Very efficient and professional staff. Food was good and so was entertainment selection.
I would love the entertainment center to be updated with more content. The flight to Doha had more options than the one to Miami
The only thing that could have been better, is that the food trays get left way to long after a meal. We had a snack 8 hrs into the trip, and they left us with the boxes and cups for way too long. It is not fun being trapped in your seat unnecessarily

No separate queue for business class/platinum passengers. I had to stay in the long queue to board. I requested breakfast before landing, but the crew didn't offer, except a coffee with milk. No tea with milk was available. Had asked for cookies, but didn't receive them. The crew in the business class was not good in terms of service..
I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
My business class experience with Qatar is beyond excellent especially the crew as Jaly Liansangzuali. Rumana Khan go an extra mile to make the flight the most enjoyable one. They are friendly, kind, attentive. When I was nauseated the took care and checked me a few times how I was feeling and concerned.So fly Qatar and you will never be disappointed.
Bag service at Iad airport was not nice at all. They served economy class first unvip first. This happened many times with different airports
Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

it was a terrible experience. after 4 hours at the gate the flight was cancelled. the airline offered to rebook the flight for 26 hours later. Our team was travelling for an international competition. They missed the competition because the airline delayed them for over 30 hours. We already left the airport but the next morning we received an email stating that we were rebooked for a flight which was another 24 hours later after the already rebooked flight. We bought a ticket on Kayak. The reservation was delivered with a logo Airfareassist. I used Kayak services for over 20 years and assumed that I was dealing with a legitimate organization. Once the flight was postponed for over 40 hours, I learned that Airfareassist is a 3rd party agency whom kayak routes business to without notifying me, the customer. While I was entitled for a full refund, which was confirmed by the airline, Airfareassist only offered a partial refund and kept the difference. Kayak has failed to do a due diligence on the 3rd parties they do business with. As a result I will never do business with kayak again and am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Secretary of Transportation. This is a pure fraud and its unacceptable.
The segment bkk ist was ok. The segment ist to yul the boarding was chaotic with 5 control before get in the plain, in addition to normal control by scanner and metal detector during transfert
The in flight entertainment was very good but unfortunately I feel they could have been more attentive to the customer. This is saw on all my Turkish airlines flights , besides dinner service you never really saw the attendants.
Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.

Turkish airline always good Only Turkish representatives at the gave need to be more helpfull to any staff who traveling on Turkish airline . One situation happened Ist to jfk on Feb 29 TK3 had seats I asked them to transfer me to tk3 because Feb 29 tk1 was oversold and they advise me that I might not make it for tk1 I asked them to transfer me to tk3 and they say no they can’t do it I been telling them you know that I don’t have a chance for tk 1 why would you let plane go with some empty seats on tk3 if you can transfer me to tk3 and have less staff on tk1 and still told me no I waited for tk1 9 hours and only last minute I got seat on tk1 It was not easy situation but I am glad I made it home Thank you Turkish Airline One more suggestion for Turkish Airline you need to make a FIRST CLASS cabin it would be so cool 🆒 Good luck all the best See you more
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles
The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced
The baggage wasnt uploaded to the plane, lost baggage handling is very poor.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.
Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.
2hrs delay on both ways Captain has to change his mind on landing in Birmingham airport and being forced to escalate and fly again, bit scary
Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.

I wasn't able to check in before because I had no internet on a long ride over and I had to pay Euro 50 all together I paid an extra Euro 200 on top of the original flight because I had suitcase and carry on and I wasn't able to check in online before And the end it ends up being more expensive flight than a regular carrier You don't save money and the plane is less comfortable

Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.
The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.
Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".
Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
