Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late
I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience
I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
A delay of almost 3 hours. It was evident that the staff wanted us to board urgently, to the point of rudeness, to avoid paying compensation
Long delay was made worse by lack of information and long time in queue waiting for the plane to arrive
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
Nothing -they cancelled the flight with less than 12 hours notice
Departure delayed two hours due to congestion over Frankfurt airspace. Not the fault of Lufthansa, or crew. At Birmingham we sat around in the corridor for 90 minutes with no sears, outside a locked waiting room. The Birmingham WlFi was not connected to the internet for some. reason
Missed the flight due to delays, waited hours for someone to finally do something to help, get on a flight 10 hours later only to have the plane deviate to Greece and made us spend the night in Greece and get on a flight the next day. It was a 3 day trip and the worst experience of traveling we've ever been through.

The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.
Very late to leave, poor communication on expected departure time and when boarding actually started.
Cheap flight but I didn't like the almost one hour delay because of paperwork!!!!
Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff
Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late
It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.
We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us
After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.
I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
