always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.

It was in a central location near restaurants and right up the hill from Niagara Falls. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Parking is $30 a day! Also was given a room without a bed in it when I first arrived. They were able to switch rooms for me though. I think there were cheaper hotels around that would've sufficed
The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled. Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..
Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).

Hotel itself was huge. Very nicely done. Clean. Pool area looked different than in photos, still a good pool for kids. View was slightly obstructed by a giant casino with a huge digital monitor display on the side of it. Could still see both falls ok.
Perfect location and very comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. The yawn in the middle of the Managers welcome voice mail and the pair of someone else's socks found in the bathroom under the vanity.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was literally in awe from the sparkling bathroom floors! ( not one mark, hair, or streak) bedding and pillows were calling for us! My girls even commented and trust me they are Teens and super hard to impress let alone give a compliment. The maintenance call was handled quickly and effectively. The gentleman apologized for the interruption and easily fixed the shower drain backup. Most unprofessional staff We have encountered at a Hilton. We stay at them often and love the superior rooms and service. But after a long evening with our girls walking and enjoying the falls attractions Amd sites. Dropping almost $ 700 ln the room to start off to have to be charged for WIFI for the one person extra and to be told that we cannot enjoy the complimentary breakfast or attraction packages (even though we are paying the exact same price as the ones who qualify) and then to be insulted by offering us $3.00 off an iMax show (wow no thanks) super disappointed in the lack of effort and quite frankly rude and curt tone. Calling me dear while my title is Dr. That is petty and really didn't bother me too much just mentioned as a sidebar. Also I am a HIlton Honors member but I husband booked online and forgot to include the member #. Which they told us we cannot earn the points for this stay.... Why???? Idk

The resort was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at the front desk because they overbooked! Our room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the falls. The staff was super friendly. Our room had a jacuzzi, and the jets were broken. AlsoC the walls were really thin and we could hear everything.... and I mean everything... that the people in the room next to us were doing.
Got randomly upgraded to a falls view room for free, was awesome! Nice big spacious room. Window opened to outside. Could hear and see the falls all evening. Nice and clean. Fridge in the room. Resort fee included a beer tasting plus other perks. Would stay there again if I ever went back. Parking a bit pricy, but everything is.

Very Very VERY comfy beds and right in the middle of the upper falls activities. If you want to do something away from Clifton Hills it is a great place. Restaurants in the building, arcade in the basement and a walkway to the Casino across the street $18 to $25 for parking was not mentioned in the pricing and of for that additional cost we could have stayed at the Sheraton down the road with a view of the falls. Not a bargain at all.

Room was okay. I couldn't find the value for money here. The overall layout of the rooms was confusing. Several different elevators that were poorly signed to get to a specific area in the hotel. It was very apparent as other guests were just as confused. When I went back to clarify which elevator I needed the front desk person was clearly agitated by my confusion.
Looks great inside and out. Location is perfect. Price is good for the value . Staff is polite and we'll put together. Definitely would recommend it to anyone Pool shouldn't close that early . The hot tub also. They close at 11pm. The elevator a need to be repaired and reprogrammed so they move more efficiently .

One of the only things that this hotel had in its "pros" column was the closeness to Niagara Falls, and the fact that we were able to check in 2 hours early. Where do I begin? Once we checked in in the chlorine-scented lobby, we loaded our luggage in the elevator to head to our room. Because the hotel only has one spot for guest elevators, we spent the next 4-5 minutes walking the long and winding hallways to locate our room. Once in our room, we noticed the strange set up for the bathroom: toilet and shower/tub in a closed room, sink exposed in the main living area shielded only by a small wall. Moving into the bed/living room, our "view of the Niagara" was awfully green; apparently the trees hadn't been trimmed in a while. We called to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms. While the staff member was friendly, he informed us that because we booked a room with 2 double beds, he could do nothing for our concerning our "view." Since we drove 6+ hours to see Niagara Falls, we needed a place to park our vehicle while we explored. Fortunately, the hotel has a good sized parking lot that they allow guests to utilize...for a small fee of $25 per day. My next trip to Niagara, I will most likely splurge and book one of the nicer hotels neighboring Oak Hotel.
Free breakfast at the Applebee's next door. View of the falls was phenomenal from a fallsview room. We were on the 13th floor. I felt like we could have fallen out the window and into the falls. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking was an extra charge, not included in booking. It was another $20 Canadian.
Decent. Was ok until elevator was out of order. Only has 2 elevators. One was out and we people had to wait up to 30 min to get in the only working elevator.
I only liked the location 1. Be aware that this hotel has motel like section with doors open to the outside. 2. Also, house keeping was banging on the door and window at 9am with the DO NOT DISTURBE sign on the door. 3. The beds they had in the room were full size not queen.
Location Parking costs extra. Lobby had a ceiling leak as we checked in. Room was a mess - no fridge, shower pressure was bad, lamp didn't work, even the room number was a paper with the number written on it. Staff wasn't friendly. Only thing good about this place is the location
If your room is on the higher floors, the view of the Horseshoe Falls is fantastic. Parking is expensive.
The view, pool and spa. Had to go outdoors to get to breakfast (with hotel voucher)- the staff at the restaurant wasn't very friendly to foreigners. Parking was quite a walk for a solo mom with luggage and a 5 year old in the dark. For a newly renovated hotel, it shouldn't have patches in wall paper and flimsy bedding. It is over-rated. Paying for location.
The hotel is nice and clean. The view overlooking the falls is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was served at Applebies next door, no options and not very good.

The room should have had a micro wave, fridge, luggage rack for that money. Parking fee was ridiculous ($25) and a surprise for an outdoor parking space. We were given someone else's parking card initially. Armchair seat cushion in room sagged. Why is there paper on the hallway windows? Stairwells were dirty and crude. A continental breakfast should be included for that cost. The room had a tired,dated appearance in contrast to the main entrance.
The only good thing was you were close to lots of fun stuff in Niagara Falls and could "kind of" see the falls from your window. (4th level) They "upgraded" us in a room with a king sized bed that was actually a double bed made up for one adult. We had to call down twice for extra pillows. They actually put us in a wheelchair accessible room 421 with no tub, grab bars everywhere, and a chair in the shower. The water gets everywhere in the bathroom because there is no lip to keep the water in when we put the white towel on the floor to stop the water it turned black underneath from??? Dirty floors. There is no fan in the bathroom to remove the steam so when you shower it gets really hot and hard to breathe. Then, after you run the water there is this terrible rattling sound in the wall the pipes make. The dresser drawers are broken and hazards and never stay shut. When this was brought to the attention of staff upon checkout they basically apologized and said that "well we upgraded you, we would have put you on ground level outside in the motel next door with booking.com" because we only paid $265 for the night.. Who knew that the shitty motel next door to the hotel was actually a part of the hotel. It looks like somewhere you go to get murdered not a place you spend $300 bucks to stay. I suggest save your money and go somewhere else. Would only be worth it to spend maybe $50 but parking in itself is $25.
The location to the falls and walking distance to our favorite restaurants is fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. It appears there was a old two story hotel and the added the high rise later. We stayed in the out dated part of the hotel. The room smelled musty and old. It was a disappointing experience.
The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect. The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!! The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!! The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!! Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!! Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.

Location, view from room, darkening shade for comfortable sleep. Would have looked a small table for the easy chair. view of the falls was somewhat obstructed, we mainly saw the mist and top of the falls, but couldn't see the horshoe falls at all. We had requested fall view room.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. It also had a full Starbucks beside the gift shop if you dislike the in-room coffee pot coffee. The room was very clean and the linens looked fresh and new. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again in the future. The bath towels were rough and thin and didn't do much absorbing. Also, the basic room is only available as two queen size beds. To get a king size bed you have to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. Not a deal breaker but also not very "couple friendly."

The staff, the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we arrived, the view from out room, the suite and layout of our room. The price was a little high, but all of Niagara Falls is a little pricey!!
Everything was fantastic Nothing
I LOVED the AMAZING view from the 12th floor of the Niagara Falls and the Ferries Wheel. Definitely family friendly with a 15 minute walk to arcades, restaurants, 4-D kids movies, bowling, laser tag, etc. My hubby and I will DEFINITELY return again in the Summer. The staff was AWESOME. BEST TRIP EVER!! Don't change a thing.
The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice. For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. Although the view of the falls was decent from our room the strong stench of cigarettes filled the room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.
It was close to many of the attractions. Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft--no support.
Drinking glass had lipstick on it. Obviously had not been cleaned or replaced after last guest.
The room was very nice. Beautiful furniture. Did not like the location. Thought we would be closer to Niagara Falls. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The room was nice, but the floor was not clean enough -- it was sticky in some areas.

The room was very nice. I liked the fireplace and the jetted tub. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was excellent. It was not easy to find in the part of town where it is located. It is on a corner so signs on both streets would help. Provide a larger table in the rooms for the continental breakfast, or in case people are interested in room service. Although the food at the restaurant was excellent, the menu choices are too limited. It is also very pricey for ala carte fare.
The standard king room exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the king size bed! My husband and had a great time at the Sterling Inn & Spa.

HAD HONEYMOONERS ON ONE SIDE MAKING "NOISES" AT 2am and again at 5am 2 days in a row . ON THE OTHER SIDE COUPLE PLAYED RADIO AND OPENED , CLOSED , LATCHED ADJOINING DOOR AT 4:30 am THEN HAD LOUD CONVERSATION . MATRESSES TOO SOFT . HOT / COLD INDICATOR IN SHOWER WAS OPPOSITE OF ACTUAL OPERATION .

The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.

The hotel itself was fairly clean. Hallways seemed dirty, but room was clean and very big. Could've had a party in the bathroom or the balcony. There was a very rude staff member that questioned me when I asked about the voucher that they stated they had on their website. The problem was solved, but not without receiving attitude from her. Other staff members were great and helpful. I also didn't like that I had to pay for my parking at the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. It is only a short walk to the falls. The bedroom was a little dirty, we found a used matches on the table. There were also mosquitoes hanging out on the curtains inside of the room.

One of the best stay in going to Niagra Falls so far, everything is A++ Good value for money. We had a spacious room, nice big beds, good wifi, and friendly helpful staff. There are a selection of restaurants on the street, we found a great one nearby.
Upon our arrival, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Once we approached the receptionist he didn't acknowledge or even apologize for the wait time. The WIFI did not work so I called guest services and the women first hung up on me. When I called back she said I had to call a 1800 number in order for me to fix the WIFI. She was extremely rude. I am not one to go out of my way to give a poor review but this was THE worst experience I have ever had.
Parking charges were not listed on website. There was no fridge in the room for the kind of money they charged for the room. They describe the room with sunset view, There was no sunset view. The hallways were hot.
Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly. The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
The size of the room was nice. In the ad they did not disclose that there was a $14/day parking fee and ~$5/day facility fee which added another $20/day to the cost of the hotel. People should know about these fees. Also, if everyone has to pay a facility fee, why don't they just add it into the room rate. I guess because it makes their rates look higher (which they are).

Great location. We walked to the falls. Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful. We had a flat tire and the staff helped me look up a place locally to get it taken care of. limited parking. was a little surprised by the $14 parking fee.
Rooms were nice. Didn't like paying an extra $17.50 + taxes per night for parking.
The room was not as expected. I thought I had reserved a room with a hot tub larger with a king bed. Most disappointing as my husband and I were riding into Niagara Falls on the motorcycle and we're really looking forward to the evening.

My sister and I booked via kayak but chose to upgrade to a room with a view upon arrival -offered to us for only an additional $50 CAD per night. What we were given exceed our expectations as we were placed on the renovated 7th floor in a corner room with an unobstructed view of the American falls through our open window and a view of the city streets below from our balcony. The faux wood floors in the room were fabulous as were the chandelier and comfy king size bed. The room was also very quiet and we were not disturbed by elevator or neighboring room noises at all. Breakfast was hot and basic, but free and you really can't ask for more- eggs, sausage, toast and coffee are all i need anyway! Free parking was wonderful as most hotels in the area charge and we felt our car was safe. Location was perfect- only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the falls and a 2 minute walk up the hill to the rest of the tourist district on Clifton Hill. (Do yourself a favor and visit the Niagara Brewery while you're here-you won't regret it!) All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. Overall, we loved the space and look forward to returning to our beautiful room with the rest of our family! The only downside was that, although the wifi is complimentary, it truly is only strong on the lower levels. We had (non reported) issues both days of our stay and as americans relying solely on wifi connections to stay in touch with family, it would have been a bigger problem had we stayed more days. Please also be aware that the hotel is divided up into a shorter two story section, with a motel facade and a tall 7 story section, with a regular hotel feel, where the rooms with views are located on the higher floors. Make sure you know what you're getting! Lastly, not an issue for us, but this hotel is located on a VERY steep hill which may be an issue for the elderly or those who need assistance walking.
Fancy clear glass sink bowl impressed my daughter for a while. We were in the courtyard, able to park right outside our room, for free- which is rare in Niagra Falls. Friday night stay for about a third of the price of Embassy Suites where we had just left after two nights because their pool was closed too. I was also sick of valet, nice to have your vehicle right outside. Pool was closed. Not happy about that since that's why we stayed there. But the arranged it so a 2 min walk next door to the Holiday Inn got us in to their pool instead.
Beds.were comfortable but room was small. Was ok as we were there to sightsee not stay in our room. Disappointed in the breakfast no variety and out of a lot of items also was expecting a hotel not a motel with outside doors.
the pool was nice, and so was the rooms. the distance to the falls was perfect. The front desk workers were very helpful giving advice on local place to eat and attractions. the rooms had plenty of outlets for charging for all of my devices, and the rooms were very well kept with new towels every day and a very modern design to the room that give it a feeling of a much larger more expensive hotel. the rooms did not have a mini fridge or a microwave so any leftovers we brought home from restaurants went bad. More over the AC unit in the room was broken and our room always got way to hot at night. Also the breakfast was lackluster, with eggs that were graying and over cooked sausage, cereal that was stale.
Can't beat the location. Just up the hill from the falls. We had a little balcony that overlooked the American Falls. Small but workable bathroom. Comfy and clean beds, good WiFi. Free parking and in walking distance to many attractions. AC was loud but worked well. Decent free breakfast. All in all a very good value.

Right in the middle of everything. Could walk to the falls, or casino or to shops, or restaurants. Bus stops were within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was not spectacular, but was good and it was included with the stay so can't really complain. It was well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely nice and courteous and friendly. There isn't anything that I could complain about. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking and was no fuss check-in/check-out. Pool area was clean. Hot tub in pool area worked. Clientele was a little noisy on Friday night after the fireworks, but they were silent at midnight at the latest. And even then, they were not horribly loud, as putting the TV or radio on low would have drowned them out.

Mainly clean. I would look for another hotel first. The front desk staff was extremely rude through our entire stay. The hotel was certainly showing its' age. The noise level during the night was very annoying - on all 3 floors. Our complaints went unanswered. We took one look at the pool and turned around.
Location was convenient. We stayed during the Niagara International Marathon. You would think hotels that are participating in offering rates for this run would also offer late checkouts. This courtesy would allow guest could come back and shower before they had to check out. We had to be out before noon so no accommodation made there. The rooms were dated but fairly clean. Good enough for a quick nights stay.
The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location is near the falls and has a WeGo stop right out front. The IHOP is insanely overpriced. Like whatever your hometown IHOP is, double the price. The pool is a bit small to truly enjoy.

Hotel was clean and the rates aren't bad. Quick walk to the falls was a big plus. Took maybe 10 minutes. The ihop in that hotel. Service was great but the prices are outrageous. We walked into downtown and got cheaper breakfast that was better.
I liked the location and the room itself. Pool is way to small. Dirty comforter on bed and no fridge.
We arrived very early on our day of check in (10:30 am) and thought it was great that the front desk changed our room from 2 queens to a King and allowed us to check in that early!!!! Location for walking to the falls is good.
It is in Niagara Falls (Ontario), within long-walking distance of the Falls ... which is important, because parking is extremely scarce and expensive anywhere closer. Staff was friendly. $38 (US) of extra, unadvertised charges were added to my bill. The TV in the room was non-functional, the bathroom door would not close ... the entire city of Niagara Falls is a tourist trap, so this hotel fits right in.
Once we got to the right room, it was awesome. We had been biking through the wineries all day on a hot-hot day so were super glad to have the jacuzzi. Not going to lie, I jumped straight in when we got there, and then had another in the morning before we had to go for breakfast it was so glorious to have a jet tub six feet from the foot of our bed! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and there had been recent updates and improvements. The AC did its job very well. The TV's a little weird to figure out, but once you do you'll be fine. Overall it was a decent stay, for the money. There were a few little things (in-room coffeemaker didnt work, towels were scratchy hotel towels) but my two big flags are as follows: Upon our initial check-in, we were assigned the wrong room (one without a jacuzzi!!!). I called front desk and they mercifully had the right room available, but the other couple we were travelling with had the same thing happen... Check your reservation. When we got in, it was too early for dinner so I called to inquire about a snack and a glass of wine (there was nothing in the minibar) from room service. The front desk clerk said she'd have to call me back, and then never did... BYO in-room snacks.
We had a King bed with jacuzzi room. The room was large and clean and better than expected. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was great! When we checked in, our reservation said King room with hot tub, but they put us in a small king room with only a stand up shower. They switched us to the appropriate room after going back down to reception, but it would have been nice to skip the hassle. The jacuzzi jets weren't very strong. The shower is in need up updating.
Entire experience was wonderful. Only spent one night, and wish we had stayed for a few--at least! Dan and Alexandra were very welcoming and informative--Dan provided us with a few maps/brochures of the area's attractions, which proved quite useful. We highly recommend staying at the Cozy Inn!
Common areas were beautiful (ie. lobby, restaurant). Location is about a 15-20 minute walk to the falls, and is close to quote a few restaurants. Rooms were a bit outdated, but comfortable. Hallway near elevator and pool was very humid.

This hotel was really cool. If you like a place with a bit of history go here! We stayed in a king suite and it was really nice. Very clean and modern, not what we expected after viewing this rustic, heritage hotel. Location is great also. For the price we paid It would have been nice if there was at least a continental breakfast included.
The hotel had a unique feel to it that gave it beauty. The rooms were not your generic, cookie cutter hotel rooms and neither were the grounds. We could hear our neighbors next door fairly clearly, and they were not being rude or speaking too loudly. The restaurant was overpriced for the quality and the advertising of the restaurant (for instance the ad in the elevator for the main restaurant showing Small Plates available when they are only available in the Lounge). Kayak lists them as having room service and we were told this was not true, but if they were "not busy" they could run us up a plate if we asked - from the overpriced restaurant menu only. The "lounge" and "bar" are neither - they serve alcohol and have a few chairs set around coffee tables where you can sit in the "lounge." The wifi is advertised as high speed, but it is far from it. We were lucky when we had signal, so I'm glad that it was free. And if hearing the neighbors wasn't enough, we looked out onto a night club whose music was clearly heard through closed windows while the TV was on. Although they do offer TV, most of the channels were fuzzy despite perfect weather. We chose to leave early as this was not the relaxing anniversary weekend we had planned.
Manager was extremely helpful, good location and enough for one night at Niagara. It was just a stoppover for me but would appeal to quite a few of the above categories for stoppovers in Niagara. Different from the usual tourist hotels
we really enjoyed going out to the falls all day then coming back to have a nice swim and hot tub it was very relaxing
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was extraordinary for potatoe and leek soup, scallop salad and crab salad. Next time we'll check the supper service as well. I phoned the night before we left to say we'd be leaving the side door at 0700 and the desk did not mention that a singnature would be required. However, in the am the desk person came to our suite for me to sign-thank you. The hot tub was not very warm, the water was low, and 2 pieces of clothing were left lying around. Towels piled up on the top of the laundry bag. Computer was not working.

Window did not open in room. Everyone ignored the fact that the TV was broken. I've machine not working. Cleaning staff was over zealous about getting a tip. Overall would not recommend the hotel. Overpriced for what it was and service very below average
We loved this hotel and the staff. Price was appropriate for the dates we stayed. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many locations, and short drive to the wineries. Clean, comfortable rooms with a unique combination of rustic history with modern amenities. The bar was good and the courtyard entertainment was a nice bonus. I will agree the restaurant is overpriced and seems like it is laking an identity. But overall a hidden gem in the Niagara Falls area.
The rooms were very confortable and surprisingly high end considering the price. Only one of my rooms was reserved whereas I had booked 2 on line. This was easily rectified but still concerning. The receptionist who checked us in was helpful and courteous but seemed mournful and unhappy in his work.

Only thing good at this hotel is location. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (our clothes and hair smelled just from being in there). The curtains looked and smelled like they have never been washed since they were put up. Even the air coming out of the a/c unit smelled. Stained carpeting. Tried to get a different room but was told none available. Front desk staff not helpful. (During our 4 day stay we dealt with a broken toilet, broken safe, dog barking through night, elevator broken for 2 days). This hotel is for smokers and people traveling with dogs. Wish we had left as soon as we smelled the room.
I loved the location! The stuff was very nice, room had everything we needed. There was an "old carpet" smell in the hallway and the room. I mean it nothing that will burn the nose hair but it was there.
Centrally located. Most sites walking distance. Needs updating, parking should be free if you stay there... plus my car was dinged in the lot!

the location was excellent. the hotel was clearly in a run down state. it did not warrant the price tag for staying there. simple things like removing/cleaning notice boards in the elevators would go a long way to give the illusion of better upkeep. impressions are important.
It was good price and close to the falls and Clifton hills My room did not have a jacuzzie tub like in the description I was kind of disappointed by that
Total cost for a King bed and fold out couch was $57.50 (US). You could see the American Falls from our window. They would probably be obscured by trees when their leaves return. Pool area was fine, perhaps a little stark. Bed was somewhat comfortable. The room was kept up. For some reason, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Walls seem very thin. Could hear the neighboring TV very clearly. We used the noisy fan to create white noise to drown out the TV. Our door would rattle when the neighboring door would shut. The bathroom could use some work. The light colored tile grout was turning black and tiles cracked.
location I was charge extra for a full parking Parking lot. Room is dark and tv super old , with 5 channels. They offer Wii fi ,but it was not able . I complained and a handyman came to help me and He said sorry. It does not work on 8 floor. Luis Araoz
Had the junior suite which was very spacious (however friend also had suite that was slightly smaller so specify when booking). Overall was a decent stay for one night but wouldn't want extended stay there. Close to clubs and shopping! For some reason the tv channels were seriously lacking. Aimed to be back in room for jays game but couldn't get it on tv! Also mini-fridge and microwave are great to have but seriously small and outdated! My friends and I joked that this was a hotel-motel feel.
