I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own
As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.
Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.
Terrible. No customer service, no food, no drinks on a 6 hour premier economy booking.

For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.
Left late after one day delay. Even after we were called to board we stood in line for 30 minutes. Seemed disorganized.
Extremely comfortable airplane, everything looked brand new, how lovely! My seat in Premium Economy was ever so comfortable, I did not suffer the usual backache I suffer when doing the transatlantic flight. It felt like seating in a reclining armchair. I loved the foot rest, did not need to use the portable device I usually carry along with me to replace one. I loved the spaciousness in front of me, and that there were only two seats (Instead of 3 in coach) in the window row, wow what a difference in comfort. Coach seats are always just a little narrow for my hips. The support of the cushions was great, firm and offered good support . It was easy to come out of my aisle seat, although I'm 70. The staff was courteous, both meals were delicious, very carefully prepared, and creative (fruit + cheese for the second meal, instead of the usual bread sandwich)

My entertainment unit kept locking up and had to be restarted multiple times. Also those commercials for Budapest and Ralph Laureen. Come on those were stuff only those who can afford the outrageous fees of first and business class would be interested in.. And the fact you have no military discount is not good either,
Crew was nice, aircraft dated, entertainment same. Internet is expensive and terribly slow. Food pretty bad

More choices on menu. Seemed only thing offered was Scottish, and while that’s good for the Scot’s it doesn’t help the Americans who don’t like that food. And I really hate it when, during sleep time the attendants have a very loud conversation right over you. Lastly, I paid 5000 dollars for business class, and having to pay more to choose my seat early is really an insult. Seems greedy
It’s good for travelling but the connection flying it’s to bad!! Because The Times connection it’s too short. You have a checking point, before control after checking for departure again 1 hours 30 minutes for all and you need your connection for anything.
As no headphones/ ear pieces in back of seat for entertainment system, would have been to been offered rather than asking & waiting a long time. I know we are in economy but cost of ticket was high.
The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays
Being in business class! Not liking being suggested that blinds should be closed in the day time. I like to look out of the window.
The flight was delayed. I upgraded to more room. I can't imagine how small the regular seats are I haven't upgraded for my return flight yet.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
Like the variety of entertainment options. One crew member was a little on the rough/rude side. Boarding was a mess, attendants didn't do a great job of helping with the luggage storage and it delayed us a couple of minutes.
Boarding was great, communication from the crew was excellent. My only complaint is the seating seems to have gotten smaller, and felt a bit tight. I can’t imagine doing a long haul flight in those seats.
Thanks to the staff assisting with wheelchairs. The gentleman who helped me with the layover after arriving late did an outstanding job! He cared about it, and I appreciate it very much!! He deserves a raise!!!!
Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!
It was a pretty smooth flight, I tend to get mini anxiety attacks during flights, however, this time was pretty smooth and I was able to relax. The only thing, I was having issues to connect to the Flyfi internet. I was not able to connect at all, I turned off my phone a couple times and didnt work.
The regular feedback of any changes to our flights. The Jetblue staff were very helpful. Our flights were great. Lots of leg room!
We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
flight was half full, plenty of empty seats, was able to lie down across 4 seats, food was good, arrived on time

I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.
It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

Horrible. My gate did not get updated with our boarding pass. We didn’t receive any communication regarding gate change. Also not enough time was given in between flights. Zero consideration for people who are coming from abroad and have to get through customs and US border patrol
The crew on the flight were not particularly pleasant and fluid restriction was an issue. I was not allowed to fill my water bottle. Crew didn't check on passengers other than meal service.
No WiFi working on either flight. No leg room at all, the seat in front of me left dents in my knees. If I put the tray down, it was so low it was propped up by my knees. (I’m only 182.9 cm) I’m usually cool on planes, but the planes were both hot during taxi and take-off.
we had to walk up stairs to get into the plane--no jetways. Perhaps that's a problem not with the airline but with facilities at Heathrow, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. But it was inconvenient.

No longer a premium carrier and no better than the low cost .
BA have long since lost their way. They are a budget airline without the budget fares. Everything from booking to boarding to flying to arrival is just plain ordinary. I fly BA if the only alternative is Ryanair who are even worse. Otherwise we fly KLM or Lufthansa who are so much better.
Denied boarding passes for connecting flight. Missed connection as a result. Customer services T5 Heathrow airport vile, arrogant people who lied to us and threatened us.
Flight was 1 hour 40 minutes late in departure. My luggage was left at Heathrow but is being delivered today. All things considered, it was a good flight.
Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.
Too many passengers are bringing two large bags, neither fit under the seat so space is limited and the crew ask for many people to check bags
