Pros: I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time.

Pros: The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early.

Pros: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.

Cons: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.

Cons: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Cons: The constant effort by staff to sell stuff. Whatever happened to the days when customer service was king and satisfying customers was the motive rather than the relentless drive to make money.

Cons: Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food.

Pros: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...
