Pros: nothing

Cons: Kayak is typically great but not when you purchases Airasia services. There is no customer service for the Americas. The app changed my flight date and I need to get a refund. Nothing. I contacted twice with 24 and 48 hrs using their form. Nothing. Don't use air Asia from the states. There's no phone number for customer service. They acknowledged my request and it's been 2 weeks with no follow up when they said they'd would with in 24 hrs. I am currently disputing the charges bc I never flew.

Okay 4.0

Pros: Boarding was quick and no issues with staff

Cons: Seats are jammed together so close unless you are under 5'5" there is no room at all. Not to mention they fill the pockets with 6 huge magazines. I'm 6' tall and I got the last seat on the plane; the seat doesn't recline at all so when people in front of me reclined their seat I had even less space. I can't say I will ever fly this airline again. It's very disappointing that there is no comfort at all in a seat. My legs were cramped and I couldn't even stretch them under the seat because my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. In two hours my legs were totally numb.

Good 6.0

Pros: They heard you on like some of the other Asian-based airlines.

Cons: No TV screens. No food or drink.

Mediocre 2.0

Cons: The check in people are out there to collect money from people by lying and scaring us that our hand bag won't fit in their compartment. The hand bag that fits in every single airlines that we have been on... Wont fit in air Asia. So basically they made me pay extra fees and then let me take the bag. It was such a disappointment on our vacation. Never air Asia again.

Okay 4.3

Pros: Got to my destination safely.

Cons: Cost me nearly $100 US to check a single 20 kilo bag. No water or snack provided on the 2.5 hour flight unless you pay for it.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in GBP.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
