Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours

We travelled in economy, were very satisfied with the comfort and keg space of the seats. Food was great compared to other airlines, the crew were very helpful and friendly. Since i was travelling with kids, i needed assistance multiple of times. Will be definitely taking long flights with Emirates from now on.

The queue for checking for economy passengers was enormous! Only one desk open for economy faith s queue a mile long, whilst business and first class desks empty and unemployed. Will seriously consider changing to another next trip. Disappointed customer.

They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers

Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.

Seat 💺 was all the way on last row. Food was okay .

From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.

We had to deboard using stairs. Why didnt you have the aero-bridge?
