Pros: Clean, luxury hotel. Good breakfast and facilities. Plesent staff.
Cons: Internet connection very poor. Had no internet at all. Room was to hot and we couldn't regulate the temperature.

Pros: The staff were excellent. My wife suffered a nasty fall one night when we were out, twisting her knee badly. This resulted in her having to stay in her room for 2 whole days. The concierge provided ice packs and offered the use of a wheel chair around the hotel and the room staff were kindness personified.
Cons: The drinks were very expensive though I guess for a 5 star hotel this is to be expected.

"Located in Chamberi, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Paseo de la Castellana and Sorolla Museum. Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and U.S. Embassy are also within 1 mile (2 km). Gregorio Maranon Station is only a 2-minute walk and Ruben Dario Station is 7 minutes. "

Pros: The location is very good.
Cons: The walls were paper thin and you could always hear people in the rooms next to ours. We had a mosquito problem in the room.
