For some reason I wasn’t allowed to bring my cabin bag with me, while at the same time other travellers were allowed

Flight got delayed which made my already short layover in london to be reduced to sn hour considerI had to change Terminals fir my ingoing flight to NY

Just fine. Could have done with a bigger snack - was just too mean to pay for one!

Good, except that checked luggage did not make it to DFW with me and still has not been delivered over 24 hours later. One bag is at DFWand one is at an apartment complex in Denton, Tx. I have a delayed baggage receipt, but phone number given at the baggage desk will not go through and can’t find another number to call.

I always choose an aisle seat 5 rows from the washrooms. This time, 35F, I'm seated next to a distraught man. Asked him what was bothering him, he says he booked two tickets, but the airline put his 5yr old daughter in a seat 38E, 3 rows behind his seat at 35E, alone between two strangers. He said she had burst into tears when he had to leave her there and come sit in the row I was in. Was I prepared to swap seats? Come on Qatar, five years old? On her own? Between strangers? You've got to do better than that.

Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.

Changed the gate at the last minute but still very organised and lots of communication.

Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.

A nice quick and easy flight. Crew was friendly and it was comfortable.
