- Great location, close to everything. - Basically attached to Rainforest Cafe, an indoor water park, Starbucks. - Gave a $5 gift card if you choose to forego getting fresh towels, etc as a thank you for "going green" -Bathroom was small in the room where we stayed (one queen bed) - Cable didn't work in our room
The location was great. Lots to do. Didn't have to go out of building in winter if you didn't want to b The plug in the bathroom was so worn things wouldn't stay plugged in. There was some sort of crusty stain on the foot stool. Who was really gross.
There were stains on the pillow. Washroom looked very old. pillows seemed very low quality.
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The view from our room was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable and the fireplace offered some unexpected romance. The staff was friendly when checking in and out. Close proximity to several attractions. Slow, small elevators that were often already full. The price for self parking seemed a bit high, considering the price of the room.
Very good location Starbucks in hotel prices are expensive and drinks are not good. I ordered strawberry banana almost $10 (including tax) and taste so bad.
Staff is friendly. View to the Falls outstanding. Parking is way over priced. With charge and additional fees we paid over $100.00 for having our car at an inconvenient location. Parking
Clean rooms, clean spacious bathroom, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great outdoor pool - awesome view of the falls, great location - everything is walking distance, starbucks at lobby, fast check-in and check-out concierge glanced at us, maybe saw we're not Canadian (he was), glanced right back down at what he was doing. male staff behind him realized other guy was choosing not to attend to us, so he greeted us and asked us what we needed and proceeded to help us out. tsk tsk. this tiny bit was the only negative thing. shame on that dude.
location and amenities -resort fee for internet access - they "predict" your spending habits therefore charging your credit card.
Bathroom was small and the shower was rediculous short.
Got randomly upgraded to a falls view room for free, was awesome! Nice big spacious room. Window opened to outside. Could hear and see the falls all evening. Nice and clean. Fridge in the room. Resort fee included a beer tasting plus other perks. Would stay there again if I ever went back. Parking a bit pricy, but everything is.
The staff were quite helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the rooms do not have the views they are described to have.
I liked the proximity to the main area of Niagara.. walking distance to everything I wanted to do with my children. It was clean with very friendly staff at reception. The fridge froze everything that was in it overnight, so the kids couldnt have water or juice when they woke up as it was ice ! The people above us were quiet noisy at 10.00 p.m.
The size of the room and the hotel setup
The hotel was clean and pretty quiet.
The Inn was better than we expected. Cleanliness was very good. Staff was helpful.
location was good and value for money is really good it was a little loud at times, lots of young children running around
Nothing blew my mind about the place. Pool was VERY far from skyline inn. Spilled coffee grains on the carpet and it was never cleaned up when room service passed, during our three night stay. Also cups where CLEARLY wiped clean instead of being replaced by clean ones.
Courtyards, family movie night Pools too far, inconvienent. Same with workout rooms.
The assistance checking in and out - the person at the desk was well-trained and knowledgeable. The only complaint I can make is that I didn't have a car but was charged for parking. Not a big issue as I simply called the billing number after I returned home and had it corrected.
Rooms clean everyone pleasant very noisy in room above
I was very impressed with your maid service - they were friendly, business like, happy and they aimed to please and do anything that you would like. Their cleaning was top notch. You should be very proud of them! Thank you
Hotel is close to water park and the Clifton Hill locations
I will remember to ask for an upper room next time as there are a lot of kids at this hotel and they run around all the time, right above us. Otherwise, great.
My 11 year old daughter is not shy when it comes to asking for help. She befriended one of the housekeepers, Darlene, early on in our stay. Darlene was so kind to my daughter even making sure to tell me what a ray of sunshine she was.
location and the beds and the price
Clean room, very nice staff and close to everything. Pool was clean and relaxing after a hot day at the falls. Hotel is far enough from the crowds but easy walk to falls and US side and Clifton Hill. The parking at $15 for guests and non guests are the same, somewhat ridiculous. The breakfast buffet is $10 and no free coffee at the hotel lobby. Very high prices after spending money to stay there.
I liked the location and was amazingly surprise if the facilities offered as well as the room lay out. Parking was right there and even though we were 5 mins walking distance from the falls and all the entertainment we were away from the noise. N/A
Fairly close to the falls. There was an indoor pool. Rooms are in need of essential repairs. Our shower and bath tub was backed up, had leaky faucets for the sink. Rusted bath tub that suggested there might be a bigger moisture issue in the bathroom. The wall paper was clearly paling off the walls around the entire room. The double beds were the most lumpy and uncomfortable things we've had to sleep on.
The buffet breakfast for $10 per adult. Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill We were placed on the first floor which felt like a basement. The rooms were outdated, musty and damp. The carpet was loose and needs to be cleaned. The cleaning staff cleaned half of the room, my son made the 2nd bed and they left towels on the floor. The adjoining room, which was family, had their room door left open. The amount paid per room, I was hoping for something a little nicer. I felt that because we booked with an outside agency, we were stuck in the basement instead of the main building which was nicer. There was signs stating there was vacancy, so I'm sure we didn't have to be put where we were.
Beds were really comfortable. The staff were helpful. Loved the kids pool adjacent to the swimming pool. Good water pressure in the room shower. Location was great! Far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or catch the WeGo bus. Dated! But clean. Torn carpet, old fixtures. Wifi was terrible unless you were in the lobby. Breakfast was a little expensive.
The service was great, good directions and they gave us a late checkout. We booked a city view room but got a corner room looking over the pool and parking
what i like in this hotel is the calmness of the area and the staff was so friendly. it's better if they enhance better their services. I didn't like being obliged to go to the elevator's area to be able to connect to wireless internet. I suggest to extend the coverage to the rooms walkway at least.
The sliding glass door opened. False advertising. No restaurant or bar - advertised but was told it was seasonal Front desk staff rude Wifi - only available in hallway by the elevators and lobby Spoke to staff and was told hotel was full they didnt guarantee wifi. Would have stayed elsewhere if this was the case. No air conditioning. This was huge!!! Thought ac was broken and was told that weather was getting colder and the hotel had turned off the ac and turned on all of the heaters. It was 68 degrees. I have travelled all over and stayed in 2 star to 5 star hotels. Never have I been told that I could no longer use my ac. Not sure if this is an issue with kayak or Travel lodge but this is clearly false advertising. Also, when the heater/fan did come on it spit water out onto the floor and bed.
I loved the pool, hottub, sauna area. Great for families!! Rooms a bit dated; however, doesn't matter. Price was right and very clean. No lunch available - restaurant closed on Monday of the March break?? Seriously. Also, breakfast included for a flat rate would've been a nice touch.
I liked the presentation of the room it self. And it was close to everything. The front desk staff(girl) could learn how to smile.
Excellent price, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint - turn up the heat in the hot tub Hot tub too cold
Location It was wicked humid out and the air conditioning was busted in our room, we were given a very small discount
Good pool, hut tub and sanua Wifi wasn't that good ... At least not up on the 4th floor
the location The Jacuzzi tub, the TV didn't work properly (they were advised but did nothing)
service no fridge in the room, poor TV (too few channels) , parking view
it was close enough to clifton hill, and the falls that you didn't have to drive drunken teenagers on our floor
Their elevator works faster & their media in their tv was good. Thiers no menu for food if incase I want to order hotel food. I wish they have 24 hr hotel restaurant.
leaving it ! The room was dirty and the quality of the sheets were cheap, it was smelly althought we brought it to the attention of the staff, it made no difference.
Centrally located, convenient walking distance to falls and all attractions
Very relaxing vacation. Refrigerators should be complimentary.
Right near all of the attractions! Pool! Nice rooms! Only downside would be parking underground, but that wasn't a big deal with all of the other positive things about this hotel.
The Motel part of the hotel is from the 1960's. I upgraded to the Hotel part. Everything is very used and run down. The parking garage is scary (a coat of paint would go a long way). The rooms are used. The bed linens and towels are old and low quality. Some Days Inn Executives should spend a couple nights there.
I didn't like that when they charge me for parking and no breakfast included.
That the room was small and good price for one night. Could have been a little cleaner and not look so old like the bedding and could include a mini fridge Atleast
Noisy and full of bugs Nothing
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and mostly clean rooms. Parking, despite the $10 charge for it, is decent and was allowed to leave my car there all day even after check out in order to continue my sight seeing. Pool is accessible only by walking across a court yard to the main building. More of a car motel than a hotel. Also, despite the room being clean, there was a lot of ants crawling in through the cracks near the bathroom entrance. Had to take paper And wash cloths to cover the areas to limit the amount of Ants coming in.
We were charged for parking and breakfast for one which was shown as free while booking No free parking No breakfast
The hotel is is Ina good location, easy walking distance to all attractions Hotel is dated. It need thou rough cleaning and update.
It was a very short commute to the Hornblower Cruise, walking distance. 24/7 convenient store literally next door. One roll of toilet paper, fear of running out.
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Good location very close to all amenities. The price was quite expensive considering there was no breakfast included. I was dissapointed there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room and the ice bucket was big enough for only 2 drinks. We had to use the recycling bin as a ice bucket instead.
Nothing I nooked this room and so did two other family members. My room was gross, stains all over the carpet , we didnt have a fridge or mocrowave . Our het tub was dirty and didnt work. The other two familes had nicer rooms with fridge microwave and falls view. They paod cheap price too. The applebees was cloed down for maintance . Over all experience i would never stay there again
. Staff was nice /helpful. Location was great / / room was clean Not much parking . A/C unit does not work . Water damaged room on walls & cealings

great location! everything was good
Very comfortable room and friendly staff. The view of the falls is excellent from the twelfth floor room I had. I was a little early since I needed to meet with the private tour guide for my local tour, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Nothing. It was a great stay.
The location was great, everything is within walking distance. Not worth the price, especially since there is additional fees ontop of the room rate. Ended up paying an additional $120 on top of the room price for 2 nights. Parking was $29 a night. Pool area also needs to be updated and pool wasn't heated.
Location near Falls. $29.99 Parking.
The best qualities I can say for the hotel are location, and staff friendliness (some of the staff anyway!) beds were smaller than expected, and the shower was filthy, prompting us to change rooms.
Rainbow room restaurant and location by the falls Room was smaller than photo indicated
Location The room and bathroom were tiny. The 'falls view' was a little stated - if we stood and angled just right we could see the falls out of the fairly small window in the room. Not quite the view we were expecting for the price we paid.
The view Too expensive parking
Fact it was connected to Casio Room was too hot ac wansnt working we couldn't sleep called downstairs a guy came up 3:30 he checked gave us a fan asked if another rom available he said not sure he will check for a call from downstairs telling us to go to another hotel!@3:30 am!!!
location It is dated, and the beds are uncomfortable, but it has character...
Location was great. Every thing was great.
Our room was very nice with a jacuzzi tub which was a pleasant surprise. Our view was nothing to enjoy. The staff was not very helpful with directions to the local attractions.
Great location close to Falls and everything !! Will stay there our next trip
Rooms were big Great view of the city Walking distance to Niagara falls King size room had a pool out coach
Location and cleanliness Parking was added on at the end of stay. We would have appreciated notification of parking fee prior to stay since parking lot adjacent to hotel was $5/night.
Loved the location, the room was great, the service was great, and the hotel did stay very quiet and there were 3 sports teams while we were there. The wait time for the elevator was 15 minutes at peak time. And I would suggest going out for breakfast.
Location and cleanliness. Expensive breakfast and parking
The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.
We watched the nightly 10 pm fireworks right from our room window. We walked to all the Clifton Hill attractions. The indoor pool & hot tub were great for the kids. Liked everything
Very nice room, clean and great location. Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.
It was clean, comfortable, good location. We had no issues whatever. It was not fancy, but e erything was functionable. No issues whatever.
Room was clean Every time I go they give me excuse that they have water problem even after I reserved a room online then they shift me to a lower class room for same price which is not fair it's a ripoff
STAFF WAS VERY CARING . PARKING VERY CONVIENENT . 2 COMPUTERS AND PRINTER IN BUSINESS AREA FOR USE . LARGE IN ROOM SAFE . THIN WALLS . HAD HONEYMOONERS ON ONE SIDE MAKING "NOISES" AT 2am and again at 5am 2 days in a row . ON THE OTHER SIDE COUPLE PLAYED RADIO AND OPENED , CLOSED , LATCHED ADJOINING DOOR AT 4:30 am THEN HAD LOUD CONVERSATION . MATRESSES TOO SOFT . HOT / COLD INDICATOR IN SHOWER WAS OPPOSITE OF ACTUAL OPERATION .
Great location, great value for money, friendly staff
Good location, able to walk to nearly all the desired sites/destinations. Alot of chlorine in the pool and hot tub!
great value hotel, location is great if you wish to stay in the heart of Niagra. All main atractions are within easy walking distance
The hotel was very clean and located very close to thestrip. There are two bars across the street but you do not hear anything once inside. Staff are incredibly polite and parking, although not included, was affordable. Perfect hotel for a family or couple at an affordable price Although i would recomend the hotel, our fridge was barely cold enough to mildly chill a bottle of wine, and the settings knob not surprisingly missing. The other fault was air conditioning unit unable to keep up with the 85+ weather outside. It was a tad warm on our stay
The closeness to all the activities The room was a no smoking but it smelt of stale tobacco which didn't go away and there was no windows to open to let air in.
The value. In July it is apparently $700 per night, but for us only $56... and no queues or crowds - brilliant. An excellent hotel. I prefer tax to be included in price of all hotels. About half of the hotels we stayed in (in a 6 week holiday in England, USA) include tax.
Two of the lamps didn't work. But otherwise good room
Nice room, internet and Refregerator Breakfast are ok, but no variaty
location and comfortable beds. the rooms need more lights, and the bathroom exhaust fan was excessively noisy.
The location is perfect! The hotel is one block from the top of Clifton Hill, with bars and restaurants lining the streets. The falls are about a 10 minute walk and there are various bus routes within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and recommendations as to where to eat. It is a clean, comfy, inexpensive option. The hotel had several doors which said they could only be opened with a room key during the day and were locked between 12 am and 6 pm. This was not the case. I did not feel that the hotel was very secure, and being so close to a number of tourist attractions, this was worrisome. Although there may have been some confusion on our part, the hotel does NOT have an outdoor pool. Finally, although the lobby and main section of the hotel and newly remodeled, the section of the hotel we were in was in the back building, an older section that has not been remodeled. I do not know if this is due to the fact that we booked by a third party site, as the woman at reception pointed out at check in, or if this was just due to the amount of bookings. The newer section of the hotel was substantially updated compared to our area. We had a very old toilet, that actually need housekeeping attention during our stay, an extremely old shower head that did not really get all the shampoo out, and a faulty breaker that tripper while we were getting ready to go out.
The convenience to all attractions was the best part of hotel. The bed not comfortable...looked under and saw plywood on top of boxspring...also breakfast was boring...went out to eat.
Had the junior suite which was very spacious (however friend also had suite that was slightly smaller so specify when booking). Overall was a decent stay for one night but wouldn't want extended stay there. Close to clubs and shopping! For some reason the tv channels were seriously lacking. Aimed to be back in room for jays game but couldn't get it on tv! Also mini-fridge and microwave are great to have but seriously small and outdated! My friends and I joked that this was a hotel-motel feel.
Only thing good at this hotel is location. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (our clothes and hair smelled just from being in there). The curtains looked and smelled like they have never been washed since they were put up. Even the air coming out of the a/c unit smelled. Stained carpeting. Tried to get a different room but was told none available. Front desk staff not helpful. (During our 4 day stay we dealt with a broken toilet, broken safe, dog barking through night, elevator broken for 2 days). This hotel is for smokers and people traveling with dogs. Wish we had left as soon as we smelled the room.
Centrally located. Most sites walking distance. Needs updating, parking should be free if you stay there... plus my car was dinged in the lot!
the location was excellent. the hotel was clearly in a run down state. it did not warrant the price tag for staying there. simple things like removing/cleaning notice boards in the elevators would go a long way to give the illusion of better upkeep. impressions are important.
location I was charge extra for a full parking Parking lot. Room is dark and tv super old , with 5 channels. They offer Wii fi ,but it was not able . I complained and a handyman came to help me and He said sorry. It does not work on 8 floor. Luis Araoz
I loved the location! The stuff was very nice, room had everything we needed. There was an "old carpet" smell in the hallway and the room. I mean it nothing that will burn the nose hair but it was there.
godd service and quick response to urgent needs everthing seems normal
Very dirty. Un safe. Was warned about shady characters walking around. Water stains on furniture.
Total cost for a King bed and fold out couch was $57.50 (US). You could see the American Falls from our window. They would probably be obscured by trees when their leaves return. Pool area was fine, perhaps a little stark. Bed was somewhat comfortable. The room was kept up. For some reason, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Walls seem very thin. Could hear the neighboring TV very clearly. We used the noisy fan to create white noise to drown out the TV. Our door would rattle when the neighboring door would shut. The bathroom could use some work. The light colored tile grout was turning black and tiles cracked.
It was good price and close to the falls and Clifton hills My room did not have a jacuzzie tub like in the description I was kind of disappointed by that
The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The construction outside my bedroom window. Outside doors could use a paint job.
Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the location as very close to amenities and The Falls. Very loud air conditioner drowned out noise of nearby activities. Breakfast included. Smelled like cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room. The toilet kept filling with water after flushing and we had to adjust and fix it on multiple occasions. Staff did not seem knowledgeable.
center of action
Everything was great. The location, the food, the walk to the falls was only about a mile and was not a bad mile! The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was not very comfortable but it was ok for the 1 night.
easy to find. direct in center. enough parking place
Proximity to the downtown area. The noise from adjacent rooms and the street was unbelievable. Out of 235-days per year I spend in hotels around the world, this was by far the noisest hotel I have ever stayed at.
Convenient location and good amenities incl. free wifi.
Really near attractions and the falls. Good price. Event if it was crowdy in the streets, it was calm in the room. Parking is free and you don't need a car anyway at this place. We done the Skylon by foot. Didn't took CAA discount. That's about it.
Everything was just easy and great, as advertised and included in room price: parking, (continental) breakfast, tea/coffee in the room, wireless internet. Excellent and professional service.
My husband and I really enjoyed the King size bed, very comfy. We really enjoyed the wonderful job that our cleaning staff (Connie) did with our room every day. I enjoyed the pool, but wished it was open longer. Before we got checked in I fell and sprinded my ankle due to a step that is very short, half the size of the next step when I walked in. Not one staff member came to help me up and I am still icing it due to swelling. I also had a lot of difficulty avoiding ciggarette smoke, at one time a young man was smoking right outside our hotel room. This makes me very sick due to being alergic to smoke!
I liked the location. Right on the hill i the middle of it all. Didn't have to walk far for anything I wanted to do.
Location and comfort. Maid was great. room is clean. no complaints
The whirlpool tub and king size bed in our room were fantastic. This hotel is in an excellent location and was within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The continental breakfast was out of many food items by 9:30 a.m. and all tables were full so there was nowhere to sit for breakfast.
Convenient hotel for a visit to Niagara Falls.
Spacious rooms, easy access by car, coffee maker and a microwave in the room. The jacuzzi was really nice.Just enough separate from the busiest streets in Niagara, which we found only positive. Still everything is within walking distance. No water boiler in the room. The breakfast was quite simple. No restaurant.
We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast. We were unaware that we had to call ahead on the 800 number in order to get points. We were told that we can call and get the points applied. Will this work?
Room was extremely spacious, staff was courtious
Great location None
Nice rooms with Jaccuzzi in the room. Confortable...Internet hookup a plus. Thin walls .... lots of noise in hallway late at night......
Very freindy staff, helpful, curteous, conventent location, well cared for premisis Did not like having to pay everyday to park my car, have never paid anywheres else .
Neat and clean
We loved our room (we stayed in one of the King/Jacuzzi suites)! The breakfast was adequate...saved us time and money from having to go elsewhere! The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful and able to answer all of our questions! Two small complaints, we didn't not get a "do not disturb" sign to put on our door and the pillows were terrible!
Very helpful and courteous staff, location and cleanliness.
Close to the falls The whole hotel smelled like fish and the breakfast was very poor.
I liked the close proximity to some popular streets/attractions. I also liked The free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee from 7am to10am. I did like the staff, they did a good job of helping me and answering my questions. The room was nice and clean, and had everything it needed to have. The pool area with hot tub and sauna included was nice to have and was well kept. I also liked that on my check-out day, I could keep my car parked at the hotel till 3pm, just incase I wanted to do a few more things before I left. Which I did and that was a great help to me as a guest. Paying $10 for parking was not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel, but not at the hotel and not that far from over parking lots for $5 to $7 a day. Also at breakfast there wasn't much room to set and move around the breakfast area, there was no line, just grabbing and pushing to get what you wanted. But that's also on the other guest too.
great and big breakfast as buffet, elevater, swimmingpool and whirlpool
cleanliness,hotel staff,comfort TV in the room-too cheap,no frigde,parking???
The hotel was clean and well maintained all the way around. It has a good central location. After check in the staff was exceptional. Check in was much more difficult and time consuming than it should have been. Despite having a paid reservation one of the front desk girls wanted to hold my passport.
walked to the falls
nothing to brag about ptice, paying for parking, no fridge, no microwave, pool cold, basic cable- 12 channels,
free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee all the time. close proximity to some popular streets/attractions. charged for local phone calls and 1-800 numbers. racked up a $17 bill. staff did not clearly communicate the fees. although listed in the "fine print", I was never alerted and I did not think this a was common practice for such a hotel. VERY disappointed.
The location was great.. Bad tv channels, small room...Don't think we will go back
Location and breakfast (continental) cereal, coffee, fruits, bread, bagels. My room was 107, near the lobby and comedor, it can get loud in the mornings because of breakfast. Paying for parking 10 dollars, not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel but not at the hotel and not that far there was a parking lot for 5 dollars a day.
Closeness to falls and many attractions. For a 4 star rated hotel it lacked in facilities and cleanliness. Also expected a higher quality of beddingA(mattress and linen quality) No food available in hotel except from vending machines. Only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel. pool area not well kept.
it was only about a ten minute walk to attractions
for what you get out of the price to stay it is a good deal
we found it to be quiet at night, which was nice,we were close enuf to attractions, but not caught up in the hustle of it. coulda had more towels, with the hot tub suite...a robe woulda of been nice also.
I like that the non smoking rooms are far enough away from the smoking rooms. The 'continental breakfast' leaves much to be desired.
i did not like anything. staff treated me as a child. could not even bring friends into my room without being questioned by staff. the way the manager treated me with no respect.
Good location for the price Should of had microwave or coffee maker in room
The Jacuzzi in the room was nice. The air conditioning was a life saver. Plenty of towels. Pillows were a little small on the King sized bed. A balcony would have been nice.
The room was clean and comfortable. 1. There were no real breakfast there - only some cookies. 2. I was unable to get the real invoice for my stay.
Great location for the Falls, easy walking distance, car not necessary to move aroung the area. Very comfortable bed, good hot water, quiet room. Good value for the area Room cleaning was not so good, spilled food behind the dresser. Continrntal breakfast wa pretty basic
The room was very comfortable and spacious.Would reccomend No complaints had everything we wanted
Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Price SLOW wifi
The great location and accommodating staff. The amenities were lacking but were comparable to those at nearby locations.
Close to the attractions, clean rooms, free parking Still has poor breakfast options, hard to find room in basement
Location is excellent! Room a little outdated but location makes up for it!
walking distance to the attractions. It was just a place to sleep. could of been cleaner. Outdated. old beds.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Close to Niagara falls. Nice front desk staff Confused about hotel building. Two on location, inn and hotel. Assumed the hotel was it.
Great location Very dated room and I had to hike up three floors, no elevators. Old style TV and air conditioner unit was extremely loud.
Staff were pleasant but they were from the hotel next door. Actual blood on towels, which was disgusting. Room smelled musty and unclean. Otherwise everything in the hotel worked.
Location Old hotel. No internet and check-in across the street.
Location was great! The front desk which was located nex door the people were very nice My key kept not working Had to go back twice to get it re-done
Location to the falls. Breakfast not included.
It needs to be said that there is no elevators and that everything you need to do from check in/out, to getting ice, to buying a drink involves going to the hotel next door, not sure if it is in the process of being bought out but very inconvenient.
Good deal for an expensive city. Walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. No bells and whistles just a straightforward room. I recommend the heart shaped jacuzzi rooms. Staff was extremely nice, went out of their way to help our group An ironing board would have been useful, but not really recommending anything that would just drive the cost up
Location to everything around Niagara Falls. We were able to walk everywhere. No wifi. Were were able to pick up the signal from the main hotel sometimes, but it wasn't always direct.
Not bad but too expensive for the services
Huge room, great location Very loud air conditioner, no refrigerator in room, poor quality hot breakfast items
My bf and I stayed here for only one night in a whirlpool room. The room also had a fireplace which was nice and worked great. The entire room was VERY clean it was a great stay. Upon our arrival we were at the ice machine and saw a cleaning lady delivering a fridge to another room, since we were filling up on a tonne of ice she asked if we would like one in our room, she found a fridge and delivered it to our room immediatly! The pool is in a weird location but that didnt bother us and we didnt use it anyway. Hotel is right beside Nightmares and accross the street from Nigara Casino and a waterpark. We would definatly go back to this hotel!
Clean, great staff, nice lobby. No exercise room
It was right in the heart of downtown and was so easy to go everywhere on foot. No added expense for taxi's or parking. The only critique I could give is that the pool was not open as late as I would have liked. It closed at 10 p.m.
I liked the second bedroom No
The room was large and bright and extremely clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was less than a 5 min walk from Cliffton Hill and was close to dining and shopping. It was a great stress-free weekend away for my husband and I...we parked our car in the parking lot and didn't have to take it out again until it was time to go home. Many of the rooms face the lobby, which holds the pool and dinning area. It did become loud at about 2:30 in the morning, because the floors are tile and it was echo. The signs around the hotel ask for guests to respect those sleeping, and if you are inthe lobby area to please stay quiet after 10pm, however it did not seem like that rule was enforced at all.
I booked room in Nov. 2014. The hotel was close to many attractions in Niagara Falls, and at a reasonable walking distance from the Falls. It is clean, modern, offers a decent breakfast and the room we had was very good. The beds were quite comfortable. Its indoor facilities include a pool, Jaccuzzi and sauna. One of its main advantage is the free parking, which in NF is a big deal! Overall, definitely a recommendable hotel. On week-ends, expect families with kids that will monopolize the pool and Jacuzzi at certain times. Can't think of anything!
The staff was awesome, the location was the best in town and free parking Pool opens at 10 am, too late, and closes at 10 pm way too early
the location - it was central and near to the Niagara Falls but nevertheless our room was quiet and peaceful.Unual swimming pool set-up in the receptiion area. Our rooms did not have a window opening to the outside - only onto the corridor outside the room - hence it felt somewhat claustrophobic. The breakfast area was very crowded and a bit chaotic.
It was to light at night, all the lights were on outside the windows which made it hard to sleep
Overall, the room seemed mostly clean, but very dated. The bed was huge and very clean. Amenities were minimal, but the staff was friendly and very helpful to this first time traveler to Niagara Falls. There was a convention of cheerleaders the weekend I was there and they kindly put me in a honeymoon suite away frim the noise. The location can't be beat. It's right across the street from the Clifton Hill entertainment district and about a 10 minute walk to the Falls. Lots of places to eat, even if you are like me with lots of dietary restrictions. The in house free breakfast is standard hotel issue, but nice to have on busy days. Some of the towels were slightly dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. The swimming pool and the whirlpool are inside the front entrance (same place as the breakfast and check-in), so it's very hot and humid in that space. It also smells of chlorine everywhere in the hotel. For this reason, I think, the air conditioner was on the whole time (even though I had turned the room unit to heat, because it was snowing outside)! The room never smelled of chlorine though. The TV reception was also spotty at best, but ultimately not an issue, as I was out most of the time. The elevators are a little slow, but very cool, one being glass and facing the inside of the lobby.
