I believe it was short flight in plane I understand not that much compared to other airlines but weighting for checkin was too long need extra person for checkin or Atleast someone to let the customer knows don’t worry someone will be here shortly.

I believe it was short flight in plane I understand not that much compared to other airlines but weighting for checkin was too long need extra person for checkin or Atleast someone to let the customer knows don’t worry someone will be here shortly.

Noted in last review. Good to know, though air Lingus on European flights does not offer any food or drink, even though we were on the plane for 3 1/2 hours from Naples to Dublin everything you had to purchase even water.

Seats were alarming close to the row in front of you. I didn’t do the measurements online, which I’m sure they’re available, but it seemed much tighter than other planes, but the airplane itself was well maintained and looked fairly new. My only complaint on the staff was that we’re on an international flight. Normally they give you wine with dinner and the flight attendant decided to pull some strict restrictions and wouldn’t give more than one glass of wine per person, and you could not share with your spouse, which seemed ridiculous when we have four people on the plane with us and only one person ordered wine asked for a second one and she said oh absolutely not. It’s only one per person Which on a transcontinental usually is not the case. They’re very attentive on making sure everyone is as comfortable as possible.

Boarding seemed a bit chaotic and we had to walk outside across the tarmac. Passengers of all ages had to drag carry on luggage up the outside stairway into the aircraft. There was no WiFi. Very uncomfortable crammed seats. Glad in-air time was only an hour!

Gate agents kind of serious. Had to wait til arriving at gate to choose seats. Thankfully they did give us seats together! And grateful the honored our age, giving us seats at the front.

Very polite and helpful staff. Jet blue…ok, but not as helpful!..

This flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connecting flight from New York to Boston. I had to rent a car and drive myself home to avoid waiting another 5 hours in the airport.

Flight was cancelled. There were no Aer Lingus reps to help. I had to rebook my flight and find a hotel. Still had nothing from the airline.

There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg

Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
