Cons: No wifi on a 9 hour flight. Takes a long time to get another round of coffee.

Cons: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Cons: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: The flight was four hours delayed in Djibouti and there was absolutely zero, NO communication, whatsoever, provided by the Djibouti Ethiopian Airlines staff what was going on, how long the flight was going to be delayed, or if it was actually complete canceled for that evening.

Cons: Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation

Pros: the flight wasn't good at all, was expecting a better and comfortable seat, but the it was a smaller flight and the seats weren't adjustable

Cons: at this segment you mus put a 350, which will be more cost effective and should be cheaper in nature,

Pros: We had a ridiculously tight transit, arriving in Addis Ababa 20 minutes before our Madrid flight was meant to depart, and I was amazed by the outstanding support and assistance provided by the ground staff. Every single person who was meant to make the connecting flight did—and our luggage did too!
