pool which is really good for the hot weather.

Cons: The rooms were a really poor standard and quality, there were not clean, there was a lot of dust and ants. The beds looked like they had been taken from a really old hotel in the 1920's and the mattresses seemed to be older than me.

Pros: Big swimming pool. Relaxing music. Lifeguard. Kids play area(although very basic).

Cons: Staff not happy. The only friendly helpful staff was the lifeguard. Pool water cold. Room lighting not working. 1 cleaner repeatedly ignored 'do not disturb' sign and came to window to ask me if i wanted my room cleaned when i had no clothes on. Restaurant limited menu and expensive. Beds hard. Noisey neighbours outside drunk at gone midnight kicking football against their chalet wall: reception did not stop them. Restaurant and bar closes too early. Pool tiles need maintenance: my daughter cut her toe badly on sharp tile. Have to get dressed to order food and drink after getting out of pool. Not enough sunbeds considering people take them by putting their towels on then disappearing for hours. Massive tree growing into balcony.

Cons: do yourself a favor and at all costs do not book at this hotel. we were staying in Barcelona and had to leave early due to a pending Hurricane bearing down on our home in Florida, on 1hr notice we took an overnight train from Barcelona to Madrid which arrived at 12:30AM. while we were on the train my son booked this hotel and which charged an exorbitant amount simply to stay for the night (arrive at 1:00AM depart at 8:00AM) but we really had no choice. when we arrived all the trains had stopped for the night so we had to take a taxi to the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel (pretty frazzled and very tired to say the least) we were greeted by one of the RUDEST men i had ever met in Spain after much discussion and very little care or even trying on his end we were told our reservation did not exist (you know the one i had on my ipad with a confirmation number and all details as well as payment in full) so now at almost 1:30AM he pointed us to the door and said we had to leave... if it was not for the other younger assistant behind the counter who offered to shuttle us back to the airport (yes the closed airpots at 1:30AM) we would had been fleeced for another $20euro cab ride back. needless to say sleeping (well not really sleeping) on the floor in the airport and being hassled by security every few hours to move was lets just say less than desirable. i strongly caution you to reconsider putting any trust in a hotel that would strand 2 people like that in the middle of the night safe travels

Pros: Location and Shuttle service to the airport

Cons: I had issues with the A/C of the room, I got transfer to another one.

Pros: Nice hotel,we will come back for a longer stay.

Pros: Pool was clean, staff were helpful and respectful and some spoke English.

Cons: Internet was very poor speed. TV Lacked any english channels. No Double bed option in Poolside bungalows.

Cons: The fridge did not work. The TV is old and there is a few channels. Wi-Fi in the bedroom and breakfast are not included.
