Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators
Cons: "The flight was cancelled and we were asked to leave the departures lounge. There were no Logan Air ground staff actually working so we relied in the customer services desk at the airport to give us direction on what to do, and we were told that we would be eligible for compensation. I have now been told ( almost 2 months later) that the flight was only delayed and not cancelled so we are not getting a compensation payout to cover the huge additional cost I had to spend to fly another airline to get me to Aberdeen. Awful customer service, unreliable flights"
Pros: "They are great at service and care of their passengers. Their staff always go out of their way to make sure of comfort. Loganair seems one of the few to still give a beverage and a snack with purchase of ticket (wonderful). I am super thankful of well trained staff and their knowledge on luggage and sizing on the smaller planes especially when traveling to and from larger planes. I never had any issues with being able to take my backpack on or being asked to check it as it carried my laptop & wallet...unlike other airlines of similar size running to & from SYY."
Cons: "That I could not find any Tunnocks Cream Wafers in a retail store to purchase after only the caramel wafers."
Pros: "great airport with great efficiency (Glasgow) wonderfully polite and friendly ticket agent"
Cons: "We were delayed by over four hours due to weather but still the flight that was supposed to leave after us got out before because they were more concerned about getting that flight out on time than the 20 people who had been waiting for hours. We ultimately got out about six hours late."
Pros: "The light attended to help me with problems from prior flight"
Cons: "The propeller plane is noisy and uncomfortable. But it made it to Stornoway. Strong crosswinds made it a tough landing. The pilots did a good job."
Pros: "The staff was reasonably pleasant"
Cons: "The flight was four hours late. There were no announcements so passengers waited in a cold, damp terminal area where there was active construction. The peopeller plane was noisy and there was no storage. They had to check my small bag and then left it on the wet tarmac where my clothes were stained. FLybe is notoriously bad. They certainly lived up to their reputation"
Pros: "I can't give 5 stars for food or entertainment, but on a hop like this no one should expect them. Coffee was fine. 5 overall"
Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!
As four hour wait with no explanation as to why the delay Very unacceptable
Pros: "Return on investment is excellent. great ground and air crew great service all around."
Pros: "Crew was amazing, someone had found my passport and turned it in to a crew member."

Pros: "The crew was charming and very attentive to passengers."
Cons: "Could have announced that there was a cost for ginger ale etc. before passengers placed request. Frankly overall it was excellent service."
Pros: "Plane was comfortable, twin prop, nothing special but as expected. Smoother than expected ride."
Cons: "Boarding was by bus, which had to keep stopping for moving aircraft. And it was a cold, wet & windy Dublin day!"
Cons: "The check in was horrible. You could not check in online for this flight. This was an issue with a lot of people. The check in line I got there 2 hours before my flight and waited an hour in line just to get to the counter. The line was still long after I had gotten to the counter. It should not take that long for a line to move especially if you get there 2 hours beforehand. The flight You had to pay for a snacks, water and sodas. The flight was 2 hours we can’t get a water for free?"
Pros: "Despite the delayed flight air Lingus gave us compensation bonus for a small meal and drink at the Barcelona airport after 2 hours caused by a thunderstorm."
Cons: "Inflight Barcelona to Dublin air lingus were charging for drinks ( non alcoholic) and food . Which seems to me after waiting 02 hours at the airport they were suppose to compensate the customers."
Cons: "My seat was broken and I was not impressed with how the situation was addressed."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful and has provided lots of water now and then, wich was really relieving on the long distance. The seats were quite comfortable, the food quite all right."
Cons: "The flight was delayed wich caused a lot of stress bevor, while and after it, 'cause of the connection flight, that we were afraid to miss. We've got the connection at the end, but the luggage didn't come with us, so a luggage investigation was needed. A lot of paperwork and stress, hopefully I'll at least get it back soon. Entertainment wasn't available for several hours, it was an error in the system or something. Some of the seats have had it, others have had not. It took them hours to fix it."
Pros: "The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first."
Cons: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."
Pros: "Premium Economy was very comfortable"
Cons: "Food was delivered in a hurry just after we embarked A bit more relaxed would have been better"
Pros: "Crew was friendly and professional, food was quite good as far as airlines go, chicken korma not bad at all."
Cons: "The premium economy seats are hard, and you really notice that on a long-haul flight. It was at least spacious and offered a reasonable degree of recline. WiFi was expensive and unreliable."
Pros: "The plane was huge with lots of empty seats. This is better than my flight out, which was oversold (I was the person who didn't have a seat, until just before departure when someone else didn't show up). The seats appeared to be new."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour. No information was available about what gate the delayed flight would be departing from, which made it difficult to relax while waiting due to fears of missing the flight whenever it finally took off. The electronic flight list said to check the monitor at 6:38pm to find out what gate would be used (for a 5:30pm flight). I checked the monitor at 6:14 and it said the flight was boarding. This seems like a recipe for making people miss the flight. At the very least it made things stressful. No free food/beverages were provided (some is available at a cost). A family with a very tired baby was forced to wait in a huge long line rather than being pre-boarded. That just seems discourteous to me."
Cons: "I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that 1) I was seated at the emergency exit, 2) that as a result, I would not be allowed to have my carry-on at my seat. Communication would have been appreciated."
Cons: "This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!"
Cons: "Flight delayed and caused me to miss connection. The flight from Edinburgh to London is only an hour. This became a disaster for travel all day."

Pros: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."

Cons: "Delayed flight by an hour, airplane smelled like body odour as we boarded. Leg room was insufficient (5ft 11, not a huge traveller). Cramped bus to get on aircraft, overpriced food and drink so did not buy any."

Pros: "As always good service with EasyJet, ignore all the extras they try and tempt you with it’s a plane with seats I just want to get there in one piece I’m not worried about boarding first I’d rather be in the bar ! or extra legroom either the plane will still be there when I arrive"
Cons: "Some of your flight staff need to cheer up a bit at times , why when you are already ripping us off for a small can of beer for £4.50 it’s warm at least chill it for that price , why is it as soon as the plane stops people have to grab their luggage first and block up the aisles your not going to get there any quicker"
