Premium economy have nothing to do with crew because they don’t served you anything different than Eco
Boarding was uncomfortable. Groups weren't boarding in an orderly fashion because everyone was taking to buses together. It was 90 degrees, but there was no air-conditioning. We left 40 minutes late without explanation. Uncomfortable!
Outstanding service both from ground staff and onboard staff! Very helpful in making changes to our schedule when our trip ended sooner then expected

The flight was 30 minutes delayed, but the boarding gate's panels indicated it was on time. This was inaccurate.
Booked my seat several weeks before and they changed it without consulting me to sit a whole family in the row sending me 15 rows to the back side, not caring if i have a short connection or any other urgent issue. The land crew made some silly excuse of a need to balance the plane because of the few passengers of the flight. Being a priority passenger it felt really a rude and careless attention from the airline
Luggage is limited and the process for payment is convoluted. The crew is racist. Questioned why we were in upper class
Aerilineas changed my airport from aero parque to Ezeiza and didn’t take care of my transport. Seats were mediocre and ground personal weren’t very helpful. Too bad that’s the only option to fly to El calafate. Bad service, bad company
Solo diré que mi vuelo tuvo 5 horas y media de atraso. Jamás explicaron el motivo y se tomaban el tiempo del mundo para anunciar su siguiente retraso. Es más, esperaban a que llegara la hora de la supuesta salida para decir que se retrasaba nuevamente por otra siguiente hora. Implicó que tuvimos que pagar gastos extrae por el alquiler de nuestro auto y cuando le planteamos a customer services se desentendieron totalmente. Nada profesionales novel dios. Tengo tanto que decir en contra de aerolíneas argentinas que prefiero parar acá. Terrible, terrible, terrible

Flybondi cancelled an upcoming flight…Once two weeks before departure and they offered a later connection that day. Then after printing my boarding passes, they cancel the flight 10hrs before departure! I had to find a last minute flight (3x more expensive). No connecting flight same day or next day was available. I already had a hotel booked and was on my last three days of vacation, so I couldn’t wait… Never using them again
Be careful as the overbook the flights and if you don’t find space when checking in then you will be assigned on waiting list! Be careful when booking this airline
basically they offer flights, and a few days before departure date, if occupation is below XX%, lets say 80%, they cancel that fly and you have to reschedule/cancel the trip. it's their MO :(
Flight was delayed 8 hours which when talking to locals is quite common for Flybondi. Old plane but it served its purpose. Pleasant crew and ground staff. Very economy targeted airline. Would be adequate if the airline could maintain an on time schedule. Would not recommend.
Many problems to make my check in. Didn't work. I most call to call center because they blocked my reserve for changes in my flights. I hate Flybondi. All is difficult whith them

I was impressed with Flybondi. The crew at the check-in desk prioritized passengers leaving on the next flights. They were friendly and helpful and spoke English. They helped me to change my ticket to an earlier flight without imposing punitive charges. The baggage fees are extremely reasonable. I would fly them again, and recommend it.
Flight was canceled due to weather with zero rebooking help

FlyBondi canceled my flight a week in advance for no reason. It was the start of the winter holiday season in Argentina so there was no availability on any airline that day. I was able to find a flight out on a different airline the next day for much more than I'd paid FlyBondi. When I arrived in Salta, I mentioned the story to the car rental guy at the airport and he shrugged and said "FlyBondi? They're a very unreliable airline"
