Cons: I paid for baggage and when I came to the airport I paid2000 pesos more ita not nice at all and I want my 2000 pesos back.

Cons: Check in seemed to take awhile even though when we arrived there were only a couple of people in front of us. They had multiple staff but seemed to have issues getting the computers to work or it took very long for the staff to log into the systems.

Pros: Crew were helpful. I was given the wrong seat number and they helped sort it out. They also did priority boarding for us when the queue was ridiculous

Cons: The check in process was a mess with people going from all queues and it took far too long. They also have me the wrong seat number for boarding causing lots of confusion
