The experience was as expected…. “Nothing to write home about “
Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.
Flight got canceled and caused a lot of issues. I was stuck in Frankfurt for several hours without any help from Lufthansa personell. They weren’t qualified or couldn’t/ didn’t want to provide help. After my flight was canceled the Lufthansa train was canceled too. After hours a DB employee provided a new train ticket and connection. Lufthansa was not involved in solving the issues they caused.
