They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers

Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.

First time and very memorable, the finest flying experience ive ever had

Very uncomfortable aircraft. No free entertainment or drinks. Food okay. Won't fly with them again.

Flight was delayed by and hour but were informed beforehand

The service was excellent. We flew coach on this leg of our trip and it was still very pleasant.

The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.

Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. I am looking forward for Kayak to look into this issue with underpriced because they took my money and never booked the seats for me with the airline.

I wish Emirates had lights to Philadelphia (PHL) in USA.

Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.

Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

Smooth roundtrip to Manchester, UK from SFO. I think BA is fabulous.

Flight was delayed. Though I checked in with BA live chat three times, our special meals were not provided.

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️

Our luggage arrived 2 days late when we reached Santorini. We were without cloths and toiletries for two days and didn't had time or means to go and shop everything at reasonable cost. Even though, we filed the report immediately at the airport, there was very less communication to us about when we would expected our luggage and even when it arrived there, they didn't had staff to deliver luggage to our hotel, so we had to go to airport to pick it up, which is very difficult and annoying to do in foreign country where you don't have you own vehicle and you don't have time because your tour is packed with activities. They could have tried to expedite the process and kept us informed and deliver the luggage at our hotel. Also, should have given us compensation for it.

Fair, difficult to find the departure gate. Luggage delayed on arrival

Very old aircraft. Seat 15 A & B personal light not working, foot rest broken in 15 A , reclining push buttons required two people to do it. Overall experience was below standard. The same food was served both the times. No snacks in the ally, drink choices very limited. It felt like it was the year 2000. The crew unfriendly, hospitality 4/10.

Friendly on board crew, kept informed on flight. Pre-ordered food arrived as ordered

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.
