Pros: "They are great at service and care of their passengers. Their staff always go out of their way to make sure of comfort. Loganair seems one of the few to still give a beverage and a snack with purchase of ticket (wonderful). I am super thankful of well trained staff and their knowledge on luggage and sizing on the smaller planes especially when traveling to and from larger planes. I never had any issues with being able to take my backpack on or being asked to check it as it carried my laptop & wallet...unlike other airlines of similar size running to & from SYY."

May I suggest that you invest in either better,safer steps or a short slope as per other ones used by other airlines at Guernsey airport."

Cons: "Terrible experience with easy jet, for the second time the broke my bag, the attendant just before boarding to the plane she charged me ( in a very rude way) 50€ just because she thought my cabin bag is bigger than standard!! Who will redeem me for my 300€ broken bag. I will try never to fly easy jet unless it is the only available option."
Pros: "Not much. I think anything we liked was about the airport staff, not the easy jet staff. The customer service lady was efficient, but not helpful and kind of rude and all she kept saying was “well everyone else made it”. The plane was also not full (I believe she said 60 people, maybe 58 not including us)."
Cons: "The plane was departing at 8:25 and boarding at 7:55 according to the ticket. At 7:57 there was no gate announced for the flight yet, so we went to the bathroom, came out and saw our gate and headed there. We got the gate wrong, but were only about 5 mins out of the way, so me and my 70 year old grandmother ran through the terminals and we got to the correct gate at 8:16 (less than 20 minutes from the time the gate was announced) and they would not let us on. Easy Jet’s policy (which we have a picture of) is that the gate closes 30 minutes before departure, but we did not even have a gate until less than 20 minutes from the departure. We did not hear them announce our names or last call (until the minute before we got there, and it did not seem like if they would have let us on if we were one minute earlier either). After this whole ordeal and being at the airport on time and through security in time, we went to talk to the check-in person to see what we should do. We stood in line and did not get called up (3 people did not have customers but were not calling me up), so I asked and one girl reluctantly said I could see her. As I was telling her what happened, she got a phone call, answered it in the middle of my explanation, and then chatted for a few minutes with another coworker about who was working and who was going on lunch when. After she hung up, she looked annoyed at me, and I told her again what happened, and she said she could help and to go to customer service. At customer service, we asked to see if we could get on the next flight which wasn’t leaving for over 7.5 hours, which they said we could but would have to purchase our tickets and luggage all over again. The person working was mostly professional, fairly efficient, but pretty callous overall. On top of all this, when they pulled our luggage off the flight (somehow they can board a flight of 60 ish people and still have time to remove our luggage), they pulled one of the wrong suitcases off so we had to go collect our luggage at or destination, and someone else went luggage-less. Ultimately, my grandmother’s first European trip and this was the worst experience we’ve had so far, but after $200, 6 hours, and tears from both of us, we made it to our destination and will never fly Easy Jet again."

Cons: "The boarding is terrible in Budapest. Nothing too specific about easyjet, but the gates that they have there is really weird (gate a12 to a19). You basically have to step out of the airport to go on the runway, to reach a secondary building right next to the plan. The issue is that its freezing outside and in this building. And since it's a boarding gate you easily have to wait 20-30 minutes standing up in the cold. Even worse, some people couldn't fit in the building since the line was too long, so they had to wait outside by -1°C."

Cons: "The crew was very rude and aggressive. I had a woman bag and a small cabin bag and they require me to put the handbag into the cabin bag, which is fine. But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

Kayak did not give us the option to check in our baggage, and we ended up paying more to check in our baggage than the airfare. There is no way to contact KAYAK and speak to a human being, so we will not be using this service ever again to book flights or anything else for that matter."

Having too much stress on my vacation and on danger to loss at least 1 day of staying in Paris. They gave us seats at the end but never flight with Easy Jet again,"

Also, the plain was an hour late and the way they started boarding was really disorganized and it was as if the passengers were cattle as they corralled us into a 20x30 standing-only roped off section to wait to board after already having or boarding passes checked."

Pros: "I liked the feeling of being free from the horror of the mean stewardess in common airlines. They harass you and interrupt you at all times, while playing boarding school mean head-teacher. Here at ezj, i brought my own food and entertainment, and was free to rest for the duration of the flight without any of those harassments. and so, combined with the fantastic price, this was a nice and refreshing experience,"

Pros: "Loved the cheap fare - went off pretty much as expected - big crowds at security in Bristol, paid for express - it seems every little extra is charged for - paid £15 each for an extra legroom seat which also gave us priority boarding and an extra bag, although it wasn't clear if they were being strict about hand luggage or not."
Cons: "We sat in the XL first row - seats don't recline! and everyone trooped past us when boarding and a stiff breeze blew on us through the door. Had to keep our down coats on but then when the door closed and it warmed up we weren't allowed to take it off because it was an emergency exit row and now clutter! So we got a little overheated until at altitude - weird. The coffee was £2.50 for instant! weird."
