If you are transiting through Doha and you have a long layover make sure you book the flight through Qatar airways and not using a code share that's a book through American airlines because they will deny you a STPC which is a stopover paid by carrier aka the free hotel. We ended up sleeping on the floor of the airport which kind of sucked but it wasn't the end of the world. Next time I will not make this mistake and I will never book with American airlines again.

Atlanta airport is big so I was advised to give myself slightly more time to get through as you need to use an air train to get to the gate

Airlines with best boarding, comfort, baggage policies: American, United & Delta. Airlines with best schedule to/from Miami: American & Delta (but definitely can improve this). Most convenient airports: Getting on/off -Miami and any major US Airport with multiple lanes to go in and out (definitely not Atlanta as everyone is arriving & leaving go thru ONLY one entrance filled with parking lot style traffic) and I say this because I have lived in both cities (many years in Miami and now 2 years in Atlanta but travel a lot from here). Atlanta has only 2 entrances: either Delta (south side) or any other airline (north side). Either way you go, you will have bumper to bumper traffic just to go in. Also, don't get me started with their parking lots - what a horrendous experience to park and worse when you leave! No signs in the North side (and barely any in South side) to indicate the exit.

No service flight that took 5 hrs and a stop at an unscheduled airport. Crew and pilots did their jobs

Overall Good! The weather delayed our takeoff from Atlanta and our arrival in Miami! If Mother Nature can mess up a flight she will do it every time!

We waited an hour on the runway to get a gate in Orlando

The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.

They took all carry-on luggage from Groups 6 -9 - I was group 5 and waiting in line to board - they made me check my luggage too. That then went to baggage claim and delayed departure from the airport. There was overhead room in my seating area - Delta over reacted. Also, had a gentleman next to me that took up 1/2 my seat.

Sorry I didn't realize I was writing a review for each leg. Please see my previous review - it applies to the entire flight, not just a single leg.

The flight was delayed and oversold. I volunteered to give up my seat for compensation. Thinking I could get a good night's sleep instead of arriving home at 2 am. It took over an hour to get the new reservation confirmed, three different gate attendants, and two red coats. It took even longer to confirm the overnight hotel, and when I arrived, the line was 45 minutes long, with two people checking in, and at least 15 people slowly, very slowly—no food except frozen convenience food, no coupon for food from airlines. Slept, headed back to the airport, and that flight had an equipment change and a gate change just as they were about to board. It took an additional hour to board as they cleaned the plane from storage.

Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.

First, Delta needs more flights to/from Miami. Second, a 1000pm leaving at 1230pm is unacceptable from their biggest airport world hub. Another aircraft could have been used such as the aircraft scheduled to be used in the morning for that exact same route. Yes, I did get me there but the lack of sleep the next day didn't help me enjoy my entire trip since I was busy with activities during the weekend. This can be and is expected from Spirit (going bankrupt) and Frontier (despite they're nickel and dimers). But from Delta's World Hub? That's totally unacceptable!

A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.

Plane and crew on board were fine. Everything else was terrible.

Inbound plane was on time and flight departed on time with no issues while boarding.

Too many extra fees, uncomfortable, little leg room. Will not recommend this airline.

Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.

My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.

My flight was canceled I was promised a reginf still not received.

The personal at boarding are rude and try to steel people with their rule of personal item , really bad experience for us

Horrible my trip was delayed 3 hours, we already have set in the plane and they delayed the flight.

I like that the flight was not overcrowded, and I felt had space to spread out a little more. The flight was smooth for the most part no major turbulence. The crew was pretty good accommodating and professional.. the fellow passengers were cool as well… all good! Snacks always makes things better, but of course there were no snacks.
