Terrible! They cancel our flight a few hours before the time of flying. Initially they just canceled it without offering any alternatives, around 4:00’am. Later they offered another flight but the offer came to close to the departure time, making it impossible to use it. We had to purchase another flight with a different company at around $1,500 USD, Norwegian Airlines is a very inconsiderate and irresponsible company..

budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats

Our vacation started with horribly, 48hr prior to departure SAS airline cancelled our return flight giving us little to no alternative options.
The Airline was wonderful, passport check at the Copenhagen Airport is a nightmare , coming and going.
Payed $140 xtra for seat arrangement Did not get the preselected seats neiter outbound nor inbound. Absolutely not worth the xtra money
Gate agent in Atlanta refused to let me take my carry-on on the plane even though I met weight and size requirements and the plane was half empty. My ticket clearly stated that I was entitled to one carry-on and one personal item. Will not fly this airline again.
Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.
SAS is very good at service, the lounge was great, and flights were on time. Boarding is fast and efficient!
Flight & service all top notch but online check-in a poor experience. Clearly a glitch on their website which prevented completion via my Android device. Also no easy way to provide this feedback to the airline so they can fix it!
I couldn’t make it to the airport for my original flight due to bad weather; roads were shut down, buses and trains were closed. Since the plane wasn’t cancelled, I still had to pay $720 to change my ticket.
