It wasn’t great because the third-party from Kayak there was just no information about how to check in with Vueling. And the purchase of the ticket from under pricer just made everything really difficult. I’m unlikely to use Kayak again for these reasons.

A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.

Bad experience. The seat room are very tight. The food is not good and the breakfast has no hot drink.

We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.

Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.

We waited for one hour to deboard the plane after landing. That could be better

I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.
