Liked nothing Flight was delayed No information Boarding was chaotic Seats were filthy Treated like cattle
Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
It was better than the previous flight only because the crew was not rude and did not force us to accept food but the entire flight was overheated from start to finish and it was the only time with an airlines i felt i may not make it home .

I will not be flying with them again a different airlines for egypt i will try in the future .
EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Website for Egyptair Plus needs to be refined or go back to the old one...!
Our flight was delayed for more than three hours due to mechanical issues. Please compensate.
Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.
Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .
Transit through Cairo was abysmal. Will be informing colleagues A route I will never take again !!!
I had to wait 1 hour at Tashkent airport till they find my reservation number this is very poor
