We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

My wife was struggling to walk, due to a very sore leg, and they had wheelchairs and pleasant assistants at every step of the way, whisking us around long lines at TSA, Passport Control, Boarding, and Customs. Even a special Boarding Bus that lifted us right up to door level on the airplane out on the tarmac. Slightly less effective arriving in Detroit, where we had to walk down the stairway, walk to a bus, and find our way into the terminal, where the assistance started up again. Meals, drinks and snacks were excellent, as was the variety of entertainment, with nice screens right on the backs of the seats. Complimentary blankets and pillows for everyone. Pleasant, considerate flight attendants, generous with the drinks and snacks. All-around class act.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad

Try to get the seats right behind business class, more leg room at economy price.

Crew was nice, boarding was organized chaos, they didn’t offer a non-dairy option for a meal. My entertainment device didn’t work properly. We waited an hour and a half after boarding to actually take off due to baggage being put in the plan, which forced us to miss our connection.
