Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane
Our seats were moved for no reason. The plane was old and wifi and tv were slow. The flight was delayed over an hour for a paperwork issue. Only bright spot was the flight attendants good service.
The crew was friendly and helpful. The entertainment system in my row did not work for movies and TV shows and the Direct TV cut off in parts and stopped showing the baseball playoff game.
Non-stop commercials were frustrating when trying to view direct TV
Great. I was in mint class. Security was spectacular. A lot of room on the flight! And the WiFi worked this time- it didn’t work the last time and I am on a business trip so that was a problem.
Paid relatively a lot of money for a not comfortable seat. I would not take this service again until seating is improved. Food also not up to standard for price paid.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination
I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. The audio was not working. I moved another seat while the one was not in service. One of the crew told me it happens and brought mono headphones which works slightly… They should check and fix them.
I was able to enlist on standby for an earlier flight, and eventually made it (last row). However, the experience was poor and felt unfair. On the standby list, I was ranked #2 (#1 had been cleared a seat). The person ranked as #3, who was also in the queue alongside me was given a seat much earlier - with group 4 boarding (a seat within the first 2 rows after business class). When inquired about why I was skipped-over on the priority list, the gate agent first paused (likely cuz she couldn't explain) - and then gave me the standard expectation that if a space opens up, she'll give me the seat. Despite my priority ranking being higher, I was unduly held-back, and could have missed the plane - unfairly giving advantage to someone else. Luckily one seat opened up; but given the unfair assignment of standby seat by gate-agent, this was a subpar boarding experience.

Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.
Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.
Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.
Overall good, but it would be better more movies and tv shows options
Boarding was horrendous! Took absolutely forever… and the delay from the broken coffee pot was really kind of ridiculous
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.
